"IndicationAndUsage": "Nitroglycerin Lingual Aerosol is indicated for acute relief of an attack or acute prophylaxis of angina pectoris due to coronary artery disease.",
"Description": "Nitroglycerin, an organic nitrate, is a vasodilator which has effects on both arteries and veins. The chemical name for nitroglycerin is 1,2,3-propanetriol trinitrate (C3H5N3O9). The compound has a molecular weight of 227.09. The chemical structure is. Nitroglycerin Lingual Aerosol (nitroglycerin) lingual aerosol is a metered-dose spray containing 200 or 60 metered sprays of nitroglycerin per container. This product delivers 400 mcg of nitroglycerin per actuation in the form of spray droplets on or under the tongue. Inactive ingredients: caprylic/capric diglycerol succinate, peppermint oil, L(-)-menthol, n-butane."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Risperidone is an atypical antipsychotic indicated for: 1 Treatment of schizophrenia (1.1) , 2 As monotherapy or adjunctive therapy with lithium or valproate, for the treatment of acute manic or mixed episodes associated with Bipolar I Disorder (1.2), 3 Treatment of irritability associated with autistic disorder (1.3) .",
"Description": "Risperidone is an atypical antipsychotic belonging to the chemical class of benzisoxazole derivatives. The chemical designation is 3-[2-[4-(6-fluoro-1,2-benzisoxazol-3-yl)-1-piperidinyl]ethyl]-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-2-methyl-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one. Its molecular formula is C23H27FN4O2 and its molecular weight is 410.49. The structural formula is. Risperidone is a white to slightly beige powder. It is practically insoluble in water, freely soluble in methylene chloride, and soluble in methanol and 0.1 N HCl. Risperidone Tablets, USP, are for oral administration and are available in 0.25 mg (dark yellow), 0.5 mg (brownish red), 1 mg (white), 2 mg (orange), 3 mg (yellow), and 4 mg (white) strengths. Risperidone tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and tartaric acid. The 0.25 mg tablets also contain Opadry II yellow 85F12383, for purposes of coating, which contains the following: iron oxide yellow, polyethylene glycol 3350, polyvinyl alcohol, talc, and titanium dioxide. The 0.5 mg tablets also contain Opadry II red 85F15362, for purposes of coating, which contains the following: iron oxide red, polyethylene glycol 3350, polyvinyl alcohol, talc, and titanium dioxide. The 1 mg and 4 mg tablets also contain Opadry II white 85F18422, for purposes of coating, which contains the following: polyethylene glycol 3350, polyvinyl alcohol, talc, and titanium dioxide. The 2 mg tablets also contain Opadry II red 85F15404, for purposes of coating, which contains the following: calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, iron oxide red, polyethylene glycol 3350, polyvinyl alcohol, and talc. The 3 mg tablets also contain Opadry II yellow 03B12447, for purposes of coating, which contains the following: hypromellose 2910 6cP, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, polyethylene glycol 400, and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Risperidone is an atypical antipsychotic agent indicated for: 1 Treatment of schizophrenia in adults and adolescents aged 13-17 years (1.1), 2 Alone, or in combination with lithium or valproate, for the short-term treatment of acute manic or mixed episodes associated with Bipolar I Disorder in adults, and alone in children and adolescents aged 10-17 years (1.2), 3 Treatment of irritability associated with autistic disorder in children and adolescents aged 5-16 years (1.3).",
"Description": "Risperidone tablets, USP, contain risperidone, USP, a psychotropic agent belonging to the chemical class of benzisoxazole derivatives. The chemical designation is 3-[2-[4-(6-fluoro-1,2-benzisoxazol-3-yl)-1-piperidinyl]ethyl]-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-2-methyl-4H-pyrido [1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one. Its molecular formula is C23H27FN4O2 and its molecular weight is 410.49. The structural formula is. Risperidone, USP is a white to slightly beige powder. It is practically insoluble in water, freely soluble in methylene chloride, and soluble in methanol and 0.1 N HCl. Risperidone tablets, USP are available in 0.25 mg (yellow), 0.5 mg (red), 1 mg (white to off white), 2 mg (Light orange), 3 mg (yellow), and 4 mg (yellow) strengths. Risperidone tablets, USP contain the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous lactose, colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol 400, pregelatinised starch, sodium starch glycolate, talc, titanium dioxide and additional colorants listed below. 0.25, 3 and 4 mg tablets: Ferric oxide yellow. 0.5 mg tablets: Ferric oxide red. 2 mg tablets: FD&C yellow # 6 Orange yellow S (E 110). 4 mg tablets: FD&C Blue # 2 Lake of indigo carmine."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Ofloxacin otic solution, 0.3% is indicated for the treatment of infections caused by susceptible isolates of the designated microorganisms in the specific conditions listed below. Otitis Externa in adults and pediatric patients, 6 months and older, due to Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus.Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media in patients 12 years and older with perforated tympanic membranes due to Proteus mirabilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus.Acute Otitis Media in pediatric patients one year and older with tympanostomy tubes due to Haemophilus influenzae, Moraxella catarrhalis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae.",
"Description": "Ofloxacin otic solution, 0.3% is a sterile aqueous anti-infective (antibacterial) solution for otic use. Chemically, ofloxacin has three condensed 6-membered rings made up of a fluorinated carboxyquinolone with a benzoxazine ring. The chemical name of ofloxacin is: (±)-9-fluoro-2,3-dihydro-3-methyl-10-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-7-oxo-7H-pyrido [1,2,3-de]-1,4-benzoxazine-6-carboxylic acid. The empirical formula of ofloxacin is C18H20FN3O4 and its molecular weight is 361.38. The structural formula is. Each mL contains: Active:ofloxacin 0.3% (3 mg/mL); Inactives: sodium chloride (0.9%), and purified water. Hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide may be added to adjust the pH 6.5±0.5. Preservative: benzalkonium chloride (0.0025%)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Oseltamivir phosphate is an influenza neuraminidase inhibitor (NAI) indicated for: Treatment of acute, uncomplicated influenza A and B in patients 2 weeks of age and older who have been symptomatic for no more than 48 hours. (1.1) Prophylaxis of influenza A and B in patients 1 year and older. (1.2) Limitations of Use: Not a substitute for annual influenza vaccination. (1.3) Consider available information on influenza drug susceptibility patterns and treatment effects when deciding whether to use. (1.3) Not recommended for patients with end-stage renal disease not undergoing dialysis. (1.3).",
"Description": "Oseltamivir phosphate capsules, USP an influenza neuraminidase inhibitor (NAI), is available as: Capsules containing 30 mg, 45 mg, or 75 mg of oseltamivir for oral use, in the form of oseltamivir phosphate USP. In addition to the active ingredient, each capsule contains croscarmellose sodium, isopropyl alcohol, povidone, pregelatinised starch, sodium stearyl fumarate and talc. Risperidone tablets, USP are for oral administration and available in 0.25 mg (yellow), 0.5 mg (brown), 1 mg (white), 2 mg (orange), 3 mg (yellow), and 4 mg (green) strengths.
