"IndicationAndUsage": "Mycophenolic acid delayed-release tablets are an antimetabolite immunosuppressant indicated for prophylaxis of organ rejection in adult patients receiving kidney transplants and in pediatric patients at least 5 years of age and older who are at least 6 months post kidney transplant. (1.1). Use in combination with cyclosporine and corticosteroids. (1.1).",
"Description": "Mmycophenolic acid delayed-release tablets, USP are an enteric formulation of mycophenolate sodium that delivers the active moiety mycophenolic acid (MPA). Mycophenolic acid is an immunosuppressive agent. As the sodium salt, MPA is chemically designated as (E)-6-(4-hydroxy-6-methoxy-7-methyl-3-oxo-1,3-dihydroisobenzofuran-5-yl)-4-methylhex-4-enoic acid sodium salt. Its empirical formula is C17H19O6Na. The molecular weight is 342.32 g/mol and the structural formula is. Mycophenolic acid, USP as the sodium salt, is a white to off-white, crystalline powder and is highly soluble in aqueous media at physiological pH and practically insoluble in 0.1N hydrochloric acid. Mycophenolic acid is available for oral use as delayed-release tablets containing either 180 mg or 360 mg of mycophenolic acid. Inactive ingredients include crospovidone, hypromellose, lactose anhydrous, magnesium stearate, povidone, and starch. The enteric coating of the tablet consists of hypromellose phthalate, titanium dioxide, triethyl citrate, ferrosoferric oxide (180 mg), lactose monohydrate (180 mg), propylene glycol (180 mg) and triacetin (180 mg) or polyethylene glycol (360 mg), talc (360 mg), and FD&C yellow # 6 aluminum lake (360 mg)."

"Description": "Duloxetine delayed-release capsules, USP are a selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) for oral administration. Its chemical designation is (+)-(S)-N-methyl-γ-(1-naphthyloxy)-2-thiophenepropylamine hydrochloride. The empirical formula is C18H19NOSHCl, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 333.88. The structural formula is:. Duloxetine hydrochloride is a white to slightly brownish white solid, which is slightly soluble in water. Each capsule contains enteric-coated pellets of 20, 30, or 60 mg of duloxetine (equivalent to 22.4, 33.7, or 67.3 mg of duloxetine hydrochloride, respectively). These enteric-coated pellets are designed to prevent degradation of the drug in the acidic environment of the stomach. Inactive ingredients include FD&C Blue No. 2, gelatin, hypromellose, hypromellose phthalate, sodium lauryl sulfate, polyethylene glycol, sucrose, sugar spheres, talc, titanium dioxide, and triethyl citrate.The 20 and 60 mg capsules also contain iron oxide yellow."

"Description": "Sorafenib, a kinase inhibitor, is the tosylate salt of sorafenib. Sorafenib tosylate has the chemical name 4-(4-{3-[4-Chloro-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]ureido}phenoxy)N2-methylpyridine-2-carboxamide 4 methylbenzenesulfonate. The molecular formula of sorafenib tosylate is C21H16ClF3N4O3 x C7H8O3S and the molecular weight of sorafenib tosylate is 637.0 g/mole. Its structural. formula is. :. Sorafenib tosylate is a white to yellowish or brownish solid. Sorafenib tosylate is practically insoluble in aqueous media, slightly soluble in ethanol and soluble in PEG 400. Sorafenib Tablets, USP for oral use is supplied as film-coated tablets containing 200 mg sorafenib equivalent to 274 mg sorafenib tosylate and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, ferric oxide red, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulphate, and titanium dioxide. FDA approved dissolution test specifications differ from USP."

"Description": "Tadalafil is a selective inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). Tadalafil has the empirical formula C 22H 19N 3O 4 representing a molecular weight of 389.41. The structural formula is. The chemical designation is pyrazino[1´,2´:1,6]pyrido[3,4-b]indole-1,4-dione, 6-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-2,3,6,7,12,12a-hexahydro-2-methyl-, (6R,12aR)-. It is a crystalline solid that is practically insoluble in water and very slightly soluble in ethanol. Tadalafil Tablets, USP are available as round, pale yellow to yellow tablets for oral administration. Each tablet contains 2.5, 5, 10, or 20 mg of tadalafil and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, iron oxide, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, talc, titanium dioxide, and triacetin."

The molecular weight is 276.2. The empirical formula is C13H18ClNO·HCl. Bupropion hydrochloride powder is white or almost white, crystalline, and soluble in water. It has a bitter taste and produces the sensation of local anesthesia on the oral mucosa. The structural formula is. FORFIVO XL tablets are supplied for oral administration of 450 mg of bupropion hydrochloride as white to off-white extended-release tablets. Each film-coated tablet contains the labeled amount of bupropion hydrochloride and the inactive ingredients: carboxymethyl cellulose sodium, colloidal silicon dioxide, hydrochloric acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, methacrylic acid copolymer, polyethylene glycol 8000, polyethylene oxide, polyvinyl pyrrolidone and polyvinyl acetate blend, stearic acid, talc, titanium dioxide and triacetin. The logo “Forfivo” is printed on one side of the tablet with edible black ink."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Methotrexate Injection is a folate analog metabolic inhibitor indicated for: 1 The following neoplastic diseases for the:oTreatment of adult and pediatric patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia as part of a combination chemotherapy regimen. (1.1)oProphylaxis and treatment of adult and pediatric patients with meningeal leukemia. (1.2)oTreatment of adult and pediatric patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma. (1.3)oTreatment of adult and pediatric patients with osteosarcoma as part of a combination chemotherapy regimen. (1.4)oTreatment of adults with breast cancer as part of a combination chemotherapy regimen. (1.5)oTreatment of adults with squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck as a single agent. (1.6)oTreatment of adults with gestational trophoblastic neoplasia as part of a combination chemotherapy regimen. (1.7), 2 Treatment of adults with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). "Description": "Methotrexate is a folate analog metabolic inhibitor with the chemical name of N-[4-[[(2,4-diamino-6-pteridinyl) methyl]methylamino]benzoyl]-L-glutamic acid and a molecular weight of 454.44. The molecular formula is C20H22N8O5 , and the structural formula is shown below. Methotrexate Injection with preservative is supplied in sterile multiple-dose vials for intravenous, intramuscular, or subcutaneous use. : 1 Each 25 mg/mL, 2 mL vial contains 50 mg methotrexate equivalent to 54.8 mg of methotrexate sodium, 18.8 mg of benzyl alcohol as a preservative and Sodium chloride 5.2 mg. May contain sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH to 8.5."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Donepezil hydrochloride tablets are indicated for the treatment of dementia of the Alzheimer’s type. Efficacy has been demonstrated in patients with mild, moderate, and severe Alzheimer’s disease.",
"Description": "Donepezil hydrochloride tablets USP are a reversible inhibitor of the enzyme acetylcholinesterase, known chemically as (±)-2, 3-dihydro-5, 6-dimethoxy-2-[[1-(phenylmethyl)-4-piperidinyl]methyl]-1H-inden-1-one hydrochloride. Donepezil hydrochloride is commonly referred to in the pharmacological literature as E2020. It has an empirical formula of C 24H 29NO 3HCl and a molecular weight of 415.96. Donepezil hydrochloride is a white crystalline powder and is freely soluble in chloroform, soluble in water and in glacial acetic acid, slightly soluble in ethanol and in acetonitrile, and practically insoluble in ethyl acetate and in n-hexane. Donepezil hydrochloride tablets USP are available for oral administration in film-coated tablets containing 23 mg of donepezil hydrochloride. Inactive ingredients in 23 mg tablets include hypromellose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, methacrylic acid copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, titanium dioxide, talc, sodium hydroxide, triethyl citrate, iron oxide black, and propylene glycol. Nifedipine extended-release tablets may also be used where the clinical presentation suggests a possible vasospastic component, but where vasospasm has not been confirmed, e.g., where pain has a variable threshold on exertion, or in unstable angina where electrocardiographic findings are compatible with intermittent vasospasm, or when angina is refractory to nitrates and/or adequate doses of beta blockers.",

Nifedipine is a yellow crystalline substance, practically insoluble in water but soluble in ethanol. It has a molecular weight of 346.3. Nifedipine GITS (Gastrointestinal Therapeutic System) tablet is formulated as a once-a-day controlled-release tablet for oral administration designed to deliver 30, 60, or 90 mg of nifedipine. Inert ingredients in the formulations are: cellulose acetate; ferric oxide; hypromellose; magnesium stearate; polyethylene glycol; polyethylene oxide; potassium chloride; povidone; sodium chloride; titanium dioxide; propylene glycol and black iron oxide. "IndicationAndUsage": "Nifedipine extended-release tablets are indicated for the management of vasospastic angina confirmed by any of the following criteria: 1) classical pattern of angina at rest accompanied by ST segment elevation, 2) angina or coronary artery spasm provoked by ergonovine, or 3) angiographically demonstrated coronary artery spasm. In those patients who have had angiography, the presence of significant fixed obstructive disease is not incompatible with the diagnosis of vasospastic angina, provided that the above criteria are satisfied. Nifedipine is a yellow crystalline substance, practically insoluble in water but soluble in ethanol. It has a molecular weight of 346.3. Nifedipine GITS (Gastrointestinal Therapeutic System) tablet is formulated as a once-a-day controlled-release tablet for oral administration designed to deliver 30, 60, or 90 mg of nifedipine. Inert ingredients in the formulations are: cellulose acetate; ferric oxide; hypromellose; magnesium stearate; polyethylene glycol; polyethylene oxide; potassium chloride; povidone; sodium chloride; titanium dioxide; propylene glycol and black iron oxide.
