"IndicationAndUsage": "Butalbital, Acetaminophen, Caffeine, and Codeine Phosphate Capsules are indicated for the management of the symptom complex of tension (or muscle contraction) headache when non-opioid analgesic and alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use: 1 Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, misuse, overdose, and death, which can occur at any dosage or duration, and persist over the course of therapy, [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1)], reserve opioid analgesics, including Butalbital, Acetaminophen, Caffeine, and Codeine Phosphate Capsules, for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options are ineffective, not tolerated, or would be otherwise inadequate to provide sufficient management of pain.",

Acetaminophen, USP (4´-hydroxyacetanilide), is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic. It has the following structural formula. MW = 151.16. Caffeine, USP (1,3,7-trimethylxanthine), a methylxanthine, is a central nervous system stimulant. It has the following structural formula:. C8H10N4O2. MW = 194.19. Codeine Phosphate, USP (7,8-Didehydro-4,5α-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6α-ol phosphate (1:1)(salt) hemihydrate) is an opioid agonist. It has the following structural formula. C18H21NO3H3PO41/2H2O. MW = 406.37. Inactive Ingredients: pregelatinized starch. colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate. The capsule cap is printed with white ink. The white ink contains shellac glaze, titanium dioxide, ammonium hydroxide, propylene glycol, and simethicone. The capsule body is printed with black ink. The black ink contains shellac glaze, iron oxide black, propylene glycol, and ammonium hydroxide. The capsule shell contains: gelatin, titanium dioxide for both strengths and FD&C red #40, FD&C blue #1 in the Butalbital, Acetaminophen, Caffeine and Codeine Phosphate Capsules, 50 mg/300 mg/40mg/30mg and FD&C red #3, FD&C blue #2, red iron oxide, yellow iron oxide in the Butalbital, Acetaminophen, Caffeine and Codeine Phosphate Capsules, 50 mg/325 mg/40mg/30mg."

"IndicationAndUsage": "TEMODAR is an alkylating drug indicated for the treatment of adults with: 1 Newly diagnosed glioblastoma concomitantly with radiotherapy and then as maintenance treatment. (1.1), 2 Anaplastic astrocytoma. (1.2) Adjuvant treatment of adults with newly diagnosed anaplastic astrocytoma. (1.2)Treatment of adults with refractory anaplastic astrocytoma. (1.2).",
"Description": "Temozolomide is an alkylating drug. The chemical name of temozolomide is 3,4-dihydro-3-methyl-4-oxoimidazo[5,1-d]-as-tetrazine-8-carboxamide. The structural formula of temozolomide is. The material is a white to light tan or light pink powder with a molecular formula of C6H6N6O2 and a molecular weight of 194.15. The molecule is stable at acidic pH (<5) and labile at pH >7; hence TEMODAR can be administered orally and intravenously. The prodrug, temozolomide, is rapidly hydrolyzed to the active 5-(3-methyltriazen-1-yl) imidazole-4-carboxamide (MTIC) at neutral and alkaline pH values, with hydrolysis taking place even faster at alkaline pH. TEMODAR capsules. TEMODAR (temozolomide) capsules for oral use contains either 5 mg, 20 mg, 100 mg, 140 mg, 180 mg, or 250 mg of temozolomide. The inactive ingredients are as follows: 1 TEMODAR 5 mg: lactose anhydrous (132.8 mg), colloidal silicon dioxide (0.2 mg), sodium starch glycolate (7.5 mg), tartaric acid (1.5 mg), and stearic acid (3 mg)., 2 TEMODAR 20 mg: lactose anhydrous (182.2 mg), colloidal silicon dioxide (0.2 mg), sodium starch glycolate (11 mg), tartaric acid (2.2 mg), and stearic acid (4.4 mg)., 3 TEMODAR 100 mg: lactose anhydrous (175.7 mg), colloidal silicon dioxide (0.3 mg), sodium starch glycolate (15 mg), tartaric acid (3 mg), and stearic acid (6 mg)., 4 TEMODAR 140 mg: lactose anhydrous (246 mg), colloidal silicon dioxide (0.4 mg), sodium starch glycolate (21 mg), tartaric acid (4.2 mg), and stearic acid (8.4 mg)., 5 TEMODAR 180 mg: lactose anhydrous (316.3 mg), colloidal silicon dioxide (0.5 mg), sodium starch glycolate (27 mg), tartaric acid (5.4 mg), and stearic acid (10.8 mg)., 6 TEMODAR 250 mg: lactose anhydrous (154.3 mg), colloidal silicon dioxide (0.7 mg), sodium starch glycolate (22.5 mg), tartaric acid (9 mg), and stearic acid (13.5 mg)."

The molecule is stable at acidic pH (<5) and labile at pH >7; hence TEMODAR can be administered orally and intravenously. The prodrug, temozolomide, is rapidly hydrolyzed to the active 5-(3-methyltriazen-1-yl) imidazole-4-carboxamide (MTIC) at neutral and alkaline pH values, with hydrolysis taking place even faster at alkaline pH. "Description": "Vecuronium Bromide for Injection is a nondepolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent of intermediate duration, chemically designated as 1-(3α,17β-Dihydroxy-2β-piperidino-5α-androstan-16β,5α-yl)-1-methylpiperidinium bromide, diacetate. The structural formula is. Its chemical formula is C34H57BrN2O4 with molecular weight 637.73. Vecuronium Bromide for Injection is supplied as a sterile nonpyrogenic freeze-dried buffered cake of very fine microscopic crystalline particles for intravenous injection only. Each vial contains 10 mg or 20 mg of vecuronium bromide, USP. In addition, each 10 mg vial contains 20.75 mg citric acid anhydrous, 16.25 mg dibasic sodium phosphate anhydrous, 97 mg mannitol (to adjust tonicity), sodium hydroxide and/or phosphoric acid to buffer and adjust to a pH range of 3.5 to 4.5. Each 20 mg vial contains 41.5 mg citric acid anhydrous, 32.5 mg dibasic sodium phosphate anhydrous, 194 mg mannitol (to adjust tonicity), sodium hydroxide and/or phosphoric acid to buffer and adjust to a pH range of 3.5 to 4.5."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Butalbital, Aspirin, Caffeine and Codeine Phosphate Capsules are indicated for the relief of the symptom complex of tension (or muscle contraction) headache. Evidence supporting the efficacy of butalbital, aspirin, caffeine and codeine phosphate capsules is derived from 2 multi-clinic trials that compared patients with tension headache randomly assigned to 4 parallel treatments: 1) butalbital, aspirin, caffeine and codeine; 2) codeine; 3) butalbital, aspirin and caffeine; 4) placebo. Response was assessed over the course of the first 4 hours of each of 2 distinct headaches, separated by at least 24 hours. The combination product of butalbital, aspirin, caffeine and codeine proved statistically significantly superior to each of its components and to placebo on measures of pain relief. Evidence supporting the efficacy and safety of butalbital, aspirin, caffeine and codeine in the treatment of multiple recurrent headaches is unavailable. The molecule is stable at acidic pH (less than 5) and labile at pH greater than 7; hence temozolomide can be administered orally and intravenously. The prodrug, temozolomide, is rapidly hydrolyzed to the active 5-(3-methyltriazen-1-yl) imidazole-4-carboxamide (MTIC) at neutral and alkaline pH values, with hydrolysis taking place even faster at alkaline pH. Temozolomide Capsules:. Each capsule for oral use contains either 5 mg, 20 mg, 100 mg, 140 mg, 180 mg, or 250 mg of temozolomide.
