      "IndicationAndUsage": "Risperidone is an atypical antipsychotic indicated for: 1 Treatment of schizophrenia ( 1.1) , 2 As monotherapy or adjunctive therapy with lithium or valproate, for the treatment of acute manic or mixed episodes associated with Bipolar I Disorder ( 1.2) , 3 Treatment of irritability associated with autistic disorder ( 1.3) .",
      "Description": "Risperidone Tablets, USP contains risperidone, an atypical antipsychotic belonging to the chemical class of benzisoxazole derivatives. The chemical designation is 3-[2-[4-(6-fluoro-1,2-benzisoxazol-3-yl)-1-piperidinyl] ethyl]-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-2-methyl-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one. Its molecular formula is C 23H 27FN 4O 2and its molecular weight is 410.49. The structural formula is:. Risperidone is a white or almost white powder. It is practically insoluble in water, freely soluble in methylene chloride, sparingly soluble in alcohol. It dissolves in dilute acid solutions. Risperidone Tablets, USP are available in 0.25 mg (dark yellow), 0.5 mg (Reddish brown), 1 mg (white) strengths, 2 mg (pink), 3 mg (yellow) and 4 mg (green) strengths. Each tablet for oral administration contains the following inactive ingredients: Anhydrous Lactose, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Microcrystalline Cellulose (101), Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Sodium Starch Glycolate (Type A), Magnesium Stearate, HPMC 2910/ Hypromellose, Macrogol/ PEG (MW 400), Macrogol/ PEG (MW 8000), Titanium Dioxide. Also, the tablet contains Polyvinyl Alcohol Part Hydrolyzed (used for 0.25, 0.5, 2, 3, 4 mg tablets), Macrogol/ PEG (MW 3350) (used for 0.25, 0.5, 2, 3, 4 mg tablets), Talc (used for 0.25, 0.5, 2, 3, 4 mg tablets), D&C Yellow #10 Aluminium Lake (used for 0.25, 4 mg tablets), FD&C Yellow #6/ Sunset Yellow FCF Aluminium Lake (used for 0.25, 2, 4 mg tablets), Iron Oxide Red (used for 0.5 mg tablets), Lactose Monohydrate, Triacetin & Stearic Acid (used for 1 mg tablets), FD&C Red #40/Allura Red AC Aluminum Lake (used for 2 mg tablets) ,Iron Oxide Yellow (used for 3 mg tablets) and FD&C Blue #1/ Brilliant Blue FCF Aluminium Lake (used for 4 mg tablets)."

Valsartan disodium is a white to almost white powder and freely soluble in water and anhydrous ethanol, and almost insoluble in dichloromethane. The chemical name of valsartan disodium is L-Valine, N-(1-oxopentyl)-N-[[2′-(2H-tetrazol-5-yl)[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-yl]methyl]-, sodium salt trihydrate (1:2:3). The molecular formula is C 24H 33N 5Na 2O 6and its molecular weight is 533.54. Its structural formula is:. Sacubitril and valsartan tablets are available as film-coated tablets for oral administration, containing 24 mg of sacubitril equivalent to 25.6 mg of sacubitril sodium and 26 mg of valsartan equivalent to 28.3 mg of valsartan disodium; 49 mg of sacubitril equivalent to 51.2 mg of sacubitril sodium and 51 mg of valsartan equivalent to 56.6 mg of valsartan disodium; and 97 mg of sacubitril equivalent to 102.4 mg of sacubitril sodium and 103 mg of valsartan equivalent to 113.2 mg of valsartan disodium.       "Description": "Enalapril Maleate is the maleate salt of enalapril, the ethyl ester of a long-acting angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, enalaprilat. Enalapril maleate is chemically described as (S)-1-[N-[1-(ethoxycarbonyl)-3-phenylpropyl]-L-alanyl]-L-proline, (Z)-2-butenedioate salt (1:1). Its empirical formula is C20H28N2O5∙C4H4O4, and its structural formula is. Enalapril maleate is a white to off-white, crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 492.53. It is sparingly soluble in water, soluble in ethanol, and freely soluble in methanol. Enalapril is a pro-drug; following oral administration, it is bioactivated by hydrolysis of the ethyl ester to enalaprilat, which is the active angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor. Enalapril maleate is supplied as 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, and 20 mg tablets for oral administration. In addition to the active ingredient enalapril maleate, USP, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, pregelatinized starch and sodium bicarbonate. Following oral administration, the complex dissociates into sacubitril (which is further metabolized to LBQ657) and valsartan. The complex is chemically described as Tri sodium [3-((1S,3R)-1-biphenyl-4-ylmethyl-3-ethoxycarbonyl-1-butylcarbamoyl)propionate-(S)-3’-methyl-2’-(pentanoyl{2”-(tetrazol-5-ylate)biphenyl-4’-ylmethyl}amino)butyrate]. Using REST to Invoke DataLabs API

Introduction

This document is intended for developers who want to write applications that can interact with the DataLabs REST API. With DataLabs Web Services, you can create a customized services for your own website or application. You can use the REST API to retrieve DataLabs Web Services results programmatically.

Important: The REST API requires the use of an API key, which you can get from the DataLabs MyAccount Console.

Working With DataLabs REST API

You can retrieve results for a particular operation (search, getcode, etc) by sending an HTTP GET request to its URI.
For instance, the URI for a “search” request has the following format:

https://www.datalabs.health/api/{domain}/{operation}?q={query}&rt={result type}&token={token}

If the request succeeds, the server responds with a 200 OK HTTP status code and the response data.

Four parameters are required with each “search” request:

  • Use the domain parameter to specify required data domain.
  • Use the operation parameter to specify “format_check” operation.
  • Use the q (query) parameter to specify your query.
  • Use the token (API key) query parameter to identify your application.

Optional parameter:

  • Use the rt (result type) parameter to specify required result type (json/xml/min.json/min.xml).

All other query parameters (if any) are optional.

Currently DataLabs RESTful Lookup Service supports following operations:

  • check_status — this method allows to get current code status.
  • getcode — this method allows retrieval of full infrormation regarding one item based on the provided key.
  • getcodes — this method allows retrieval of full infrormation regarding number of items based on the provided keys (q=1285636522,1730198755,1427145176,1487730636).
  • search — allows retrieval of set of items based on the free-form lookup query.
  • search_and_keywords — returns not only free-form lookup results but also keywords relevant to the original query.

So, you have to find healthcare provider having just partial information. For instance all you have is "EYE doctor RANIA in REDMOND". Strictly speaking, it is necessary to perform a search with minimum information and the maximum level of relevance of the result.

Everybody uses full text search. Full-text search is the most common technique used in search engines. The amount of information has just become too much to access it using navigation and categories alone. Full-text search reduces the hassle of searching for a keyword in huge amounts of metadata, such as the World Wide Web and commercial-scale databases. Full-text search became popular in late 1990s, when the Internet and Big Data began to became a part of everyday life.

How does it work

Users only provide keywords and expect the search engine to provide good results. Relevancy of documents is expected to be good and users want the results they are looking to be present in the top ten. How relevant a document is search engine decides based on scientifically proven algorithms. Besides getting the best results the user wants to be supported during the search process.
