"IndicationAndUsage": "Baclofen tablets, USP are useful for the alleviation of signs and symptoms of spasticity resulting from multiple sclerosis, particularly for the relief of flexor spasms and concomitant pain, clonus, and muscular rigidity. Patients should have reversible spasticity so that baclofen treatment will aid in restoring residual function. Baclofen tablets, USP may also be of some value in patients with spinal cord injuries and other spinal cord diseases. Baclofen tablets, USP are not indicated in the treatment of skeletal muscle spasm resulting from rheumatic disorders. The efficacy of baclofen in stroke, cerebral palsy, and Parkinson's disease has not been established and, therefore, it is not recommended for these conditions.",
"Description": "Baclofen, USP is a muscle relaxant and antispastic. Its chemical name is 4-amino-3-(4-chlorophenyl)-butanoic acid. The structural formula is. [Image]. C 10H 12ClNO 2 M.W. 213.66. Baclofen, USP is a white to off-white odorless or practically odorless crystalline powder. It is slightly soluble in water, very slightly soluble in methanol and insoluble in chloroform. Each tablet, for oral administration, contains 5 mg, 10 mg or 20 mg baclofen, USP. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Pregelatinized Starch, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Colloidal Silicon dioxide and Magnesium Stearate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Potassium chloride extended-release tablets are indicated for the treatment and prophylaxis of hypokalemia with or without metabolic alkalosis, in patients for whom dietary management with potassium-rich foods or diuretic dose reduction is insufficient.",
"Description": "Potassium chloride extended-release tablets are a solid oral dosage form of potassium chloride containing 750 mg, 1125 mg and 1500 mg of potassium chloride, USP, equivalent to 10 mEq, 15 mEq and 20 mEq of potassium, respectively, in a film-coated matrix tablet. The chemical name is potassium chloride, and the structural formula is KCl. Potassium chloride, USP, occurs as a white, granular powder or as colorless crystals. It is odorless and has a saline taste. Its solutions are neutral to litmus. It is freely soluble in water and insoluble in alcohol. The 10 mEq, 15 mEq and 20 mEq tablets contain colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, paraffin, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl acetate, povidone, sodium lauryl sulphate, polyvinyl alcohol, talc, titanium dioxide, triethyl citrate, D&C yellow # 10 (for 15 mEq) and FD&C yellow # 6 (for 15 mEq). FDA approved dissolution test specifications and assay sample preparation method differs from USP."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Pirfenidone capsules are indicated for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).",
"Description": "Pirfenidone belongs to the chemical class of pyridone. Pirfenidone capsules USP are available as a white to off-white hard gelatin capsule containing 267 mg of pirfenidone for oral administration. Pirfenidone has a molecular formula of C12H11NO and a molecular weight of 185.23. Pirfenidone has the following structural formula, which has been referred to as 5-methyl-1-phenyl-2-1(H)-pyridone or 5-methyl-1-phenyl-2-(1H)-pyridone. Pirfenidone is a white to pale yellow, non-hygroscopic powder. It is more soluble in methanol, ethyl alcohol, acetone and chloroform than in water and 1.0 N HCl. The melting point is approximately 109°C. Pirfenidone capsules, USP contains pirfenidone and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, and pregelatinized starch. In addition, the capsule shell contains gelatin and titanium dioxide. The capsule brown printing ink includes ammonium hydroxide, iron oxide black, iron oxide brown, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, shellac."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Tofacitinib tablets are Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors. Tofacitinib tablets are indicated for the treatment of adult patients with: Moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. Active psoriatic arthritis (PsA), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. Active ankylosing spondylitis (AS), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. Moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. Tofacitinib tablets are indicated for the treatment of pediatric patients 2 years of age and older with: Active PsA, who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. Active polyarticular course juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pcJIA), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. Limitations of Use: Use of tofacitinib tablets for RA, AS, PsA, or pcJIA in combination with biologic DMARDs or potent immunosuppressants such as azathioprine and cyclosporine is not recommended. (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4) Use of tofacitinib tablets for UC in combination with biological therapies for UC or with potent immunosuppressants such as azathioprine and cyclosporine is not recommended. (1.5).",

Tofacitinib citrate is a white to off-white powder with the following chemical name: (3R,4R)-4-methyl-3-(methyl-7H-pyrrolo [2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-ß-oxo-1-piperidinepropanenitrile, 2-hydroxy-1,2,3-propanetricarboxylate (1:1). The solubility of tofacitinib citrate in water is 2.9 mg/mL. Tofacitinib citrate has a molecular weight of 504.5 Daltons (or 312.4 Daltons as the tofacitinib free base) and a molecular formula of C16H20N6OC6H8O7. The chemical structure of tofacitinib citrate is. Tofacitinib tablets are supplied for oral administration as a 5 mg white to off white, round shaped, film coated tablets. Each tablet of tofacitinib contains 5 mg of tofacitinib (equivalent to 8.08 mg of tofacitinib citrate) and the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, HPMC 2910/Hypromellose 6 mPas, titanium dioxide, macrogol/PEG MW 3350, triacetin. "IndicationAndUsage": "Tofacitinib tablets are Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors. Tofacitinib tablets are indicated for the treatment of adult patients with: Moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. Active psoriatic arthritis (PsA), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. Active ankylosing spondylitis (AS), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. Moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. Tofacitinib tablets are indicated for the treatment of pediatric patients 2 years of age and older with: Active PsA, who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. Active polyarticular course juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pcJIA), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. "Description": "Tofacitinib tablets are formulated with the citrate salt of tofacitinib, a JAK inhibitor. Tofacitinib citrate is a white to off-white powder with the following chemical name: (3R,4R)-4-methyl-3-(methyl-7H-pyrrolo [2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-ß-oxo-1-piperidinepropanenitrile, 2-hydroxy-1,2,3-propanetricarboxylate (1:1). The solubility of tofacitinib citrate in water is 2.9 mg/mL. Tofacitinib citrate has a molecular weight of 504.5 Daltons (or 312.4 Daltons as the tofacitinib free base) and a molecular formula of C16H20N6OC6H8O7. The chemical structure of tofacitinib citrate is. Tofacitinib tablets are supplied for oral administration as a 5 mg white to off white, round shaped, film coated tablets. Each tablet of tofacitinib contains 5 mg of tofacitinib (equivalent to 8.08 mg of tofacitinib citrate) and the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, HPMC 2910/Hypromellose 6 mPas, titanium dioxide, macrogol/PEG MW 3350, triacetin. Tofacitinib tablets are supplied for oral administration as a 10 mg light blue to blue colored round shaped, film coated tablets. "Description": "Levocetirizine dihydrochloride, USP the active component of levocetirizine dihydrochloride tablets, USP is an orally active H1-receptor antagonist. The chemical name is (R)-[2-[4-[(4-chlorophenyl) phenylmethyl]-1-piperazinyl] ethoxy] acetic acid dihydrochloride. Levocetirizine dihydrochloride USP is the R enantiomer of cetirizine hydrochloride, a racemic compound with antihistaminic properties. The empirical formula of levocetirizine dihydrochloride, USP is C21H25ClN2O32HCl. The molecular weight is 461.82 and the chemical structure is shown below. Levocetirizine dihydrochloride, USP is a white, crystalline powder and is water soluble. Levocetirizine dihydrochloride 5 mg tablets are formulated as immediate release, white to off-white, biconvex, film-coated, oval-shaped scored tablets for oral administration. Inactive ingredients are: microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, and magnesium stearate. The film coating contains hypromellose, titanium dioxide, and macrogol 400."

"Description": "Pramipexole dihydrochloride extended-release tablets contain pramipexole dihydrochloride (as a monohydrate). Pramipexole is a non-ergot dopamine agonist. The chemical name of pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate is (S)-2-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-6-(propylamino) benzothiazole dihydrochloride monohydrate. Its empirical formula is C10 H17 N3 S · 2HCl · H2O, and its molecular weight is 302.26. The structural formula is: Pramipexole dihydrochloride USP is a white to off-white powder substance. Melting occurs in the range of 296°C to 301°C, with decomposition. Pramipexole dihydrochloride USP is more than 20% soluble in water, about 8% in methanol, about 0.5% in ethanol, and practically insoluble in dichloromethane. Pramipexole dihydrochloride extended-release tablets, 0.375 mg. "Description": "Pramipexole dihydrochloride extended-release tablets contain pramipexole dihydrochloride (as a monohydrate). Pramipexole is a non-ergot dopamine agonist. The chemical name of pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate is (S)-2-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-6-(propylamino) benzothiazole dihydrochloride monohydrate. Its empirical formula is C10 H17 N3 S · 2HCl · H2O, and its molecular weight is 302.26. The structural formula is: Pramipexole dihydrochloride USP is a white to off-white powder substance.
