"IndicationAndUsage": " Rifapentine tablets are a rifamycin antimycobacterial drug indicated in patients 12 years of age and older for the treatment of active pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis in combination with one or more antituberculosis (anti-TB) drugs to which the isolate is susceptible. (1.1) Rifapentine tablets are indicated for the treatment of latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) caused by M. tuberculosis in combination with isoniazid in patients 2 years of age and older at high risk of progression to TB disease. (1.2) See Full Prescribing Information for Limitations of Use. (1.1, 1.2).",
"Description": "Rifapentine tablets for oral administration contains 150 mg of the active ingredient rifapentine per tablet. The 150 mg tablets also contain, as inactive ingredients: calcium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide, disodium EDTA, hydroxypropyl cellulose, iron oxide red, low substituted hydroxy propyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, pregelatinized starch, sodium ascorbate, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium starch glycolate, talc, titanium dioxide and polyvinyl alcohol - part. hydrolyzed. Rifapentine is a rifamycin derivative antimicrobial and has a similar profile of microbiological activity to rifampicin. The molecular weight is 877.04. The molecular formula is C47H64N4O12. The chemical name for rifapentine is rifamycin, 3-[[(4-cyclopentyl-1-piperazinyl)imino]methyl]- or 3-[N-(4-cyclopentyl - 1-piperazinyl)formimidoyl] rifamycin or 5,6,9,17,19,21-hexahydroxy-23-methoxy-2,4,12,16,18,20,22-heptamethyl-8-[N-(4-cyclopentyl-l-piperazinyl)-formimidoyl]-2,7-(epoxypentadeca[1,11,13] trienimino)naphtho[2,1-b]furan-1,11(2H)-dione 21-acetate. "IndicationAndUsage": "Amlodipine besylate tablets are calcium channel blockers and may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive and antianginal agents for the treatment of. Hypertension ( 1.1). o Amlodipine besylate tablets are indicated for the treatment of hypertension, to lower blood pressure. Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular events, primarily strokes and myocardial infarctions. Coronary Artery Disease ( 1.2). o Chronic Stable Angina. o Vasospastic Angina (Prinzmetal's or Variant Angina). o Angiographically Documented Coronary Artery Disease in patients without heart failure or an ejection fraction < 40%.",
"Description": "Amlodipine besylate, USP is the besylate salt of amlodipine, a long-acting calcium channel blocker. Amlodipine besylate, USP is chemically described as 3-Ethyl-5-methyl (±)-2-[(2-aminoethoxy)methyl] 4-(2-chlorophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-6-methyl-3,5 pyridinedicarboxylate, monobenzenesulphonate. Its molecular formula is C 20H 25ClN 2O 5C 6H 6O 3S and its structural formula is:. Amlodipine besylate, USP is a white crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 567.1. It is slightly soluble in water and sparingly soluble in ethanol. Amlodipine besylate Tablets are formulated as white tablets equivalent to 2.5, 5, and 10 mg of amlodipine for oral administration. In addition to the active ingredient, amlodipine besylate, USP, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, sodium starch glycolate, and magnesium stearate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Losartan potassium is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) indicated for: 1 Treatment of hypertension, to lower blood pressure in adults and children greater than 6 years old. Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular events, primarily strokes and myocardial infarctions. ( 1.1) , 2 Reduction of the risk of stroke in patients with hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy. There is evidence that this benefit does not apply to Black patients. ( 1.2) , 3 Treatment of diabetic nephropathy with an elevated serum creatinine and proteinuria in patients with type 2 diabetes and a history of hypertension. ( 1.3) .",
"Description": "Losartan potassium is an angiotensin II receptor blocker acting on the AT 1receptor subtype. Losartan potassium, a non-peptide molecule, is chemically described as 2-butyl-4-chloro-1-[ p-( o-1 H-tetrazol-5-ylphenyl)benzyl]imidazole-5-methanol monopotassium salt. Its empirical formula is C 22H 22ClKN 6O, and its structural formula is:. Losartan potassium is a white to off-white free-flowing crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 461.01. It is freely soluble in water, soluble in alcohols, and slightly soluble in common organic solvents, such as acetonitrile and methyl ethyl ketone. Oxidation of the 5-hydroxymethyl group on the imidazole ring results in the active metabolite of losartan. Losartan potassium is available as tablets for oral administration containing either 25 mg, 50 mg or 100 mg of losartan potassium, USP, and the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, pregelatinized starch, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, and titanium dioxide. Losartan potassium tablets USP, 25 mg, 50 mg and 100 mg, contain potassium in the following amounts: 2.12 mg (0.054 mEq), 4.24 mg (0.108 mEq) and 8.48 mg (0.216 mEq), respectively. Losartan potassium tablets USP, 25 mg and 50 mg meet USP Dissolution Test 1 and Losartan potassium tablets USP, 100 mg meet USP Dissolution Test 3."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Triamcinolone cream is indicated for the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses.",
"Description": "The topical corticosteroids constitute a class of primarily synthetic steroids used as anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic agents. The steroids in this class include triamcinolone acetonide. Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP contains Triamcinolone Acetonide [Pregna-1, 4-diene-3, 20-dione, 9-fluoro-11,21-dihydroxy-16,17-[(1-methylethylidene) bis- (oxy)]-, (11β,16α)-], with the empirical formula C24H31FO6 and molecular weight 434.50. CAS 76-25-5. The structural formula is:Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP, 0.025% contains: 0.25 mg of Triamcinolone Acetonide, USP per gram in a base containing Emulsifying Wax, Cetyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Palmitate, Sorbitol Solution, Glycerin, Lactic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol and Purified Water. Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP, 0.1% contains: 1 mg of Triamcinolone Acetonide, USP per gram in a base containing Emulsifying Wax, Cetyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Palmitate, Sorbitol Solution, Glycerin, Lactic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol and Purified Water. "IndicationAndUsage": "Tofacitinib tablets are Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors. Tofacitinib tablets are indicated for the treatment of adult patients with: Moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. Active psoriatic arthritis (PsA), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. Active ankylosing spondylitis (AS), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. Moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. Tofacitinib tablets are indicated for the treatment of pediatric patients 2 years of age and older with: Active PsA, who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. Active polyarticular course juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pcJIA), who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. Limitations of Use: Use of tofacitinib tablets for RA, AS, PsA, or pcJIA in combination with biologic DMARDs or potent immunosuppressants such as azathioprine and cyclosporine is not recommended. (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4) Use of tofacitinib tablets for UC in combination with biological therapies for UC or with potent immunosuppressants such as azathioprine and cyclosporine is not recommended. (1.5).",
"Description": "Tofacitinib tablets are formulated with the citrate salt of tofacitinib, a JAK inhibitor. Tofacitinib citrate is a white to off-white powder with the following chemical name: (3R,4R)-4-methyl-3-(methyl-7H-pyrrolo [2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-ß-oxo-1-piperidinepropanenitrile, 2-hydroxy-1,2,3-propanetricarboxylate (1:1). The solubility of tofacitinib citrate in water is 2.9 mg/mL. Tofacitinib citrate has a molecular weight of 504.5 Daltons (or 312.4 Daltons as the tofacitinib free base) and a molecular formula of C16H20N6OC6H8O7. The chemical structure of tofacitinib citrate is. Tofacitinib tablets are supplied for oral administration as a 5 mg white to off white, round shaped, film coated tablets. Each tablet of tofacitinib contains 5 mg of tofacitinib (equivalent to 8.08 mg of tofacitinib citrate) and the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, HPMC 2910/Hypromellose 6 mPas, titanium dioxide, macrogol/PEG MW 3350, triacetin. Tofacitinib tablets are supplied for oral administration as a 10 mg light blue to blue colored round shaped, film coated tablets. Each 10 mg tablet of tofacitinib contains 10 mg of tofacitinib (equivalent to 16.16 mg of tofacitinib citrate) and the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, HPMC 2910/Hypromellose 15 mPas, titanium dioxide, Macrogol/PEG MW 4000, Triacetin, FD&C BLUE #2, FD&C BLUE #1."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Cetrorelix acetate for injection is indicated for the inhibition of premature LH surges in women undergoing controlled ovarian stimulation.",
"Description": "Cetrorelix acetate for injection is a synthetic decapeptide with gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonistic activity. Cetrorelix acetate is an analog of native GnRH with substitutions of amino acids at positions 1, 2, 3, 6, and 10. The molecular formula is Acetyl-D-3-(2´-naphtyl)-alanine-D-4-chlorophenylalanine-D-3-(3´-pyridyl)-alanine -L-serine-L-tyrosine-D-citruline-L-leucine-L-arginine-L-proline-D-alanine-amide, and the molecular weight is 1431.06, calculated as the anhydrous free base. The structural formula is as follows:Cetrorelix acetate. (Ac-D-Nal1-D-Cpa2-D-Pal3-Ser4-Tyr5-D-Cit6-Leu7-Arg8-Pro9-D-Ala10-NH2). Cetrorelix Acetate for Injection 0.25 mg is a sterile lyophilized powder intended for subcutaneous injection after reconstitution with Sterile Water for Injection, USP, that comes supplied in a 1.0 mL pre-filled syringe. Each vial of cetrorelix acetate for injection 0.25 mg contains 0.26-0.27 mg cetrorelix acetate, equivalent to 0.25 mg cetrorelix, and 54.8 mg mannitol."

Escitalopram oxalate, USP occurs as a fine, white to slightly-yellow powder and is freely soluble in methanol and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), soluble in isotonic saline solution, sparingly soluble in water and ethanol, slightly soluble in ethyl acetate, and insoluble in heptane. Escitalopram oxalate, USP is available as tablets for oral administration. "Description": "Escitalopram tablets, USP contains escitalopram oxalate, USP an orally administered selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). Escitalopram oxalate, USP is the pure S-enantiomer (single isomer) of the racemic bicyclic phthalane derivative citalopram. Escitalopram oxalate is designated S-(+)-1-[3(dimethyl-amino)propyl]-1-(p-fluorophenyl)-5-phthalancarbonitrile oxalate with the following structural formula. The molecular formula is C20H21FN2O C2H2O4 and the molecular weight is 414.40. Escitalopram oxalate, USP occurs as a fine, white to slightly-yellow powder and is freely soluble in methanol and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), soluble in isotonic saline solution, sparingly soluble in water and ethanol, slightly soluble in ethyl acetate, and insoluble in heptane. Escitalopram oxalate, USP is available as tablets for oral administration. Escitalopram tablets, USP are film-coated, circular bi-convex tablets containing 6.39 mg, 12.77 mg and 25.54 mg escitalopram oxalate USP in strengths equivalent to 5 mg, 10 mg, and 20 mg of respectively, of escitalopram base. The 10 and 20 mg tablets are scored. The tablets also contain the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, propyl gallate, talc, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate. The film coating contains hypromellose, titanium dioxide, and polyethylene glycol."

The molecular formula is C20H21O4Cl and the molecular weight is 360.83; fenofibrate is insoluble in water. The melting point is 79-82°C. Fenofibrate is a white solid which is stable under ordinary conditions.Inactive Ingredients Each tablet contains Croscarmellose sodium, Crospovidone, Docusate sodium, Lecithin, Mannitol, Microcrystalline cellulose, Polyvinyl alcohol-part hydrolyzed, Povidone,Sodium lauryl Sulphate, Sodium stearyl fumarate, Talc, Titanium dioxide, Xanthan gum. "IndicationAndUsage": "CALQUENCE is a kinase inhibitor indicated: 1 In combination with bendamustine and rituximab for the treatment of adult patients with previously untreated mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) who are ineligible for autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). "Description": "CALQUENCE (acalabrutinib) is a kinase inhibitor. The molecular formula for acalabrutinib maleate is C26H23N7O2C4H4O4.H2O, and the molecular weight is 599.59. The chemical name is 4-{8-Amino-3-[(2S)-1-(but-2-ynoyl) pyrrolidin-2-yl] imidazo[1,5-a]pyrazin-1-yl}-N-(pyridin-2-yl)benzamide (2Z)-2-butenedioic acid hydrate. The chemical structure of acalabrutinib is shown below. Acalabrutinib maleate is a white to pale brown powder with pH-dependent solubility. It is freely soluble in water at pH values below 3 and practically insoluble at pH values above 6. CALQUENCE tablets are for oral administration. Each tablet contains 100 mg of acalabrutinib (equivalent to 129 mg of acalabrutinib maleate). Inactive ingredients in the tablet core are low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium stearyl fumarate. The tablet coating consists of copovidone, ferric oxide yellow, ferric oxide red, hypromellose, medium-chain triglycerides, polyethylene glycol 3350, purified water, and titanium dioxide."
