"IndicationAndUsage": "Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of: : 1 erectile dysfunction (ED) (1.1) , 2 the signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) (1.2) , 3 ED and the signs and symptoms of BPH (ED/BPH) (1.3) .",
"Description": "Tadalafil is a selective inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). Tadalafil has the molecular formula C22H19N3O4 representing a molecular weight of 389.41. The structural formula is: The chemical designation is pyrazino[1′,2′:1,6]pyrido[3,4-b]indole-1,4-dione, 6-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-2,3,6,7,12,12a-hexahydro-2-methyl-, (6R,12aR)-. It is a white or almost white powder that is practically insoluble in water and very slightly soluble in ethanol. Tadalafil tablets USP are available as oval shaped tablets for oral administration. Each tablet contains 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, or 20 mg of tadalafil USP and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, copovidone, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyoxyl 40 hydrogenated castor oil, talc, titanium dioxide, triacetin, and yellow iron oxide. In addition the 2.5 mg also contains red iron oxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Atomoxetine capsules are a selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor indicated for the treatment of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). (1.1).",
"Description": "Atomoxetine is a selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. Atomoxetine hydrochloride is the R(-) isomer as determined by x-ray diffraction. The chemical designation is (-)-N-Methyl-3-phenyl-3-(o-tolyloxy)-propylamine hydrochloride. The molecular formula is C17H21NOHCl, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 291.82. The chemical structure is: Atomoxetine hydrochloride USP is a white to practically white solid, which has a solubility of 27.8 mg/mL in water. Atomoxetine capsules USP are intended for oral administration only. Each capsule contains atomoxetine hydrochloride USP equivalent to 10 mg, 18 mg, 25 mg, 40 mg, 60 mg, 80 mg, or 100 mg of atomoxetine. The capsules also contain the following inactive ingredients: pregelatinized starch and simethicone emulsion. The empty hard gelatin capsule shells contain gelatin, titanium dioxide, and sodium lauryl sulfate. In addition, the 18 mg contains iron oxide yellow, 25 mg and 40 mg contains FD&C Blue No 2, 60 mg contains FD&C Blue No 2 and iron oxide yellow, 80 mg and 100 mg contain iron oxide red and iron oxide yellow. The capsules are printed with edible ink containing black iron oxide and shellac."

The increased potential (in adolescents compared with adults) for weight gain and dyslipidemia may lead clinicians to consider prescribing other drugs first in adolescents. The chemical designation is 2-methyl-4-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-10H-thieno[2,3-b] [1,5]benzodiazepine. The molecular formula is C17H20N4S, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 312.44. The chemical structure is: Olanzapine USP is a yellow crystalline solid, which is practically insoluble in water. Olanzapine tablets, USP are intended for oral administration only. Each tablet contains olanzapine equivalent to 2.5 mg (8 μmol), 5 mg (16 μmol), 7.5 mg (24 μmol), 10 mg (32 μmol), 15 mg (48 μmol), or 20 mg (64 μmol). Inactive ingredients are crospovidone, hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose monohydrate, and magnesium stearate. Meets USP dissolution test 2."

"Description": "Olanzapine is an atypical antipsychotic that belongs to the thienobenzodiazepine class. The chemical designation is 2-methyl-4-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-10H-thieno[2,3-b] [1,5]benzodiazepine. The molecular formula is C17H20N4S, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 312.44. The chemical structure is: Olanzapine USP is a yellow crystalline solid, which is practically insoluble in water. Olanzapine tablets, USP are intended for oral administration only. Each tablet contains olanzapine equivalent to 2.5 mg (8 μmol), 5 mg (16 μmol), 7.5 mg (24 μmol), 10 mg (32 μmol), 15 mg (48 μmol), or 20 mg (64 μmol). Inactive ingredients are crospovidone, hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose monohydrate, and magnesium stearate. Meets USP dissolution test 2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Ketoconazole tablets are not indicated for treatment of onychomycosis, cutaneous dermatophyte infections, or Candida infections. Ketoconazole tablets should be used only when other effective antifungal therapy is not available or tolerated and the potential benefits are considered to outweigh the potential risks. Ketoconazole tablets are indicated for the treatment of the following systemic fungal infections in patients who have failed or who are intolerant to other therapies: blastomycosis, coccidioidomycosis, histoplasmosis, chromomycosis, and paracoccidioidomycosis. Ketoconazole tablets should not be used for fungal meningitis because it penetrates poorly into the cerebrospinal fluid.",
"Description": "Ketoconazole tablets USP is a synthetic broad-spectrum antifungal agent available in scored white tablets, each containing 200 mg ketoconazole base for oral administration. Inactive ingredients are colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate and methylcellulose. Ketoconazole is cis-1-acetyl-4-[4-[[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-2-(1H-imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl] methoxyl]phenyl] piperazine and has the following structural formula. Ketoconazole is a white to slightly beige, odorless powder, soluble in acids, with a molecular weight of 531.44g/mol. FDA approved dissolution test specifications differ from USP."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Trospium Chloride Extended-Release Capsules are a muscarinic antagonist indicated for the treatment of overactive bladder (OAB) with symptoms of urge urinary incontinence, urgency, and urinary frequency.",
"Description": "Trospium Chloride Extended-Release Capsules are an extended-release formulation of trospium chloride, a quaternary ammonium compound with the chemical name of Spiro [8- azoniabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-8,1'-pyrrolidinium], 3-[(hydroxydiphenylacetyl)oxy]-, chloride, (1α, 3β, 5α). The empirical formula of trospium chloride is C 25H 30ClNO 3 and its molecular weight is 428. The structural formula of trospium chloride is represented below:. Trospium chloride is a fine, colorless to slightly yellow, crystalline solid. The compound’s solubility in water is approximately 1 g/2 mL. Trospium Chloride Extended-Release Capsules contain 60 mg of trospium chloride, a muscarinic antagonist, for oral administration. Each capsule also contains the following inactive ingredients: corn starch, ethylcellulose, FD&C Blue# 1, FD&C Red# 40, FD&C Yellow# 6, gelatin, hypromellose, methacrylic acid copolymer, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, sodium lauryl sulfate, sucrose, talc, titanium dioxide, triacetin and triethyl citrate. In addition, capsule printing ink contains ammonium hydroxide, black iron oxide, propylene glycol and shellac glaze."

Tadalafil has the empirical formula C22H19N3O4 representing a molecular weight of 389.41. The structural formula is:. The chemical designation is pyrazino[1´,2´:1,6]pyrido[3,4-b]indole-1,4-dione, 6-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-2,3,6,7,12,12a-hexahydro-2-methyl-, (6R,12aR)-. It is a crystalline solid that is practically insoluble in water and very slightly soluble in ethanol. Tadalafil tablet, USP is available as yellow colored, oval-shaped, film coated tablets for oral administration. Each tablet contains 2.5, 5, 10, or 20 mg of tadalafil and the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, copovidone, sodium lauryl sulfate, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow and triacetin."
