"Description": "SpeedGel Rx® is a prescription transdermal gel that provides relief of pain, inflammation and bruising, utilizing patented Isopeutic Transdermal Technology. The Gensco® patented transdermal drug delivery system used in SpeedGel Rx® carries proprietary formulation of active ingredients, through the skin to the locally affected tissues. SpeedGel Rx® is applied directly to the affected site specifically, minimizing side effects, interactions and comorbidities caused by oral therapies and topical NSAIDs. Furthermore, SpeedGel Rx® is clinically proven to reduce narcotic use. SpeedGel Rx® is indicated for the relief of pain, inflammation and bruising from musculoskeletal pain and associated inflammation, inflammatory conditions of joints and soft tissues, arthritis, injuries such as sprains, strains, and disclocations, repetitive/overuse injuries, general aches and pains, contusions and trauma to such areas as hands, wrist, elbow, shoulder, neck, back, knees, ankles, feet and toes. SpeedGel Rx® is a proprietary combination of 14 active ingredients, 4 of which are prescription, in a patented transdermal delivery system. Among the prescription ingredients is Colchicinum Autumnale also known as Colchicine, which is a well-known, strong and effective anti-inflammatory medication. It contains the following active ingredients: Aconitum Napellus 3X HPUS, Arnica Montana 1X HPUS, Belladonna 3X HPUS, Bellis Perennis 1X HPUS, Calendula Officinalis 1X HPUS, Chamomilla 1X HPUS, Colchicinum 3X HPUS, Echinacea Angustifolia 1X HPUS, Echinacea Purpurea 1X HPUS, Hamamelis Virginiana 1X HPUS, Hypericum Perforatum 1X HPUS, Millefolium 1X HPUS, Symphytum Officinale 3X HPUS, Zingiber Officinale 1X HPUS. It also contains the following inactive ingredients: Docusate sodium, Ethyl Alcohol, Isopropyl myristate, Lecithin, Purified Water & Urea. The patented transdermal gel’s liposomal base comprising of hydrophilic and lipophilic components is designed to suspend the active ingredients and allow for the hydration of the skin barrier and movement of the active ingredients, irrespective of their molecular polarity, across the skin at an enhanced rate. The unique transdermal characteristics in SpeedGel Rx® permit the active ingredients to penetrate to the site of injury, diminishing pain and inflammation, and enhancing bruise resolution. As a topically applied transdermal medication, SpeedGel Rx® avoids the common concerns of toxicity and drug interactions associated with systemic (oral) medications. SpeedGel Rx® is an amber colored, odorless gel dispensed in a patented metered dose container (MDose) containing either 10ml, 30ml, or 90ml. Gensco’s unique metered dose technology (MDose) which dispenses exactly (0.25 mL of medication per pump) per application, covering a 2”x2” area of skin. "IndicationAndUsage": "Vancomycin hydrochloride for injection, USP is indicated for the treatment of serious or severe infections caused by susceptible strains of methicillin-resistant (β-lactam-resistant) staphylococci. It is indicated for penicillin-allergic patients, for patients who cannot receive or who have failed to respond to other drugs, including the penicillins or cephalosporins, and for infections caused by vancomycin-susceptible organisms that are resistant to other antimicrobial drugs. Vancomycin hydrochloride for injection, USP is indicated for initial therapy when methicillin-resistant staphylococci are suspected, but after susceptibility data are available, therapy should be adjusted accordingly. Vancomycin hydrochloride for injection, USP is effective in the treatment of staphylococcal endocarditis. Its effectiveness has been documented in other infections due to staphylococci, including septicemia, bone infections, lower respiratory tract infections, and skin and skin-structure infections. When staphylococcal infections are localized and purulent, antibiotics are used as adjuncts to appropriate surgical measures. Vancomycin hydrochloride for injection, USP has been reported to be effective alone or in combination with an aminoglycoside for endocarditis caused by S. viridans or S. bovis. For endocarditis caused by enterococci (e.g., E. faecalis), vancomycin hydrochloride for injection, USP has been reported to be effective only in combination with an aminoglycoside. Vancomycin hydrochloride for injection, USP has been reported to be effective for the treatment of diphtheroid endocarditis. Vancomycin hydrochloride for injection, USP has been used successfully in combination with either rifampin, an aminoglycoside, or both in early-onset prosthetic valve endocarditis caused by S. epidermidis or diphtheroids. Specimens for bacteriologic cultures should be obtained in order to isolate and identify causative organisms and to determine their susceptibilities to vancomycin. To reduce the development of drug-resistant bacteria and maintain the effectiveness of vancomycin hydrochloride for injection, USP and other antibacterial drugs, vancomycin hydrochloride for injection, USP should be used only to treat or prevent infections that are proven or strongly suspected to be caused by susceptible bacteria. When culture and susceptibility information are available, they should be considered in selecting or modifying antibacterial therapy. In the absence of such data, local epidemiology and susceptibility patterns may contribute to the empiric selection of therapy. The parenteral form of vancomycin hydrochloride may be administered orally for treatment of antibiotic-associated pseudomembranous colitis produced by C. difficile and for staphylococcal enterocolitis. Parenteral administration of vancomycin hydrochloride alone is of unproven benefit for these indications. Vancomycin is not effective by the oral route for other types of infections.",

The routes of administration for diagnostic purposes are intradermal or prick-puncture of the skin. FOR ALLERGENIC EXTRACTS CONTAINING 50% V/V GLYCERINE AS PRESERVATIVE AND STABILIZER. INACTIVE INGREDIENTS. Sodium chloride…………………………………………………………….0.95%. Sodium bicarbonate………………………………………………………..0.24%. Glycerine…………………………………………………………………50% (v/v). Water for Injection…………………………………………………q.s. to volume. Active allergens are described by common and scientific name on the stock concentrate container label or on last page of this circular. Food allergenic extracts may be manufactured on a weight/volume (w/v) or volume/volume (v/v) basis. Food extracts made from dried raw material are extracted at 2-10% (1:50-1:10 w/v ratio) in extracting fluid containing 50% glycerine. Slurries of juicy fruits or vegetables (prepared with a minimum amount of water for injection) are combined with an equal volume of glycerine for a ration of 1:1 volume/volume (v/v). Sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate are added to the slurry and glycerine mixture. Fresh egg white extract is prepared by adding one part raw egg white to nine parts of extracting fluid (1:9 v/v). Antigen E is considered the most important allergen of Short Ragweed pollen and is used for the standardization of Short Ragweed allergenic extracts. Stock mixtures containing Short Ragweed are analyzed for Antigen E content by radial immunodiffusion using Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) references and anti-serum. Antigen E content expressed as units of Antigen E per milliliter (U/ml) is printed on container label."

MDose provides more accurate dosing, less waste and significant cost savings (Gensco® Pharma Tube vs. Pump Study).</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Vancomycin hydrochloride for injection, USP is indicated for the treatment of serious or severe infections caused by susceptible strains of methicillin-resistant (β-lactam-resistant) staphylococci. Vancomycin is not effective by the oral route for other types of infections.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Vancomycin Hydrochloride for Injection, USP, is a white to tan lyophilized cake or powder, for preparing intravenous infusions, in vials each containing the equivalent of 500 mg or 1 g vancomycin base. 500 mg of the base is equivalent to 0.34 mmol. <IndicationAndUsage>Vancomycin hydrochloride for injection, USP is indicated for the treatment of serious or severe infections caused by susceptible strains of methicillin-resistant (β-lactam-resistant) staphylococci. Vancomycin is not effective by the oral route for other types of infections.</IndicationAndUsage>

<IndicationAndUsage>Allergenic extract is used for diagnostic testing and for the treatment (immunotherapy) of patients whose histories indicate that upon natural exposure to the allergen, they experience allergic symptoms. Confirmation is determined by skin testing. Diagnostic use of allergenic extracts usually begins with direct skin testing. This product is not intended for treatment of patients who do not manifest immediate hypersensitivity reactions to the allergenic extract following skin testing.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Antigen Laboratories’ allergenic extracts are manufactured from source material listed on the vial label. Lower concentrations (e.g. 1:50, 1:33, etc.) may be prepared either by dilution from a more concentrated stock or by direct extraction. The extract is a sterile solution containing extractables of source materials obtained from biological collecting and/or processing firms and Antigen Laboratories. All source materials are inspected by Antigen Laboratories’ technical personnel in accordance with 21 CFR 680.1 (b) (1). The route of administration for immunotherapy is subcutaneous. Antigen E content expressed as units of Antigen E per milliliter (U/ml) is printed on container label.</Description>

Antigen E content expressed as units of Antigen E per milliliter (U/ml) is printed on container label.</Description>
