"IndicationAndUsage": "Allergenic extracts are indicated for use in diagnostic testing and as part of a treatment regime for allergic disease, as established by allergy history and skin test reactivity. Allergenic extracts are indicated for the treatment of allergen specific allergic disease for use as hyposensitization or immunotherapy when avoidance of specific allergens can not be attained. The use of allergenic extracts for therapeutic purpose has been established by well-controlled clinical studies. Allergenic extracts may be used as adjunctive therapy along with pharmacotherapy which includes antihistamines, corticosteroids, and cromoglycate, and avoidance measures. Allergenic extracts for therapeutic use should be given using only the allergen selection to which the patient is allergic, has a history of exposure and are likely to be exposed to again.",
"Description": "Allergenic extracts are sterile solutions consisting of the extractable components from various biological sources including pollens, inhalants, molds, animal epidermals and insects. Aqueous extracts are prepared using cocas fluid containing NaCl 0.5%, NaHCO3 0.0275%, WFI, preservative 0.4% Phenol. Glycerinated allergenic extracts are prepared with cocas fluid and glycerin to produce a 50% (v/v) allergenic extract. Allergenic Extracts are supplied as concentrations designated as protein nitrogen units (PNU) or weight/volume (w/v) ratio. Standardized extracts are designated in Bioequivalent Allergy Units (BAU) or Allergy Units (AU). (See product insert for standardized extracts). For diagnostic purposes, allergenic extracts are to be administered by prick-puncture or intradermal routes. Allergenic extracts are administered subcutaneously for immunotherapy injections."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Pantoprazole sodium delayed-release tablets are indicated for.",
"Description": "The active ingredient in pantoprazole sodium delayed-release tablets USP, a PPI, is a substituted benzimidazole, sodium salt of 5-(Difluoromethoxy)-2-[[(3,4-dimethoxy-2-Pyridinyl)methyl]sulfinyl]-1H-benzimidazole sesquihydrate, a compound that inhibits gastric acid secretion. Its molecular formula is C16H14F2N3NaO4S x 1.5 H2O, with a molecular weight of 432.36. The structural formula is:. Pantoprazole sodium sesquihydrate is a white to off-white crystalline powder and is racemic. Pantoprazole has weakly basic and acidic properties. Pantoprazole sodium sesquihydrate is freely soluble in water, very slightly soluble in phosphate buffer at pH 7.4, and practically insoluble in n-hexane. The stability of the compound in aqueous solution is pH-dependent. The rate of degradation increases with decreasing pH. At ambient temperature, the degradation half-life is approximately 2.8 hours at pH 5 and approximately 220 hours at pH 7.8. Pantoprazole sodium is supplied as a delayed-release tablet, available in two strengths 20 mg pantoprazole (equivalent to 22.55 mg of pantoprazole sodium) and 40 mg pantoprazole (equivalent to 45.10 mg of pantoprazole sodium). Pantoprazole sodium delayed-release tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous sodium carbonate, calcium stearate, crospovidone, hypromellose, mannitol, methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer dispersion, povidone, propylene glycol, titanium dioxide, triethyl citrate and yellow iron oxide. The black imprinting ink contains black iron oxide, propylene glycol and shellac glaze. Meets USP Dissolution Test 3."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment USP, 0.05% is indicated for the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid responsive dermatoses.",
"Description": "Topical corticosteroids, such as Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment USP, 0.05%, constitute a class of primarily synthetic steroids used as anti-inflammatory and antipruritic agents. Each gram of Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment USP, 0.05% contains 0.5 mg of Triamcinolone Acetonide USP in a water-in-oil emulsion composed of Light Mineral Oil NF, Purified Water USP, White Petrolatum USP, Heavy Mineral Oil USP, Mineral Wax, and Lanolin Alcohols NF. The white ointment is for topical use only. Triamcinolone Acetonide has the molecular formula of C24H31FO6 and is designated chemically as Pregna-1,4-diene-3, 20-dione, 9-fluoro-11, 21-dihydroxy-16, 17-[(1-methylethylidene)bis(oxy)]-, (11β, 16α)-. It has a molecular weight of 434.50 and the following structural formula."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Fluconazole tablets are indicated for the treatment of. Prophylaxis: Fluconazole tablets are also indicated to decrease the incidence of candidiasis in patients undergoing bone marrow transplantation who receive cytotoxic chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy.Specimens for fungal culture and other relevant laboratory studies (serology, histopathology) should be obtained prior to therapy to isolate and identify causative organisms. Therapy may be instituted before the results of the cultures and other laboratory studies are known; however, once these results become available, anti-infective therapy should be adjusted accordingly.",
"Description": "Fluconazole, the first of a new subclass of synthetic triazole antifungal agents, is available as tablets for oral administration.Fluconazole is designated chemically as 2,4-difluoro-α,α1-bis(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl) benzyl alcohol with an empirical formula of C13H12F2N6O and molecular weight of 306.3. The structural formula is. Fluconazole USP is a white crystalline solid which is slightly soluble in water and saline.Fluconazole tablets USP contain 50 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg, or 200 mg of fluconazole USP and the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, povidone, croscarmellose sodium, FD&C Red No. 40 aluminum lake dye, and magnesium stearate. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2."
