"IndicationAndUsage": "Allergenic extracts are indicated for use in diagnostic testing and as part of a treatment regime for allergic disease, as established by allergy history and skin test reactivity. Allergenic extracts are indicated for the treatment of allergen specific allergic disease for use as hyposensitization or immunotherapy when avoidance of specific allergens can not be attained. The use of allergenic extracts for therapeutic purpose has been established by well-controlled clinical studies. Allergenic extracts may be used as adjunctive therapy along with pharmacotherapy which includes antihistamines, corticosteroids, and cromoglycate, and avoidance measures. Aqueous extracts are prepared using cocas fluid containing NaCl 0.5%, NaHCO3 0.0275%, WFI, preservative 0.4% Phenol. Glycerinated allergenic extracts are prepared with cocas fluid and glycerin to produce a 50% (v/v) allergenic extract. Allergenic Extracts are supplied as concentrations designated as protein nitrogen units (PNU) or weight/volume (w/v) ratio. Standardized extracts are designated in Bioequivalent Allergy Units (BAU) or Allergy Units (AU). (See product insert for standardized extracts). For diagnostic purposes, allergenic extracts are to be administered by prick-puncture or intradermal routes. Allergenic extracts are administered subcutaneously for immunotherapy injections."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Estradiol Tablets USP are indicated in the: 1 Treatment of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms associated with the menopause., 2 Treatment of moderate to severe symptoms of vulvar and vaginal atrophy associated with the menopause. When prescribing solely for the treatment of symptoms of vulvar and vaginal atrophy, topical vaginal products should be considered., 3 Treatment of hypoestrogenism due to hypogonadism, castration or primary ovarian failure., 4 Treatment of breast cancer (for palliation only) in appropriately selected women and men with metastatic disease., 5 Treatment of advanced androgen-dependent carcinoma of the prostate (for palliation only)., 6 Prevention of osteoporosis. When prescribing solely for the prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis, therapy should only be considered for women at significant risk of osteoporosis and for whom non-estrogen medications are not considered to be appropriate. "Description": "Estradiol Tablets USP for oral administration contains 0.5, 1 or 2 mg of micronized estradiol per tablet. Estradiol (17β-estradiol) is a white, crystalline solid, chemically described as estra-1,3,5,(10)-triene-3, 17β-diol. The structural formula is. Inactive Ingredients: Colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, dibasic calcium phosphate, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, and sodium starch glycolate. In addition, the 1 mg also contains FD&C blue no. 1 aluminum lake and D&C red no. 27 aluminum lake. The 2 mg also contains FD&C blue no. 1 aluminum lake and FD&C yellow no. 5 (tartrazine) aluminum lake."

Its molecular formula is C 20H 22N 4O 10S, and it has a molecular weight of 510.48. Cefuroxime axetil is in the amorphous form and has the following structural formula. "Description": "Glyburide and metformin hydrochloride tablets, USP contain 2 oral antihyperglycemic drugs used in the management of type 2 diabetis, glyburide USP and metformin hydrochloride USP. Glyburide, USP is an oral antihyperglycemia sulfonylurea class. The chemical name for glyburide USP is 1-[[p-[2-(5-chloro-o-anisamido) ethyl]phenyl]sulfonyl]-3-cyclo-hexylurea. Glyburide USP is a white to off-white crystalline compound with a molecular formula of C23H28ClN3O5S and a molecular weight of 494.01. Micronised glyburide is used in glyburide and metformin hydrochloride tablets, USP. The structural formula is represented below. Metformin hydrochloride, USP is an oral antihyperglycemic drug used in the management of type 2 diabetes. Metformin hydrochloride (N,N-dimethylimidodicarbonimidic diamide monohydrochloride) Is not chemically or pharmacologically related to sulfonylureas, thiazolidinediones, or α-glucosidase inhibitors. It is a white to off-white crystalline compound with a molecular formula of C4H12CIN5 (monohydrochloride) and a molecular weight of 165.63. Metformin is freely soluble in water and is practically insoluble in acetone, ether, and chloroform. The pKa of metformin is 12.4. The pH of a 1% aqueous solution of metformin is 6.68. The structural formula is as shown. Glyburide and metformin hydrochloride tablets, USP are available for oral administration in tablets containing 1.25 mg glyburide USP with 250 mg metformin hydrochloride USP, 2.5 mg glyburide USP with 500 mg metformin hydrochloride USP, and 5 mg glyburide USP with 500 mg metformin hydrochloride USP. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: Sodium Starch Glycolate, Povidone, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate. The tablets are film coated, which provides color differentiation. Additionally 1.25 mg/250 mg tablet contains Opadry Yellow which contains Hypromellose, Talc, Titanium Dioxide, Macrogol/PEG 6000, Propylene Glycol and Iron Oxide Yellow. The 2.5 mg/500 mg tablet contains Opadry Pink which contains Hypromellose, Talc, Titanium Dioxide, Macrogol/PEG 6000, Propylene Glycol, Iron Oxide Yellow and Iron Oxide Red. The structural formula is as shown. Glyburide and metformin hydrochloride tablets, USP are available for oral administration in tablets containing 1.25 mg glyburide USP with 250 mg metformin hydrochloride USP, 2.5 mg glyburide USP with 500 mg metformin hydrochloride USP, and 5 mg glyburide USP with 500 mg metformin hydrochloride USP. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: Sodium Starch Glycolate, Povidone, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate. The tablets are film coated, which provides color differentiation. Additionally 1.25 mg/250 mg tablet contains Opadry Yellow which contains Hypromellose, Talc, Titanium Dioxide, Macrogol/PEG 6000, Propylene Glycol and Iron Oxide Yellow. The 2.5 mg/500 mg tablet contains Opadry Pink which contains Hypromellose, Talc, Titanium Dioxide, Macrogol/PEG 6000, Propylene Glycol, Iron Oxide Yellow and Iron Oxide Red. The 5 mg/500 mg tablet contains Opadry Yellow which contains Hypromellose, Talc, Titanium Dioxide, Macrogol/PEG 6000, Propylene Glycol, Iron Oxide Yellow and D & C Yellow #10 Aluminium Lake. Meets USP Dissolution Test 1."
