"IndicationAndUsage": "Carefully consider the potential benefits and risks of naproxen tablets, USP and other treatment options before deciding to use naproxen tablets, USP. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration consistent with individual patient treatment goals (see WARNINGS). Naproxen, USP as naproxen tablets, USP is indicated: 1 For the relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, 2 For the relief of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis, 3 For the relief of the signs and symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis, 4 For the relief of the signs and symptoms of juvenile arthritis, 5 For relief of the signs and symptoms of tendonitis, 6 For relief of the signs and symptoms of bursitis, 7 For relief of the signs and symptoms of acute gout, 8 For the management of pain, 9 For the management of primary dysmenorrhea.",
"Description": "Naproxen, USP is a propionic acid derivative related to the arylacetic acid group of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The chemical name for naproxen, USP is (S)-6-methoxy-α-methyl-2-naphthaleneacetic acid. Naproxen, USP has the following structure. Naproxen, USP has a molecular weight of 230.26 and a molecular formula of C 14H 14O 3. Naproxen, USP is an odorless, white to off-white crystalline substance. It is lipid-soluble, practically insoluble in water at low pH and freely soluble in water at high pH. The octanol/water partition coefficient of naproxen, USP at pH 7.4 is 1.6 to 1.8. Naproxen, USP is available as white tablets containing 250 mg of naproxen, USP, white tablets containing 375 mg of naproxen, USP and white tablets containing 500 mg of naproxen, USP for oral administration. The inactive ingredients are croscarmellose sodium, povidone and magnesium stearate."

The chemical name for doxycycline hyclate is [4S(4aR,5S,5aR,6R,12aS)]-4-(dimethylamino)-1,4,4a,5,5a,6,11,12a-octahydro-3,5,10,12,12a-pentahydroxy-6- methyl-1,11-deoxonaphthacene-2-carboxamide monohydrochloride, compound with ethyl alcohol (2:1), monohydrate. Doxycycline hyclate is a yellow crystalline powder soluble in water and in solutions of alkali hydroxides and carbonates. Doxycycline has a high degree of lipid solubility and a low affinity for calcium binding. It is highly stable in normal human serum. Doxycycline will not degrade into an epianhydro form. Each tablet contains doxycycline 50 mg, 80 mg or 200 mg (equivalent to doxycycline hyclate 57.7 mg, 92.3 mg or 230.8 mg). Inactive ingredients in the tablet formulation are: lactose monohydrate; microcrystalline cellulose; sodium lauryl sulfate; sodium chloride; talc; anhydrous lactose; corn starch; crospovidone; magnesium stearate; cellulosic polymer coating. "IndicationAndUsage": "Propafenone Hydrochloride Tablets are indicated to: 1 prolong the time to recurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation/flutter (PAF) associated with disabling symptoms in patients without structural heart disease., 2 prolong the time to recurrence of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) associated with disabling symptoms in patients without structural heart disease., 3 treat documented ventricular arrhythmias, such as sustained ventricular tachycardia that, in the judgment of the physician, are life-threatening. Initiate treatment in the hospital.",
"Description": "Propafenone Hydrochloride Tablets USP are an antiarrhythmic drug supplied in scored, film-coated tablets of 150 mg, 225 mg and 300 mg for oral administration. Propafenone has some structural similarities to beta-blocking agents. Chemically, propafenone hydrochloride is 2’-[2-hydroxy-3-(propylamino)-propoxy]-3-phenylpropiophenone hydrochloride, with a molecular weight of 377.92. The molecular formula is C21H27NO3HCl. The structural formula of propafenone hydrochloride is given below:. Propafenone hydrochloride occurs as colorless crystals or white crystalline powder with a very bitter taste. It is slightly soluble in water (20°C), chloroform, and ethanol. The following inactive ingredients are contained in the tablet: corn starch, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polydextrose, polyethylene glycol, povidone, silicon dioxide colloidal, titanium dioxide, and triacetin."

Doxycycline has a high degree of lipid solubility and a low affinity for calcium binding. It is highly stable in normal human serum. Doxycycline will not degrade into an epianhydro form. Each tablet contains doxycycline 50 mg, 75 mg, 80 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg or 200 mg (equivalent to doxycycline hyclate 57.7 mg, 86.6 mg, 92.3 mg, 115.4 mg, 173.1 mg or 230.8 mg).
