"IndicationAndUsage": "Succinylcholine Chloride Injection is indicated in adults and pediatric patients: 1 as an adjunct to general anesthesia, 2 to facilitate tracheal intubation, 3 to provide skeletal muscle relaxation during surgery or mechanical ventilation.",
"Description": "Succinylcholine Chloride Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic solution to be used as a short-acting, depolarizing neuromuscular blocker for intravenous or intramuscular use. Succinylcholine Chloride Injection contains succinylcholine chloride as the active pharmaceutical ingredient. Succinylcholine Chloride, USP is chemically designated C 14H 30C l2N 2O 4and its molecular weight is 361.31. The chemical name of succinylcholine chloride is ethanaminium, 2,2’-[(1,4-dioxo-1,4 butanediyl)bis(oxy)]bis[N,N,N-trimethyl-], dichloride. Succinylcholine chloride is a diquaternary base consisting of the dichloride salt of the dicholine ester of succinic acid. It is a white, odorless, slightly bitter powder, very soluble in water. It has the following structural formula:. Succinylcholine Chloride Injection 200 mg/10 mL (20 mg/mL) is intended for multiple-dose administration and contains preservative. Each 1 mL of Succinylcholine Chloride Injection 200 mg/10 mL (20 mg/mL) multiple-dose vials contains: 20 mg of succinylcholine anhydrous (equivalent to 22.65 mg of Succinylcholine Chloride, USP), 1.8 mg of methylparaben and 0.2 mg of propylparaben as preservatives, 4.70 mg of sodium chloride as iso-osmotic agent, and sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid as pH adjusters in water for injection. The pH of the solution is between 3.0 and 4.5, with an osmolarity of 0.338 mOsm/mL (calc.)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "DRISDOL is indicated for use in the treatment of hypoparathyroidism, refractory rickets, also known as vitamin D resistant rickets, and familial hypophosphatemia.",
"Description": "DRISDOL brand of ergocalciferol capsules, USP, is a synthetic calcium regulator for oral administration. Ergocalciferol is a white, colorless crystal, insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents, and slightly soluble in vegetable oils. It is affected by air and by light. Ergosterol or provitamin D2 is found in plants and yeast and has no antirachitic activity. There are more than 10 substances belonging to a group of steroid compounds, classified as having vitamin D or antirachitic activity. One USP unit of vitamin D2 is equivalent to one International Unit (IU), and 1 mcg of vitamin D2 is equal to 40 IU. Each capsule contains 1.25 mg (50,000 International Units vitamin D) of ergocalciferol, USP, in an edible vegetable oil. Ergocalciferol, also called vitamin D2, is 9, 10-secoergosta-5,7,10 (19), 22-tetraen-3-ol, (3ß,5Z,7E, 22E)-; (C28H44O) with a molecular weight of 396.65, and has the following structural formula. Inactive Ingredients: FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Yellow #5, Gelatin, Glycerin, Soybean Oil."

"IndicationAndUsage": "SOLODYN is a tetracycline-class drug indicated to treat only inflammatory lesions of non-nodular moderate to severe acne vulgaris in patients 12 years of age and older. (1).",
"Description": "Minocycline hydrochloride, a semi synthetic derivative of tetracycline, is [4S-(4α,4aα,5aα,12aα)]-4,7-Bis(dimethylamino)-1,4,4a,5,5a,6,11,12a-octahydro-3,10,12,12a-tetrahydroxy-1,11-dioxo-2-naphthacenecarboxamide mono hydrochloride. The structural formula is represented below. C23H27N3O7HCl M. W. 493.95. SOLODYN Tablets for oral administration contain minocycline hydrochloride USP equivalent to 45 mg, 55 mg, 65 mg, 80 mg, 90 mg, 105 mg, 115 mg, or 135 mg of minocycline. In addition, 45 mg, 55 mg, 65 mg, 80 mg, 90 mg, 105 mg, 115 mg, and 135 mg tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate NF, hypromellose type 2910 USP, magnesium stearate NF, colloidal silicon dioxide NF, and carnauba wax NF. The 45 mg tablets also contain Opadry II Gray which contains: lactose monohydrate NF, hypromellose type 2910 USP, titanium dioxide USP, triacetin USP, and iron oxide black JPE. The 55 mg tablets also contain Opadry II Pink which contains: hypromellose type 2910 USP, titanium dioxide USP, lactose monohydrate NF, polyethylene glycol 3350 NF, triacetin USP, and FD&C Red #40. The 65 mg tablets also contain Opadry II Blue which contains: hypromellose type 2910 USP, lactose monohydrate NF, FD&C Blue #1, polyethylene glycol 3350 NF, FD&C Blue #2, titanium dioxide USP, triacetin USP, and D&C Yellow #10. The 80 mg tablets also contain Opadry II Gray which contains: hypromellose type 2910 USP, lactose monohydrate NF, polyethylene glycol 3350 NF, FD&C Blue #2, FD&C Red #40, titanium dioxide USP, triacetin USP, and FD&C Yellow #6. The 90 mg tablets also contain Opadry II Yellow which contains: hypromellose type 2910 USP, lactose monohydrate NF, titanium dioxide USP, iron oxide yellow NF, polyethylene glycol 3350 NF, and triacetin USP. The 105 mg tablets also contain Opadry II Purple which contains: hypromellose type 2910 USP, lactose monohydrate NF, titanium dioxide USP, D&C Red #27, polyethylene glycol 3350 NF, triacetin USP, and FD&C Blue #1. The 115 mg tablets also contain Opadry II Green which contains: hypromellose type 2910 USP, lactose monohydrate NF, D&C Yellow #10, triacetin USP, FD&C Blue #1, titanium dioxide USP, and FD&C Blue #2. The structural formula is represented below:. C23H27N3O7HCl M. W. 493.95. Minocycline hydrochloride extended-release tablets, USP for oral administration contain minocycline hydrochloride USP equivalent to 45 mg, 55 mg, 65 mg, 80 mg, 90 mg, 105 mg, 115 mg, and 135 mg of minocycline. In addition, 45 mg, 55 mg, 65 mg, 80 mg, 90 mg, 105 mg, 115 mg, and 135 mg tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, hypromellose type 2910, hypromellose type 2208, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide and triacetin. The 45 mg tablets also contain iron oxide black. Minocycline hydrochloride extended-release tablets, USP for oral administration contain minocycline hydrochloride USP equivalent to 45 mg, 55 mg, 65 mg, 80 mg, 90 mg, 105 mg, 115 mg, and 135 mg of minocycline. "Description": "Minocycline hydrochloride, a semi synthetic derivative of tetracycline, is [4S-(4α,4aα,5aα, 12aα)]-4,7–Bis(dimethylamino)-1,4,4a,5,5a,6,11,12a-octahydro-3,10,12,12a-tetrahydroxy-1,11-dioxo-2-naphthacenecarboxamide monohydrochloride. The structural formula is represented below:. C23H27N3O7HCl M. W. 493.95. Minocycline hydrochloride extended-release tablets, USP for oral administration contain minocycline hydrochloride USP equivalent to 45 mg, 55 mg, 65 mg, 80 mg, 90 mg, 105 mg, 115 mg, and 135 mg of minocycline. In addition, 45 mg, 55 mg, 65 mg, 80 mg, 90 mg, 105 mg, 115 mg, and 135 mg tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, hypromellose type 2910, hypromellose type 2208, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide and triacetin. The 45 mg tablets also contain iron oxide black. The 65 mg tablets also contain FD&C blue #1/brilliant blue FCF aluminium lake. polyethylene glycol 3350, FD&C blue #2/indigo carmine aluminum lake and D&C yellow #10 aluminum lake.
