"IndicationAndUsage": "Parenteral Phenytoin Sodium Injection is indicated for the treatment of generalized tonic-clonic status epilepticus, and prevention and treatment of seizures occurring during neurosurgery. Intravenous Phenytoin Sodium Injection can also be substituted, as short-term use, for oral phenytoin. Parenteral Phenytoin should be used only when oral phenytoin administration is not possible [see Dosage and Administration (2.1, 2.3) and Warnings and Precautions (5.1)].",
"Description": "Phenytoin Sodium Injection, USP is a sterile solution of 50 mg phenytoin sodium per milliliter for intravenous or intramuscular administration. The solution is in a vehicle containing 40% propylene glycol and 10% alcohol in water for injection, adjusted to pH 12 with sodium hydroxide. Phenytoin sodium is related to the barbiturates in chemical structure, but has a five-membered ring. The chemical name is sodium 5,5-diphenyl-2, 4- imidazolidinedione represented by the following structural formula. C15H11N2NaO2 MW 274.25."

"IndicationAndUsage": "NP Thyroid ®tablets (thyroid tablets, USP) are indicated:. 1. As replacement or supplemental therapy in patients with hypothyroidism of any etiology, except transient hypothyroidism during the recovery phase of subacute thyroiditis. This category includes cretinism, myxedema, and ordinary hypothyroidism in patients of any age (children, adults, the elderly), or state (including pregnancy); primary hypothyroidism resulting from functional deficiency, primary atrophy, partial or total absence of thyroid gland, or the effects of surgery, radiation, or drugs, with or without the presence of goiter; and secondary (pituitary), or tertiary (hypothalamic) hypothyroidism (See WARNINGS). 2. As pituitary TSH suppressants, in the treatment or prevention of various types of euthyroid goiters, including thyroid nodules, subacute or chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis (Hashimoto’s), multinodular goiter, and in the management of thyroid cancer.",
"Description": "NP Thyroid ®(thyroid tablets, USP) for oral use is a natural preparation derived from porcine thyroid glands. They contain both tetraiodothyronine sodium (T 4levothyroxine) and triiodothyronine sodium (T 3liothyronine) providing 38 mcg levothyroxine (T 4) and 9 mcg liothyronine (T 3) per grain of thyroid. The inactive ingredients are calcium stearate, dextrose (agglomerated) and mineral oil. Contains no ingredient made from a gluten-containing grain (wheat, barley, rye)."

As replacement or supplemental therapy in patients with hypothyroidism of any etiology, except transient hypothyroidism during the recovery phase of subacute thyroiditis. This category includes cretinism, myxedema, and ordinary hypothyroidism in patients of any age (children, adults, the elderly), or state (including pregnancy); primary hypothyroidism resulting from functional deficiency, primary atrophy, partial or total absence of thyroid gland, or the effects of surgery, radiation, or drugs, with or without the presence of goiter; and secondary (pituitary), or tertiary (hypothalamic) hypothyroidism (See WARNINGS). 2. "Description": "Niacin extended-release tablets contains niacin, USP, which at therapeutic doses is an antihyperlipidemic agent. Niacin, USP (nicotinic acid, or 3-pyridinecarboxylic acid) is a white, crystalline powder, very soluble in water, with the following structural formula. Niacin extended-release tablets are unscored, film-coated tablets for oral administration and are available in two tablet strengths containing 500 mg and 1000 mg niacin. The 500 mg is light orange to orange colored, round shaped, coated tablets debossed with ‘AN 321’ on one side and plain on the other side. The 1000 mg is light orange to orange colored, capsule shaped, coated tablets debossed with ‘AN 323’ on one side and plain on the other side. Niacin extended-release tablets also contain the following inactive ingredients: FD&C yellow #6/sunset yellow FCF aluminum lake, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hypromellose, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, polyethylene glycol 400, stearic acid and titanium dioxide."

"Description": "Paricalcitol, USP, the active ingredient in Paricalcitol Capsules, is a synthetically manufactured, metabolically active vitamin D analog of calcitriol with modifications to the side chain (D 2) and the A (19-nor) ring. Paricalcitol is indicated for the prevention and treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism in chronic kidney disease. Paricalcitol is available as soft gelatin capsules for oral administration containing 1 microgram, 2 micrograms or 4 micrograms of paricalcitol. Each capsule also contains medium chain triglycerides, alcohol and butylated hydroxytoluene. The medium chain triglycerides are fractionated from coconut oil or palm kernel oil. The capsule shell is composed of gelatin, glycerin, titanium dioxide, iron oxide red (2 microgram capsules only), iron oxide yellow (2 microgram and 4 microgram capsules), iron oxide black (1 microgram capsules only), and water. The components of imprinting ink: shellac, isopropyl alcohol, ferrosoferric oxide, N-butyl alcohol, propylene glycol, ammonium hydroxide. Paricalcitol is a white, crystalline powder with the empirical formula of C 27H 44O 3, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 416.64. "Description": "Niacin extended-release tablet, USP contains niacin, which at therapeutic doses is an antihyperlipidemic agent. Niacin (nicotinic acid, or 3-pyridinecarboxylic acid) is a white, crystalline powder, sparingly soluble in water, with the following structural formula. Niacin extended-release tablets, USP are unscored, pink, film-coated tablets for oral administration and are available in three tablet strengths containing 500 mg, 750 mg, and 1,000 mg niacin USP. Niacin extended-release tablets, USP also contain the inactive ingredients hypromellose, hydrogenated vegetable oil Type I, glyceryl behenate, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, polyvinyl alcohol-partially hydrolyzed, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol, talc, iron oxide red and iron oxide yellow.Meet USP Dissolution Test 3."
