"IndicationAndUsage": "Topical corticosteroids are indicated for the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses.",
"Description": "The topical corticosteroids constitute a class of primarily synthetic steroids used as anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic agents. Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment USP contains Triamcinolone Acetonide [Pregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione,9-fluoro-11,21-dihydroxy-16,17-[(1-methylethylidene)bis-(oxy)]-, (11β,16α)-], with the molecular formula C 24H 31FO 6and molecular weight 434.51. CAS 76-25-5. Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment USP, 0.025% contains: 0.25 mg of triamcinolone acetonide per gram in a base containing white petrolatum and mineral oil. Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment USP, 0.1% contains: 1 mg triamcinolone acetonide per gram in a base containing white petrolatum and mineral oil."

"IndicationAndUsage": "VALTREX is a deoxynucleoside analogue DNA polymerase inhibitor indicated for. Adult Patients (1.1): 1 Cold Sores (Herpes Labialis), 2 Genital HerpesTreatment in immunocompetent patients (initial or recurrent episode)Suppression in immunocompetent or HIV-1−infected patientsReduction of transmission, 3 Herpes Zoster.",
"Description": "VALTREX (valacyclovir hydrochloride) is the hydrochloride salt of the L‑valyl ester of the antiviral drug acyclovir. VALTREX tablets are for oral administration. Each tablet contains 556.2 mg or 1.112 grams of valacyclovir hydrochloride equivalent to 500 mg or 1 gram of valacyclovir, respectively, and the inactive ingredients carnauba wax, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, FD&C Blue No. 2 Lake, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, povidone, and titanium dioxide. The blue, film‑coated tablets are printed with edible white ink. The chemical name of valacyclovir hydrochloride is L-valine, 2-[(2-amino-1,6-dihydro-6-oxo-9H-purin-9-yl)methoxy]ethyl ester, monohydrochloride. It has the following structural formula. Valacyclovir hydrochloride is a white to off-white powder with the molecular formula C13H20N6O4HCl and a molecular weight of 360.80. The maximum solubility in water at 25°C is 174 mg/mL. The pkas for valacyclovir hydrochloride are 1.90, 7.47, and 9.43."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Fenofibrate is a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) alpha agonist indicated as an adjunct to diet: : 1 To reduce elevated LDL-C, Total-C, TG and Apo B, and to increase HDL-C in adult patients with primary hypercholesterolemia or mixed dyslipidemia (1.1). , 2 For treatment of adult patients with severe hypertriglyceridemia (1.2). .",
"Description": "Fenofibrate is a lipid regulating agent available as tablets for oral administration. Each tablet contains 54 mg or 160 mg of fenofibrate, USP. The chemical name for fenofibrate is 2-[4-(4-chlorobenzoyl) phenoxy]-2-methyl-propanoic acid, 1-methylethyl ester with the following structural formula:. The molecular formula is C20H21O4Cl and the molecular weight is 360.83; fenofibrate is insoluble in water. The melting point is 79-82°C. Fenofibrate, USP is a white solid which is stable under ordinary conditions. Inactive Ingredients: Each tablet contains betadex, colloidal silicon dioxide, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, docusate sodium with sodium benzoate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, sodium starch glycolate (potato) and titanium dioxide. In addition, the 54 mg individual tablets contain D&C Yellow No. 10 Aluminum Lake and FD&C Yellow No. 6 Aluminum Lake. Meets USP Dissolution Test 3."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Carefully consider the potential benefits and risks of nabumetone tablets, USP and other treatment options before deciding to use nabumetone tablets, USP. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration consistent with individual patient treatment goals (see WARNINGS). Nabumetone tablets, USP are indicated for relief of signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.",
"Description": "Nabumetone is a naphthylalkanone designated chemically as 4-(6-methoxy-2- naphthalenyl)-2-butanone. It has the following structure:. Nabumetone is a white to off-white crystalline substance. It is nonacidic and practically insoluble in water, but soluble in alcohol and most organic solvents. It has an n-octanol:phosphate buffer partition coefficient of 2400 at pH 7.4. Each tablet, for oral administration contains either 500 mg or 750 mg of nabumetone. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, hydroxyl propyl methyl cellulose, sodium lauryl sulphate, colloidal silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate. The 500 mg tablets also contain opadry white (Titanium dioxide, Hypromellose 3cP, Hypromellose 6cP, Macrogol and Polysorbate 80) and the 750 mg tablets contain opadry beige (Hypromellose 6cP, titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red and Macrogol)."
