"IndicationAndUsage": "Quetiapine tablets are an atypical antipsychotic indicated for the treatment of: 1 Schizophrenia (1.1), 2 Bipolar I disorder manic episodes (1.2), 3 Bipolar disorder, depressive episodes (1.2).",
"Description": "Quetiapine is an atypical antipsychotic belonging to a chemical class, the dibenzothiazepine derivatives. The chemical designation is 2-[2-(4-Dibenzo [b,f] [1,4]thiazepin-11-yl-1-piperazinyl)-ethoxy] ethanol fumarate (2:1) (salt). It is present in tablets as the fumarate salt. All doses and tablet strengths are expressed as milligrams of base, not as fumarate salt. Its molecular formula is (C21H25N3O2S)2. C4H4O4 and it has a molecular weight of 883.1 (fumarate salt). The structural formula is. Quetiapine fumarate USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder which is sparingly soluble in 0.1N hydrochloric acid, slightly soluble in water, in anhydrous ethanol and in methanol. Quetiapine tablets USP are supplied for oral administration as 25 mg (round, peach), 50 mg (round, white), 100 mg (round, yellow), 200 mg (round, white), 300 mg (capsule-shaped, white), and 400 mg (capsule-shaped, yellow) tablets. Inactive ingredients are dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, povidone, sodium starch glycolate and titanium dioxide. The 25 mg tablets contain red iron oxide and yellow iron oxide and the 100 mg and 400 mg tablets contain only yellow iron oxide. Each 25 mg tablet contains 28.78 mg of quetiapine fumarate USP equivalent to 25 mg quetiapine. Each 50 mg tablet contains 57.56 mg of quetiapine fumarate USP equivalent to 50 mg quetiapine. Each 100 mg tablet contains 115.13 mg of quetiapine fumarate USP equivalent to 100 mg quetiapine. Each 200 mg tablet contains 230.24 mg of quetiapine fumarate USP equivalent to 200 mg quetiapine. Each 300 mg tablet contains 345.36 mg of quetiapine fumarate USP equivalent to 300 mg quetiapine. Each 400 mg tablet contains 460.48 mg of quetiapine fumarate USP equivalent to 400 mg quetiapine."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Fenofibrate tablets are indicated as adjunctive therapy to diet: : 1 to reduce triglyceride (TG) levels in adults with severe hypertriglyceridemia (TG greater than or equal to 500 mg/dL). , 2 to reduce elevated low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in adults with primary hyperlipidemia when use of recommended LDL-C lowering therapy is not possible. .",
"Description": "Fenofibrate tablets USP, are a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) alpha agonist available as tablets for oral administration. Each tablet contains 48 mg or 145 mg of fenofibrate. The chemical name for fenofibrate is 2-[4-(4-chlorobenzoyl) phenoxy]-2-methyl-propanoic acid, 1-methylethyl ester with the following structural formula. The molecular formula is C20H21O4Cl and the molecular weight is 360.83; fenofibrate is insoluble in water. The melting point is 79 to 82°C. Fenofibrate USP is white or almost white, crystalline powder which is stable under ordinary conditions.Inactive Ingredients Each tablet contains crospovidone, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, poloxamer, silicified microcrystalline cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate and sucrose. In addition, individual tablets contain: 48 mg tablets D&C Yellow No. 10 aluminium lake, FD&C Yellow No. 6 aluminium lake, FD&C Blue No. 2 aluminium lake, polyethylene glycol and titanium dioxide. 145 mg tablets polyethylene glycol and titanium dioxide."

Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, and misuse with opioids, which can occur at any dosage or duration [see Warnings and Precautions ( 5.1)] , reserve oxycodone hydrochloride tablets for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options (e.g., non-opioid analgesics or opioid combination products):. Have not been tolerated or are not expected to be tolerated. Have not provided adequate analgesia or are not expected to provide adequate analgesia. Oxycodone hydrochloride tablets should not be used for an extended period of time unless the pain remains severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatment options continue to be inadequate.",
"Description": "Oxycodone hydrochloride tablets, USP contain oxycodone, an opioid agonist. Each tablet for oral administration contains 5 mg, 15 mg, or 30 mg of oxycodone hydrochloride USP. Oxycodone hydrochloride is a white, odorless crystalline powder derived from the opium alkaloid, thebaine. Oxycodone hydrochloride dissolves in water (1 g in 6 to 7 mL) and is considered slightly soluble in alcohol (octanol water partition coefficient is 0.7). Chemically, oxycodone hydrochloride is 4, 5α-epoxy-14-hydroxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6-one hydrochloride and has the following structural formula. C 18H 21NO 4HCl MW=351.82. Oxycodone hydrochloride tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized corn starch, stearic acid, D&C Yellow No. 10 (15 mg tablet) and FD&C Blue No. 2 (15 mg and 30 mg tablet). The 5 mg, 15 mg and 30 mg tablets contain the equivalent of 4.5 mg, 13.5 mg and 27.0 mg, respectively, of oxycodone free base."

"Description": "Dapsone-USP, 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone (DDS), is a primary treatment for Dermatitis herpetiformis. It is an antibacterial drug for susceptible cases of leprosy. It is a white, odorless crystalline powder, practically insoluble in water and in-soluble in fixed and vegetable oils. Dapsone is issued on prescription in tablets of 25 and 100 mg for oral use. Inactive Ingredients: Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Corn Starch, Magnesium Stearate and Microcrystalline Cellulose."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Hypertension. Acebutolol HCl capsules are indicated for the management of hypertension in adults. It may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive agents, especially thiazide-type diuretics. Ventricular Arrhythmias. Acebutolol HCl capsules are indicated in the management of ventricular premature beats; it reduces the total number of premature beats, as well as the number of paired and multiform ventricular ectopic beats, and R-on-T beats.",
"Description": "Acebutolol HCl, USP is a selective, hydrophilic beta-adrenoreceptor blocking agent with mild intrinsic sympathomimetic activity for use in treating patients with hypertension and ventricular arrhythmias. It is marketed in capsule form for oral administration. Acebutolol HCl capsules, USP are provided in two dosage strengths which contain 200 mg or 400 mg of acebutolol as the hydrochloride salt. The inactive ingredients present are D&C Red 28, D&C Yellow 10, FD&C Blue 1, FD&C Red 40, gelatin, maize starch, povidone, stearic acid and titanium dioxide. Acebutolol HCl, USP has the following structural formula. C 18H 28N 2O 4HCl M.W. 372.89. Acebutolol HCl, USP is a white or slightly off-white powder freely soluble in water, and less soluble in alcohol. Chemically it is defined as the hydrochloride salt of (±) N-[3-Acetyl-4-[2-hydroxy-3-[(1-methylethyl) amino]propoxy]phenyl] butanamide."

Its molecular formula is C 24H 28N 2O 5HCl, and its molecular weight is 460.96. Benazeprilat, the active metabolite of benazepril, is a nonsulfhydryl ACE inhibitor. Benazepril is converted to benazeprilat by hepatic cleavage of the ester group. Amlodipine besylate USP is a white or almost white powder, slightly soluble in water and sparingly soluble in ethanol. Its chemical name is (R,S)3-ethyl-5-methyl-2-(2-aminoethoxymethyl)-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-6-methyl-3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate benzenesulfonate; its structural formula is:. Its molecular formula is C 20H 25ClN 2O 5C 6H 6O 3S, and its molecular weight is 567.1. Amlodipine besylate is the besylate salt of amlodipine, a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker. Its molecular formula is C 24H 28N 2O 5HCl, and its molecular weight is 460.96. Benazeprilat, the active metabolite of benazepril, is a nonsulfhydryl ACE inhibitor. Benazepril is converted to benazeprilat by hepatic cleavage of the ester group. Amlodipine besylate USP is a white or almost white powder, slightly soluble in water and sparingly soluble in ethanol. Amlodipine and benazepril hydrochloride is available as capsules containing amlodipine besylate USP (3.5 mg, 6.9 mg or 13.9 mg, equivalent to 2.5 mg, 5 mg or 10 mg of amlodipine respectively), with 10 mg, 20 mg, or 40 mg of benazepril hydrochloride USP providing for the following available combinations: 2.5 mg/10 mg, 5 mg/10 mg, 5 mg/20 mg, 5 mg/40 mg, 10 mg/20 mg, and 10 mg/40 mg. The inactive ingredients of the capsules are colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, gelatin, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, sodium lauryl sulfate, and titanium dioxide. "Description": "Acyclovir is a synthetic nucleoside analogue active against herpes viruses. Acyclovir capsule is a formulation for oral administration. Each capsule of acyclovir contains 200 mg of acyclovir and the inactive ingredients colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose. The capsule shell consists of FD&C blue #1, gelatin and titanium dioxide. The capsule black imprinting ink contains the following inactive ingredients: ammonium hydroxide, black iron oxide, n-butyl, ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol and shellac. Acyclovir is a white, crystalline powder with the molecular formula C 8H 11N 5O 3 and a molecular weight of 225.2. The maximum solubility in water at 37°C is 2.5 mg/mL. The pka’s of acyclovir are 2.27 and 9.25. The chemical name of acyclovir is 2-amino-1,9-dihydro-9-[(2-hydroxyethoxy)methyl]-6 H-purin-6-one; it has the following structural formula:."

Chemically, diltiazem hydrochloride is 1,5-Benzothiazepin-4(5H)-one, 3-(acetyloxy)-5-[2-(dimethylamino) ethyl]-2, 3-dihydro-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-, monohydrochloride, (+)-cis-. The chemical structure is. Diltiazem hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a bitter taste. It is soluble in water, methanol, and chloroform. It has a molecular weight of 450.98. Each Diltiazem Hydrochloride Extended-Release Capsule, USP contains either 60 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 55.1 mg diltiazem), 90 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 82.7 mg diltiazem), or 120 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 110.3 mg diltiazem). Also contains: sucrose, povidone, hypromellose, methacrylic acid copolymer, diethyl phthalate, FD&C Red No. 40, titanium dioxide, gelatin, black ink. The 90 mg also contains FD&C Red No. 3. "IndicationAndUsage": "Carefully consider the potential benefits and risks of diclofenac potassium tablets and other treatment options before deciding to use diclofenac potassium tablets. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration consistent with individual patient treatment goals (see WARNINGS;Gastrointestinal Bleeding, Ulceration, and Perforation). Diclofenac potassium tablets are indicated: 1 for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, 2 for relief of mild to moderate pain, 3 for relief of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis, 4 for relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.",
"Description": "Diclofenac potassium tablets, USP are a benzeneacetic acid derivative. Diclofenac potassium tablets are available as tablets of 50 mg (white) for oral administration. Diclofenac potassium, USP is a white or slightly yellowish crystalline powder and is sparingly soluble in water at 25ºC. The chemical name is 2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino] benzeneacetic acid, monopotassium salt. The molecular weight is 334.24 g/mol. Its molecular formula is C 14H 10Cl 2NKO 2, and it has the following structural formula:.
