"IndicationAndUsage": "Sunitinib malate capsules are a kinase inhibitor indicated for: 1 treatment of adult patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) after disease progression on or intolerance to imatinib mesylate. ( 1.1) , 2 treatment of adult patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC). ( 1.2) , 3 adjuvant treatment of adult patients at high risk of recurrent RCC following nephrectomy. ( 1.3) , 4 treatment of progressive, well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNET) in adult patients with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic disease. ( 1.4).",
"Description": "Sunitinib is a kinase inhibitor present in sunitinib malate capsules as the malate salt. Sunitinib malate is described chemically as (2 S)-2-hydroxybutanedoic acid with N-[2-(diethylamino)ethyl]-5-[( Z)-(5-fluoro-1,2-dihydro-2-oxo- 3H-indol-3-ylidine)methyl]-2,4-dimethyl- 1H-pyrrole-3-carboxamide (1:1). The molecular formula is C 22H 27FN 4O 2● C 4H 6O 5and the molecular weight is 532.6 Daltons. The chemical structure of sunitinib malate is:. Sunitinib malate is a yellow to orange powder with a pKa of 8.95. The solubility of sunitinib malate in aqueous media over the range pH 1.2 to pH 6.8 is in excess of 0.4 mg/mL. The log of the distribution coefficient (octanol/water) at pH 7 is 5.2. Sunitinib malate capsules are supplied as printed hard shell capsules containing 12.5 mg, 25 mg, 37.5 mg or 50 mg of sunitinib (equivalent to 16.7 mg, 33.4 mg, 50.1 mg, or 66.8 mg of sunitinib malate, respectively). The capsules contain the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, mannitol, and povidone K-30. The 12.5 mg capsule shell contains D&C Red No. 28, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40, gelatin, and titanium dioxide. The 25 mg capsule shell contains D&C Red No. 28, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40, FD&C Yellow No. 6, gelatin, and titanium dioxide. The 37.5 mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, and yellow iron oxide. The 50 mg capsule shell contains FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40, FD&C Yellow No. 6, gelatin, and titanium dioxide. The black printing ink which is common for all strengths contains black iron oxide, D&C Yellow No. 10 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Blue No. 1 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Blue No. 2 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Red No. 40 Aluminum Lake, shellac, and may also contain propylene glycol."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Methocarbamol tablets, USP are indicated as an adjunct to rest, physical therapy, and other measures for the relief of discomfort associated with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions. The mode of action of methocarbamol has not been clearly identified, but may be related to its sedative properties. Methocarbamol does not directly relax tense skeletal muscles in man.",
"Description": "Methocarbamol tablet, USP, a carbamate derivative of guaifenesin, is a central nervous system (CNS) depressant with sedative and musculoskeletal relaxant properties. The chemical name of methocarbamol is 1,2-Propanediol,3-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-,1-Carbamate,(±)-.(or) (±)-3-(o-Methoxyphenoxy)-1,2-Propanediol 1-carbamate and has the empirical formula C 11H 15NO 5. Its molecular weight is 241.24g/mol. The structural formula is shown below. Methocarbamol is a white powder, sparingly soluble in water and in chloroform, soluble in alcohol (only with heating), insoluble in benzene and in n-hexane. Methocarbamol tablets, USP are available as 500 mg and 750 mg tablets for oral administration. Methocarbamol tablets, USP 500 mg are light orange colored, round shaped film coated tablets debossed with \"G\" above the score line on one side and \"500\" on other side. Methocarbamol tablets, USP 750 mg are light orange colored, caplet shaped film coated tablets debossed with \"G\" on one side and \"750\" on other side. Methocarbamol tablets, USP 500 mg and 750 mg contain the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, maize starch, povidone, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium starch glycolate, and stearic acid. The tabets are coated with Aquarius Prime which contains FD&C yellow 6, hydroxypropylcellulose, hypromellose, polysorbate 80, propylene glycol, and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Acetaminophen and codeine phosphate tablets are indicated for the management of mild to moderate pain, where treatment with an opioid is appropriate and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use. Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, and misuse, with opioids, even at recommended doses [see WARNINGS], reserve acetaminophen and codeine phosphate tablets for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options [e.g., non-opioid analgesics] : 1 Have not provided adequate analgesia, or are not expected to provide adequate analgesia, , 2 Have not been tolerated, or are not expected to be tolerated. .",
"Description": "Acetaminophen and codeine phosphate are supplied in tablet form for oral administration. Acetaminophen, USP, 4'-hydroxyacetanilide, a slightly bitter, white, odorless, crystalline powder, is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic. It has the following structural formula. C 8H 9NO 2 M.W. 151.16. Codeine phosphate, USP, 7,8-didehydro-4,5α-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6α-ol phosphate (1:1) (salt) hemihydrate, a white crystalline powder, is a narcotic analgesic and antitussive. It has the following structural formula. C 18H 21NO 3H 3PO 4½H 2O M.W. 406.37. Each Acetaminophen and Codeine Phosphate Tablet, USP (300 mg/15 mg) contains: 1 Acetaminophen, USP...........................300 mg Codeine Phosphate, USP.......................15 mg ."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Norgestimate and Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets are an estrogen/progestin COCs, indicated for use by women to prevent pregnancy. ( 1.1).",
"Description": "Each of the following products is a combination oral contraceptive containing the progestational compound norgestimate and the estrogenic compound ethinyl estradiol. Norgestimate is designated as (18,19-Dinor-17-pregn-4-en-20-yn-3-one,17-(acetyloxy)-13-ethyl-, oxime,(17α)-(+)-) and ethinyl estradiol is designated as (19-nor-17α-pregna,1,3,5(10)-trien-20-yne-3,17-diol). : 1 Each active blue tablet contains 0.25 mg of norgestimate and 0.035 mg of the ethinyl estradiol. Inactive ingredients include crospovidone, FD & C Blue No.2 Aluminum Lake, lactose anhydrous, magnesium stearate, and pregelatinized starch., 2 Each green placebo tablet containing only inert ingredients, as follows: crospovidone, D & C Yellow No.10 Aluminum Lake, FD & C Blue No.2 Aluminum Lake, lactose anhydrous, magnesium stearate, and pregelatinized starch."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Norgestimate and Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets, USP is an estrogen/progestin COCs, indicated for use by women to prevent pregnancy. ( 1.1). Norgestimate and Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets, USP is also indicated for the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris in females at least 15 years of age, who have no known contraindications to oral contraceptive therapy and have achieved menarche. Norgestimate and Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets, USP should be used for the treatment of acne only if the patient desires an oral contraceptive for birth control. ( 1.2).",

"IndicationAndUsage": "For debridement and promotion of normal healing of hyperkeratotic surface lesions, particularly where healing is retarded by local infection, necrotic tissue, fibrinous or purulent debris or eschar. Sunitinib malate is described chemically as (2 S)-2-hydroxybutanedoic acid with N-[2-(diethylamino)ethyl]-5-[( Z)-(5-fluoro-1,2-dihydro-2-oxo- 3H-indol-3-ylidine)methyl]-2,4-dimethyl- 1H-pyrrole-3-carboxamide (1:1). The molecular formula is C 22H 27FN 4O 2● C 4H 6O 5and the molecular weight is 532.6 Daltons. The chemical structure of sunitinib malate is:. Sunitinib malate is a yellow to orange powder with a pKa of 8.95. The solubility of sunitinib malate in aqueous media over the range pH 1.2 to pH 6.8 is in excess of 0.4 mg/mL. The log of the distribution coefficient (octanol/water) at pH 7 is 5.2. Sunitinib malate capsules are supplied as printed hard shell capsules containing 12.5 mg, 25 mg, 37.5 mg or 50 mg of sunitinib (equivalent to 16.7 mg, 33.4 mg, 50.1 mg, or 66.8 mg of sunitinib malate, respectively). The capsules contain the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, mannitol, and povidone K-30. The 12.5 mg capsule shell contains D&C Red No. 28, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40, gelatin, and titanium dioxide. The 25 mg capsule shell contains D&C Red No. 28, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40, FD&C Yellow No. 6, gelatin, and titanium dioxide. The 37.5 mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, and yellow iron oxide. "IndicationAndUsage": "Diltiazem hydrochloride extended-release capsules is indicated for the treatment of hypertension. It may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive medications.",
"Description": "Diltiazem hydrochloride) is a calcium ion cellular influx inhibitor (slow channel blocker). Chemically, diltiazem hydrochloride is 1,5-Benzothiazepin-4(5H)-one,3-(acetyloxy)-5[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]-2,-3-dihydro-2(4-methoxyphenyl)-, mono-hydrochloride, (+)-cis. The chemical structure is. Diltiazem hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a bitter taste. It is soluble in water, methanol and chloroform and has a molecular weight of 450.98. Diltiazem hydrochloride extended-release capsules contain diltiazem hydrochloride in extended release beads at doses of 120, 180, 240, 300, 360 and 420 mg. Diltiazem Hydrochloride extended-release capsules also contain: Microcrystalline Cellulose NF, Sucrose Stearate, Eudragit, Povidone USP, Talc USP, Magnesium Stearate NF, Hypromellose USP, Titanium Dioxide USP, Polysorbate NF, Simethicone USP, Gelatin NF, FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Red #40, D&C Red #28, FD&C Green #3, Black Iron Oxide USP, and other solids. "Description": "Quetiapine is an atypical antipsychotic belonging to a chemical class, the dibenzothiazepine derivatives. The chemical designation is 2-[2-(4-dibenzo [b,f] [1,4]thiazepin-11-yl-1-piperazinyl)ethoxy]-ethanol fumarate (2:1) (salt). It is present in tablets as the fumarate salt. All doses and tablet strengths are expressed as milligrams of base, not as fumarate salt. Its molecular formula is C42H50N6O4S2C4H4O4 and it has a molecular weight of 883.10 (fumarate salt). The structural formula is:. Quetiapine fumarate USP is a white to off-white powder which is insoluble in water. Quetiapine tablets USP are supplied for oral administration as 25 mg (round, peach), 50 mg (round, white), 100 mg (round, yellow), 200 mg (round, white), 300 mg (capsule-shaped, white), and 400 mg (capsule-shaped, yellow) tablets. Inactive ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, silicon dioxide, crospovidone, anhydrous citric acid, polysorbate 80, magnesium stearate, lactose monohydrate, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, and titanium dioxide. The 25 mg tablets contain red ferric oxide and yellow ferric oxide and the 100 mg and 400 mg tablets contain only yellow ferric oxide. Each 25 mg tablet contains 28.78 mg of quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 25 mg quetiapine. Each 50 mg tablet contains 57.56 mg of quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 50 mg quetiapine. Each 100 mg tablet contains 115.12 mg of quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 100 mg quetiapine. Each 200 mg tablet contains 230.24 mg of quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 200 mg quetiapine. Each 300 mg tablet contains 345.36 mg of quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 300 mg quetiapine. Each 400 mg tablet contains 460.48 mg of quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 400 mg quetiapine."

The chemical designation is 2-[2-(4-dibenzo [b,f] [1,4]thiazepin-11-yl-1-piperazinyl)ethoxy]-ethanol fumarate (2:1) (salt). It is present in tablets as the fumarate salt. All doses and tablet strengths are expressed as milligrams of base, not as fumarate salt. Its molecular formula is C 42H 50N 6O 4S 2C 4H 4O 4and it has a molecular weight of 883.10 (fumarate salt). The structural formula is:. Quetiapine fumarate USP is a white to off-white powder which is insoluble in water. Quetiapine tablets USP are supplied for oral administration as 25 mg (round, peach), 50 mg (round, white), 100 mg (round, yellow), 200 mg (round, white), 300 mg (capsule-shaped, white), and 400 mg (capsule-shaped, yellow) tablets.
