"IndicationAndUsage": "BenzePrOTM Creamy Wash is indicated for the topical treatment of acne vulgaris.",
"Description": "BenzePrOTM Creamy Wash is intended for topical administration and contains Benzoyl Peroxide for use in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Benzoyl Peroxide is an oxidizing agent that possesses antibacterial properties and is classified as a keratolytic. Benzoyl Peroxide (C14H10O4) is represented by the following chemical structure. Each gram of BenzePrOTM Creamy Wash contains 70 mg of Benzoyl Peroxide as microsphere particles (via Curoxyl® 42) in an emulsion based formulation consisting of: aloe, carbomer 940, cetyl alcohol, disodium oleamido MEA-sulfosuccinate, disodium EDTA, glyceryl stearate/PEG-100 stearate, glycerin, green tea, laureth-12, magnesium aluminum silicate, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium coco-sulfate, sodium lauroamphoacetate, xanthan gum."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Minocycline hydrochloride is a tetracycline-class drug indicated to treat only inflammatory lesions of non-nodular moderate to severe acne vulgaris in patients 12 years of age and older. (1).",
"Description": "Minocycline hydrochloride, a semi synthetic derivative of tetracycline, is [4S-(4α,4aα,5aα,12aα)]-4,7-Bis(dimethylamino)-1,4,4a,5,5a,6,11,12a-octahydro-3,10,12,12a-tetrahydroxy-1,11-dioxo-2-naphthacenecarboxamide mono hydrochloride. The structural formula is represented below. Minocycline hydrochloride extended-release tablets USP for oral administration contain minocycline hydrochloride, USP equivalent to 45 mg, 90 mg, or 135 mg of minocycline. In addition, 45 mg, 90 mg, and 135 mg tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide, and triacetin. The 45 mg tablets also contain iron oxide black. The 90 mg tablets also contain iron oxide yellow and polyethylene glycol. The 135 mg tablets also contain iron oxide red and polyethylene glycol. Meets USP dissolution test 2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Fluoxetine capsules, USP are indicated for the treatment of. Fluoxetine capsules, USP and Olanzapine in Combination are indicated for the treatment of. Fluoxetine capsules, USP monotherapy is not indicated for the treatment of depressive episodes associated with Bipolar I Disorder. When using fluoxetine capsules, USP and olanzapine in combination, also refer to the Clinical Studies section of the package insert for Symbyax ®.",
"Description": "Fluoxetine capsules, USP are a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor for oral administration. It is also marketed for the treatment of premenstrual dysphoric disorder (Sarafem ®, fluoxetine hydrochloride). It is designated (±)-N-methyl-3-phenyl-3-[(α,α,α-trifluoro- p-tolyl)oxy]propylamine hydrochloride and has the molecular formula of C 17H 18F 3NOHCl. Its molecular weight is 345.79. The structural formula is:. Fluoxetine hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline solid with a solubility of 14 mg/mL in water. Each capsule contains fluoxetine hydrochloride equivalent to 10 mg (32.3 μmol), 20 mg (64.7 μmol), or 40 mg (129.3 μmol) of fluoxetine. The capsules also contain the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, FD&C Blue #1, gelatin, pregelatinized starch (maize), sodium lauryl sulphate, titanium dioxide and yellow iron oxide. In addition 40 mg also contains FD&C Yellow #6. The capsules are printed with edible ink containing black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, shellac and strong ammonia solution."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Rosuvastatin tablets are an HMG Co-A reductase inhibitor (statin) indicated: (1) To reduce the risk of major adverse cardiovascular (CV) events (CV death, nonfatal myocardial infarction, nonfatal stroke, or an arterial revascularization procedure) in adults at increased risk for CV events. As an adjunct to diet and exercise to reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C):o in adults with primary hypercholesterolemia.o and slow the progression of atherosclerosis in adults.o in adults and pediatric patients aged 8 years and older with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH).o in adults and pediatric patients aged 7 years and older with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH). As an adjunct to diet for the treatment of adults with:o Primary dysbetalipoproteinemia.o Hypertriglyceridemia.",
"Description": "Rosuvastatin is a 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG CoA)-reductase inhibitor. The chemical name for rosuvastatin calcium USP is bis[(E)-7-[4- (4-fluorophenyl)-6-isopropyl-2 [methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino] pyrimidin-5-yl](3R,5S) -3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-enoic acid] calcium salt with the following structural formula. The empirical formula for rosuvastatin calcium USP is (C 22H 27FN 3O 6S) 2Ca and the molecular weight is 1001.14. Rosuvastatin calcium is a white amorphous powder that is sparingly soluble in water and methanol, and slightly soluble in ethanol. Rosuvastatin calcium is a hydrophilic compound with a partition coefficient (octanol/water) of 0.13 at pH of 7.0. Rosuvastatin tablets for oral use contain rosuvastatin 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, or 40 mg (equivalent to 5.2 mg, 10.4 mg, 20.8 mg, and 41.6 mg rosuvastatin calcium) and the following inactive ingredients: Each tablet contains: crospovidone, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, titanium dioxide and triacetin. Additionally, the 5 mg tablet contains ferric oxide yellow and the 10 mg, 20 mg and 40 mg tablets contain ferric oxide red."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Therapy with pravastatin sodium tablets should be considered in those individuals at increased risk for atherosclerosis-related clinical events as a function of cholesterol level, the presence or absence of coronary heart disease, and other risk factors.",
"Description": "Pravastatin sodium tablets are one of a class of lipid-lowering compounds, the HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors, which reduce cholesterol biosynthesis. These agents are competitive inhibitors of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase, the enzyme catalyzing the early rate-limiting step in cholesterol biosynthesis, conversion of HMG-CoA to mevalonate. Pravastatin sodium is designated chemically as 1-naphthaleneheptanoic acid, 1,2,6,7,8,8a-hexahydro-β,δ,6-trihydroxy-2-methyl-8-(2-methyl-1-oxobutoxy)-, monosodium salt, [1S-[1α (βS*,δS*),2α,6α,8β(R*),8aα]]-. Structural formula. C23 H35 NaO7 M.W. 446.52. Pravastatin sodium is an odorless, white to off-white, fine or crystalline powder. It is a relatively polar hydrophilic compound with a partition coefficient (octanol/water) of 0.59 at a pH of 7.0. It is soluble in methanol and water (> 300 mg/mL), slightly soluble in isopropanol, and practically insoluble in acetone, acetonitrile, chloroform, and ether. Pravastatin sodium tablets are available for oral administration as 10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg and 80 mg tablets. Inactive ingredients include: croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate (spray dried), magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, magnesium aluminum silicate, talc."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Nebivolol tablets are a beta-adrenergic blocking agent indicated for the treatment of hypertension, to lower blood pressure. Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular events, primarily strokes and myocardial infarctions. (1.1).",
"Description": "The chemical name for the active ingredient in nebivolol tablets is (1RS,1’RS)-1,1’-[(2RS,2’SR)-bis(6-fluoro-3,4-dihydro-2H-1-benzopyran-2-yl)]-2,2’-iminodiethanol hydrochloride. Nebivolol is a racemate composed of d-Nebivolol and l-Nebivolol with the stereochemical designations of [SRRR]-nebivolol and [RSSS]-nebivolol, respectively. Nebivolol’s molecular formula is (C22H25F2NO4HCl) with the following structural formula:. Nebivolol hydrochloride is a white to almost white powder that is soluble in dimethylsulfoxide and N,N-dimethylformamide, sparingly soluble in methanol, slightly soluble in ethanol, propylene glycol and polyethylene glycol, very slightly soluble methyl benzene and insoluble in n-hexane and dichloromethane. Nebivolol as tablets for oral administration contains nebivolol hydrochloride equivalent to 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, and 20 mg of nebivolol base. In addition, nebivolol tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, D&C Red #27 Lake, FD&C Blue #2 Lake, FD&C Yellow #6 Lake, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, polysorbate 80, and sodium lauryl sulfate."

"Description": "Aripiprazole is an atypical antipsychotic drug that is available as aripiprazole tablets, Aripiprazole is 7-[4-[4-(2,3-dichlorophenyl)-1 piperazinyl]butoxy]-3,4-dihydrocarbostyril. The empirical formula is C23H27Cl2N3O2 and its molecular weight is 448.38. The chemical structure is. Aripiprazole tablets, USP are available in 2 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg, and 30 mg strengths. Inactive ingredients include hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose monohydrate, corn starch, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose. Additionally, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg, and 30 mg include colorant ferric oxide (red)."
