"Description": "Morphine Sulfate Extended-Release Capsules (morphine sulfate) an opioid agonist, are for oral use and contain pellets of morphine sulfate. Each Morphine Sulfate Extended-Release Capsules contain either 20 mg, 30 mg, 50 mg, 60 mg, 80 mg, or 100 mg of Morphine Sulfate USP and the following inactive ingredients common to all strengths: diethyl phthalate, ethyl cellulose, hypromellose, methacrylic acid copolymer, polyethylene glycol, sugar spheres, talc and triethyl citrate. The capsule shells contain gelatin, titanium dioxide, and black ink, D&C yellow #10, FD&C yellow #6 (20 mg), D&C red #28, FD&C blue #1 (30 mg), FD&C blue #1 (50 mg), D&C red #28, FD&C blue #1, FD&C red #40 (60 mg), FD&C yellow #6, FD&C red #40 (80 mg), FD&C yellow #6, FD&C green #3 (100 mg). The black imprint ink contains shellac glaze – 45% (20% esterified) in ethanol, iron oxide black, n-butyl alcohol, propylene glycol, SDA 3A alcohol, methanol, FD&C blue #2/indigo carmine aluminum lake, FD&C red #40/allura red AC aluminum lake, FD&C blue #1/brilliant blue FCF aluminum lake, D&C yellow #10 aluminum lake. The chemical name of morphine sulfate is 7,8-didehydro-4,5 α- epoxy-17-methyl-morphinan-3,6 α-diol sulfate (2:1) (salt) pentahydrate. The empirical formula is (C17H19NO3)2∙H2SO4∙5H2O and its molecular weight is 758.85. Morphine sulfate is an odorless, white, crystalline powder with a bitter taste. It has a solubility of 1 in 21 parts of water and 1 in 1000 parts of alcohol, but is practically insoluble in chloroform or ether. The octanol: water partition coefficient of morphine is 1.42 at physiologic pH and the pKb is 7.9 for the tertiary nitrogen (mostly ionized at pH 7.4). Its structural formula is. FDA approved dissolution test specifications differ from USP."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Propranolol hydrochloride extended-release capsules are indicated in the management of hypertension. It may be used alone or used in combination with other antihypertensive agents, particularly a thiazide diuretic. Propranolol hydrochloride extended-release capsules is not indicated in the management of hypertensive emergencies.",
"Description": "Propranolol hydrochloride is a synthetic beta-adrenergic receptor-blocking agent chemically described as 2-Propanol, 1-[(1-methylethyl)amino]-3-(1-naphthalenyloxy)-, hydrochloride,(±)-. It’s molecular and structural formula are. C 16H 21NO 2. HCl. Propranolol hydrochloride is a stable, white, crystalline solid which is readily soluble in water and ethanol. Its molecular weight is 295.80. Propranolol hydrochloride extended-release capsules are formulated to provide a sustained release of propranolol hydrochloride. Propranolol hydrochloride extended-release capsules are available as 60 mg, 80 mg, 120 mg, and 160 mg capsules for oral administration. The inactive ingredients contained in propranolol hydrochloride extended-release capsules are: cellulose, ethylcellulose, gelatin capsules, hypromellose, and titanium dioxide. In addition, propranolol hydrochloride extended-release capsules 60 mg and 80 mg contain FD&C Blue No. 1; propranolol hydrochloride extended-release capsules 120 mg and 160 mg contain FD&C Blue No. 1 and FD&C Red No. 40. These capsules comply with USP Dissolution Test 1."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Oxycodone hydrochloride is indicated for the management of pain severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use. Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, misuse, overdose, and death, which can occur at any dosage or duration and persist over the course of therapy [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1)], reserve opioid analgesics, including oxycodone hydrochloride for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options are ineffective, not tolerated, or would be otherwise inadequate to provide sufficient management of pain.",
"Description": "Oxycodone hydrochloride tablets, USP contains oxycodone, an opioid agonist. Each tablet for oral administration contains 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg, or 30 mg, of oxycodone hydrochloride USP. Oxycodone hydrochloride is a white, odorless crystalline powder derived from the opium alkaloid, thebaine. Oxycodone hydrochloride dissolves in water (1 g in 6 to 7 mL) and is considered slightly soluble in alcohol (octanol water partition coefficient is 0.7). Chemically, oxycodone hydrochloride is 4, 5α-epoxy-14-hydroxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6-one hydrochloride and has the following structural formula. Oxycodone hydrochloride tablets, USP contains inactive ingredients: corn starch; lactose monohydrate; microcrystalline cellulose; silicon dioxide; sodium starch glycolate; and magnesium stearate. The 10 mg tablet also contains D&C Red No. 27 aluminum lake. The 15 mg tablet also contains D&C Yellow No. 10 aluminum lake and FD&C Blue No. 2 aluminum lake. The 20 mg tablet also contains FD&C Blue No. 2 aluminum lake; FD&C Red No. 40 aluminum lake; and FD&C Yellow No. 6 aluminum lake. The 30 mg tablet also contains FD&C Blue No. 2 aluminum lake. The 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg and 30 mg tablets contain the equivalent of 4.5 mg, 9 mg, 13.5 mg 18 mg and 27 mg, respectively, of oxycodone free base."

Ibuprofen tablets are indicated for relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Ibuprofen tablets are indicated for relief of mild to moderate pain. Ibuprofen tablets are also indicated for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Controlled clinical trials to establish the safety and effectiveness of Ibuprofen tablets in children have not been conducted.",
"Description": "Ibuprofen tablets, USP contain the active ingredient ibuprofen, which is (±) - 2 - (p - isobutylphenyl) propionic acid. Ibuprofen is a white powder with a melting point of 74-77°C and is very slightly soluble in water (<1 mg/mL) and readily soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and acetone. The structural formula is represented below. Ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), is available in 300 mg, 400 mg, 600 mg, and 800 mg tablets for oral administration. Inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, lecithin (soy), magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium starch glycolate, stearic acid, talc, titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Citalopram tablets are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults [see Clinical Studies (14)] .",
"Description": "Citalopram tablets, USP contain citalopram, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). Citalopram hydrobromide is a racemic bicyclic phthalane structure and is designated (±)-1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-1,3dihydroisobenzofuran-5-carbonitrile hydrobromide with the following structural formula. The molecular formula is C 20H 22BrFN 2O and its molecular weight is 405.35. Citalopram hydrobromide, USP occurs as a fine, white to off-white powder. Citalopram hydrobromide is sparingly soluble in water and soluble in ethanol. Citalopram, USP 10 mg tablets are film-coated, round shaped tablets containing citalopram hydrobromide in strengths equivalent to 10 mg citalopram base. Citalopram hydrobromide, USP 20 mg and 40 mg tablets are film-coated, oval shaped, scored tablets containing citalopram hydrobromide, in strengths equivalent to 20 mg or 40 mg citalopram base. The tablets also contain the following inactive ingredients: copovidone, corn starch, croscarmellose sodium, ferric oxide red, ferric oxide yellow, glycerin, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, and titanium dioxide."
