"IndicationAndUsage": "Varenicline tablets are indicated for use as an aid to smoking-cessation treatment.",
"Description": "Varenicline tablets contain varenicline (as the tartrate salt), which is a partial nicotinic agonist selective for α4β2 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor subtypes. Varenicline, as the tartrate salt, is an off-white to light fawn powder with the following chemical name: 7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-6,10-methano-6H-pyrazino[2,3- h][3]benzazepine, (2R,3R)-2,3-dihydroxybutanedioate (1:1). It is highly soluble in water. Varenicline tartrate has a molecular weight of 361.35 Daltons, and a molecular formula of C13H13N3∙C4H6O6. The chemical structure is. Varenicline tablets are supplied for oral administration in two strengths: a 0.5 mg modified oval shaped, biconvex film-coated tablet that is white to off-white, debossed with \"V05\" on one side and plain on the other side; and a 1 mg modified oval shaped, biconvex film-coated tablet that is light blue, debossed with \"V10\" on one side and plain on the other side. Each 0.5 mg varenicline tablet contains 0.85 mg of varenicline tartrate equivalent to 0.5 mg of varenicline free base; each 1 mg varenicline tablet contains 1.71 mg of varenicline tartrate equivalent to 1 mg of varenicline free base. The following inactive ingredients are included in the tablets: Tablet core: microcrystalline cellulose, anhydrous dibasic calcium phosphate, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate. Coating: for 1 mg tablets: FD&C Blue No.2-aluminum lake, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, talc, titanium dioxide, and triacetin. Coating for 0.5 mg tablets: hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, talc, titanium dioxide, and triacetin."

"IndicationAndUsage": "TUDORZA® PRESSAIR® (aclidinium bromide inhalation powder) is indicated for the maintenance treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).",
"Description": "TUDORZA PRESSAIR consists of a dry powder formulation of aclidinium bromide for oral inhalation only. Aclidinium bromide, the active component of TUDORZA PRESSAIR is an anticholinergic with specificity for muscarinic receptors. Aclidinium bromide is a synthetic, quaternary ammonium compound, chemically described as 1-azoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane, 3-[(hydroxydi-2-thienylacetyl)oxy]-1-(3-phenoxypropyl)-, bromide, (3R)-. The structural formula is. Aclidinium bromide is a white powder with a molecular formula of C26H30NO4S2Br and a molecular mass of 564.56. It is very slightly soluble in water and ethanol and sparingly soluble in methanol. TUDORZA PRESSAIR is a breath-actuated multi-dose dry powder inhaler. Each actuation of TUDORZA PRESSAIR provides a metered dose of 13 mg of the formulation which contains lactose monohydrate (which may contain milk proteins) as the carrier and 400 mcg of aclidinium bromide (equivalent to 343 mcg of aclidinium). This results in delivery of 375 mcg aclidinium bromide (equivalent to 322 mcg of aclidinium) from the mouthpiece, based on in vitro testing at an average flow rate of 63 L/min with constant volume of 2 L. The amount of drug delivered to the lungs will vary depending on patient factors such as inspiratory flow rate and inspiratory time."

"IndicationAndUsage": "DUAKLIR PRESSAIR is a combination of aclidinium bromide (an anticholinergic) and formoterol fumarate (a LABA) indicated for the maintenance treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Limitations of Use: DUAKLIR PRESSAIR is not indicated for the relief of acute bronchospasm or for the treatment of asthma [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1, 5.4)].",
"Description": "DUAKLIR PRESSAIR consists of a dry powder formulation of aclidinium bromide and formoterol fumarate for oral inhalation only. Aclidinium bromide, is an anticholinergic with specificity for muscarinic receptors. Aclidinium bromide is a synthetic, quaternary ammonium compound, chemically described as 1-azoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane, 3-[(hydroxydi-2-thienylacetyl)oxy]-1-(3-phenoxypropyl)-, bromide, (3R)-. The structural formula is. Aclidinium bromide is a white powder with a molecular formula of C26H30 NO4S2Br and a molecular mass of 564.56. It is very slightly soluble in water and ethanol and sparingly soluble in methanol. Formoterol fumarate, a racemate, is a selective beta2-adrenergic agonist. Its chemical name is (±)-2-hydroxy-5-[(1RS)-1-hydroxy-2-[[(1RS)-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1methylethyl]-amino]ethyl]formanilide fumarate dihydrate. The structural formula is. Formoterol fumarate (as a dihydrate) has a molecular weight of 840.91, and its molecular formula is (C19H24N2O4)2 C4H4O42H2O. Formoterol fumarate is a white to yellowish crystalline powder, which is freely soluble in glacial acetic acid, soluble in methanol, sparingly soluble in ethanol and isopropanol, slightly soluble in water, and practically insoluble in acetone, ethyl acetate, and diethyl ether. DUAKLIR PRESSAIR is a breath-actuated multi-dose dry powder inhaler. Each actuation of DUAKLIR PRESSAIR provides a metered dose of 12 mg of the formulation which contains lactose monohydrate (which may contain milk proteins) as the carrier, 400 mcg of aclidinium bromide (equivalent to 343 mcg of aclidinium), and 12.0 mcg of formoterol fumarate (as a dihydrate, equivalent to 11.5 mcg of formoterol fumarate anhydrous and 9.8 mcg of formoterol). This results in delivery of 396 mcg of aclidinium bromide (equivalent to 340 mcg of aclidinium) and 11.8 mcg of formoterol fumarate (as a dihydrate, equivalent to 11.3 mcg of formoterol fumarate anhydrous and 9.7 mcg of formoterol) from the mouthpiece, based on in vitro testing at an average flow rate of approximately 63 L/min with constant volume of 2 L. The amount of drug delivered to the lungs will vary depending on patient factors such as inspiratory flow rate and inspiratory time."

"Description": "SEGLENTIS (celecoxib and tramadol hydrochloride) tablets contains a co-crystal with molecular weight of 681.2, composed of tramadol hydrochloride, an analgesic and opioid agonist, and celecoxib, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, in a 1:1 molecular ratio. The chemical name for tramadol hydrochloride is (1RS,2RS)-2-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-1-(3-methoxyphenyl)cyclohexanol hydrochloride (C16H26ClNO2). The structural formula is. The molecular weight of tramadol hydrochloride is 299.84 (the molecular weight of tramadol is 263.38). The chemical name for celecoxib is 4-[5-(4-methylphenyl)-3-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl] benzenesulfonamide and is a diaryl-substituted pyrazole (C17H14F3N3O2S). The molecular weight is 381.38 and it has the following chemical structure. SEGLENTIS coated tablets contain 56 mg celecoxib and 44 mg of tramadol hydrochloride (equivalent to 39 mg tramadol) in a co-crystal structure. Tablets are white to off-white in color. "IndicationAndUsage": "DUAKLIR PRESSAIR is a combination of aclidinium bromide (an anticholinergic) and formoterol fumarate (a LABA) indicated for the maintenance treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Limitations of Use: DUAKLIR PRESSAIR is not indicated for the relief of acute bronchospasm or for the treatment of asthma [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1, 5.4)].",
"Description": "DUAKLIR PRESSAIR consists of a dry powder formulation of aclidinium bromide and formoterol fumarate for oral inhalation only. Aclidinium bromide, is an anticholinergic with specificity for muscarinic receptors. Aclidinium bromide is a synthetic, quaternary ammonium compound, chemically described as 1-azoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane, 3-[(hydroxydi-2-thienylacetyl)oxy]-1-(3-phenoxypropyl)-, bromide, (3R)-. The structural formula is. Aclidinium bromide is a white powder with a molecular formula of C26H30 NO4S2Br and a molecular mass of 564.56. It is very slightly soluble in water and ethanol and sparingly soluble in methanol. Formoterol fumarate, a racemate, is a selective beta2-adrenergic agonist. Its chemical name is (±)-2-hydroxy-5-[(1RS)-1-hydroxy-2-[[(1RS)-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1methylethyl]-amino]ethyl]formanilide fumarate dihydrate. The structural formula is. Formoterol fumarate (as a dihydrate) has a molecular weight of 840.91, and its molecular formula is (C19H24N2O4)2 C4H4O42H2O. Formoterol fumarate is a white to yellowish crystalline powder, which is freely soluble in glacial acetic acid, soluble in methanol, sparingly soluble in ethanol and isopropanol, slightly soluble in water, and practically insoluble in acetone, ethyl acetate, and diethyl ether. DUAKLIR PRESSAIR is a breath-actuated multi-dose dry powder inhaler. Each actuation of DUAKLIR PRESSAIR provides a metered dose of 12 mg of the formulation which contains lactose monohydrate (which may contain milk proteins) as the carrier, 400 mcg of aclidinium bromide (equivalent to 343 mcg of aclidinium), and 12.0 mcg of formoterol fumarate (as a dihydrate, equivalent to 11.5 mcg of formoterol fumarate anhydrous and 9.8 mcg of formoterol). This results in delivery of 396 mcg of aclidinium bromide (equivalent to 340 mcg of aclidinium) and 11.8 mcg of formoterol fumarate (as a dihydrate, equivalent to 11.3 mcg of formoterol fumarate anhydrous and 9.7 mcg of formoterol) from the mouthpiece, based on in vitro testing at an average flow rate of approximately 63 L/min with constant volume of 2 L. The amount of drug delivered to the lungs will vary depending on patient factors such as inspiratory flow rate and inspiratory time."

Aclidinium bromide is a synthetic, quaternary ammonium compound, chemically described as 1-azoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane, 3-[(hydroxydi-2-thienylacetyl)oxy]-1-(3-phenoxypropyl)-, bromide, (3R)-. The structural formula is. Aclidinium bromide is a white powder with a molecular formula of C26H30NO4S2Br and a molecular mass of 564.56. It is very slightly soluble in water and ethanol and sparingly soluble in methanol. TUDORZA PRESSAIR is a breath-actuated multi-dose dry powder inhaler. Each actuation of TUDORZA PRESSAIR provides a metered dose of 13 mg of the formulation which contains lactose monohydrate (which may contain milk proteins) as the carrier and 400 mcg of aclidinium bromide (equivalent to 343 mcg of aclidinium). This results in delivery of 375 mcg aclidinium bromide (equivalent to 322 mcg of aclidinium) from the mouthpiece, based on in vitro testing at an average flow rate of 63 L/min with constant volume of 2 L. The amount of drug delivered to the lungs will vary depending on patient factors such as inspiratory flow rate and inspiratory time."

"Description": "Oxycodone Hydrochloride Oral Solution is an agonist, available as a clear pale yellow liquid 100 mg/5 mL (20 mg/mL) for oral administration. The chemical name is (5R,9R,13S,14S)-4,5α-epoxy-14-hydroxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6-one hydrochloride. The molecular weight is 351.82. Its molecular formula is C18H21NO4HCl, and it has the following chemical structure. Oxycodone hydrochloride is a white, odorless crystalline powder derived from the opium alkaloid, thebaine. It is soluble in water and slightly soluble in alcohol. The inactive ingredients in Oxycodone Hydrochloride Oral Solution,100 mg per 5 mL (20 mg per mL), include purified water, sorbitol solution, anhydrous citric acid, saccharin sodium, sodium citrate, sodium benzoate, D&C Yellow No. 10."
