"IndicationAndUsage": "Amoxicillin is a penicillin-class antibacterial indicated for treatment of infections due to susceptible strains of designated microorganisms. : 1 Infections of the ear, nose, throat, genitourinary tract, skin and skin structure, and lower respiratory tract. ( 1.1 – 1.5) , 2 In combination for treatment of H. pylori infection and duodenal ulcer disease. ( 1.5) .",
"Description": "Formulations of amoxicillin contain amoxicillin, a semisynthetic antibiotic, an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms. Chemically, it is (2 S,5 R,6 R)-6-[( R)-(-)-2-amino-2-( p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4- thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. It may be represented structurally as:. The amoxicillin molecular formula is C 16H 19N 3O 5S 3H 2O, and the molecular weight is 419.45. Amoxicillin Capsules, USP. Each amoxicillin capsule, with yellow opaque cap and body, contains 250 mg or 500 mg amoxicillin as the trihydrate. The 250 mg capsule is imprinted AMOX 250 on one side and GG 848 on the other side; the 500 mg capsule is imprinted AMOX 500 on one side and GG 849 on the other side. Inactive ingredients: Capsule shells - yellow ferric oxide, titanium dioxide, gelatin, black ferric oxide, shellac, propylene glycol, potassium hydroxide and ammonium hydroxide; Capsule contents - cellulose microcrystalline and magnesium stearate. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2. Amoxicillin for Oral Suspension, USP. Each 5 mL of reconstituted suspension contains 125 mg, 200 mg, 250 mg or 400 mg amoxicillin as the trihydrate. Each 5 mL of the 125 mg, 200 mg, 250 mg, and 400 mg reconstituted suspension contains 0.30 mEq (6.95 mg) of sodium. Amoxicillin trihydrate for oral suspension 125 mg/5 mL, 200 mg/5 mL, 250 mg/5 mL and 400 mg/5 mL are fruity flavored pink suspensions. Inactive ingredients: anhydrous citric acid, colloidal silicon dioxide, flavorings: raspberry, strawberry, refrachessement, FD&C Red 40, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, sucrose, and xantham gum."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Depression-For the relief of symptoms of depression. Endogenous depression is more likely to be alleviated than other depressive states. One to three weeks of treatment may be needed before optimal therapeutic effects are evident. Childhood Enuresis-May be useful as temporary adjunctive therapy in reducing enuresis in children aged 6 years and older, after possible organic causes have been excluded by appropriate tests. In patients having daytime symptoms of frequency and urgency, examination should include voiding cystourethrography and cystoscopy, as necessary. The effectiveness of treatment may decrease with continued drug administration.",
"Description": "Imipramine hydrochloride is supplied in tablet form for oral administration. Imipramine hydrochloride USP, the original tricyclic antidepressant, is a member of the dibenzazepine group of compounds. It is designated 5-[3-(Dimethylamino)propyl]-10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenz [b,f]azepine monohydrochloride. Its structural formula is:. Imipramine hydrochloride USP is a white to off-white, odorless, or practically odorless crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in water and in alcohol, soluble in acetone, and insoluble in ether and in benzene. Inactive Ingredients: Carnauba wax powder, colloidal silicon dioxide, FD & C yellow #6 Aluminum lake, hypromellose (10 mg), lactose monohydrate, lecithin (25 mg), magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80 (10 mg), polyvinyl alcohol (25 mg and 50 mg), sodium starch glycolate, talc, titanium dioxide, and yellow iron oxide (25 mg and 50 mg)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Everolimus is an mTOR inhibitor immunosuppressant indicated for the prophylaxis of organ rejection in adult patients: : 1 Kidney Transplant: at low-moderate immunologic risk. Use in combination with basiliximab, cyclosporine (reduced doses) and corticosteroids. (1.1) , 2 Liver Transplant: Administer no earlier than 30 days posttransplant. Use in combination with tacrolimus (reduced doses) and corticosteroids. (1.2, 5.5) .",
"Description": "Everolimus Tablets are a macrolide immunosuppressant. The chemical name of everolimus is (1R, 9S, 12S, 15R, 16E, 18R, 19R, 21R, 23S, 24E, 26E, 28E, 30S, 32S, 35R)-1, 18-dihydroxy-12 -{(1R)-2-[(1S,3R,4R)4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)-3-methoxycyclohexyl]-1-methylethyl}-19,30-dimethoxy-15, 17, 21, 23, 29, 35-hexamethyl-11, 36-dioxa-4-aza-tricyclo[30.3.1.04,9] hexatriaconta-16,24,26,28-tetraene-2, 3,10,14,20-pentaone. The molecular formula is C53H83NO14 and the molecular weight is 958.22 g/mol. The structural formula is:. Everolimus Tablets are available for oral administration containing either 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, 0.75 mg, and 1 mg of everolimus, USP. Each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous lactose, butylated hydroxytoluene, crospovidone, hypromellose and magnesium stearate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Isosorbide mononitrate extended-release tablets are indicated for the prevention of angina pectoris due to coronary artery disease. The onset of action of oral isosorbide mononitrate is not sufficiently rapid for this product to be useful in aborting an acute anginal episode.",
"Description": "Isosorbide mononitrate (ISMN), an organic nitrate and the major biologically active metabolite of isosorbide dinitrate (ISDN), is a vasodilator with effects on both arteries and veins. Isosorbide mononitrate tablets contain either 30 mg, 60 mg or 120 mg of isosorbide mononitrate in an extended-release formulation. In addition, ISMN 30 mg tablets, USP contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, compressible sugar, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate. ISMN 60 mg tablets, USP contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, compressible sugar, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, yellow iron oxide. ISMN 120 mg tablets, USP contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate and talc. The molecular formula of ISMN is C6H9NO6 and the molecular weight is 191.14. The chemical name for ISMN is 1,4:3,6-dianhydro-,D-glucitol 5-nitrate; the compound has the following structural formula. ISMN is a white, crystalline, odorless compound which is stable in air and in solution, has a melting point of about 90°C, and an optical rotation of +140° to 146° (2% in water, 20°C). Isosorbide mononitrate is freely soluble in water, acetic acid, alcohol, acetone and ethyl acetate; soluble in ether and chloroform, slightly soluble in toluene; practically insoluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons. Isosorbide mononitrate extended-release 120 mg tablets, USP meets USP Dissolution Test 7. Isosorbide mononitrate extended-release 30 mg and 60 mg tablets, USP meets USP Dissolution Test 5."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Isosorbide mononitrate extended-release tablets are indicated for the prevention of angina pectoris due to coronary artery disease. The onset of action of oral isosorbide mononitrate is not sufficiently rapid for this product to be useful in aborting an acute anginal episode.",
"Description": "Isosorbide mononitrate (ISMN), an organic nitrate and the major biologically active metabolite of isosorbide dinitrate (ISDN), is a vasodilator with effects on both arteries and veins. Isosorbide mononitrate tablets contain either 30 mg, 60 mg or 120 mg of isosorbide mononitrate in an extended-release formulation. In addition, ISMN 30 mg tablets, USP contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, compressible sugar, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate. ISMN 60 mg tablets, USP contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, compressible sugar, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, yellow iron oxide. ISMN 120 mg tablets, USP contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate and talc. The molecular formula of ISMN is C6H9NO6 and the molecular weight is 191.14. The chemical name for ISMN is 1,4:3,6-dianhydro-,D-glucitol 5-nitrate; the compound has the following structural formula. ISMN is a white, crystalline, odorless compound which is stable in air and in solution, has a melting point of about 90°C, and an optical rotation of +140° to 146° (2% in water, 20°C). Isosorbide mononitrate is freely soluble in water, acetic acid, alcohol, acetone and ethyl acetate; soluble in ether and chloroform, slightly soluble in toluene; practically insoluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons. Isosorbide mononitrate extended-release 120 mg tablets, USP meets USP Dissolution Test 7. Isosorbide mononitrate extended-release 30 mg and 60 mg tablets, USP meets USP Dissolution Test 5."
