"IndicationAndUsage": "Icosapent ethyl capsules are indicated: : 1 as an adjunct to diet to reduce TG levels in adult patients with severe (≥ 500 mg/dL) hypertriglyceridemia.",
"Description": "Icosapent ethyl capsules, a lipid-regulating agent, is supplied as a 0.5 gram transparent natural colored oval shaped, liquid-filled soft gelatin capsule for oral use. Each icosapent ethyl capsule contains 0.5 grams of icosapent ethyl (in a 0.5 gram capsule). Icosapent ethyl is an ethyl ester of the omega-3 fatty acid eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). The empirical formula of icosapent ethyl is C22H34O2 and the molecular weight is 330.51. The chemical name for icosapent ethyl is ethyl all-cis-5,8,11,14,17-icosapentaenoate with the following chemical structure. Icosapent ethyl capsules also contain the following inactive ingredients: alpha tocopherol, gelatin, glycerin, mannitol, sorbitol, and purified water. The imprinting Opacode NSP-78-18022 White contains, ammonium hydroxide, macrogol, polyvinyl acetate phthalate, propylene glycol and titanium dioxide."

"Description": "Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride in 0.9% sodium chloride injection is a sterile, nonpyrogenic ready to use solution suitable for intravenous infusion. Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride, USP is the S-enantiomer of medetomidine and is chemically described as (+)-4-(S)-[1-(2,3-dimethylphenyl)ethyl]-1H-imidazole monohydrochloride. Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride, USP has a molecular weight of 236.7 and the empirical formula is C13H16N2HCl and the structural formula is. Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride, USP is a white or almost white powder that is freely soluble in water and has a pKa of 7.1. Its partition coefficient in-octanol: water at pH 7.4 is 2.89. Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride in 0.9% sodium chloride injection is supplied as a clear, colorless, isotonic solution with a pH of 4.5 to 8.0. Each mL contains 4.72 mcg of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride, USP equivalent to 4 mcg (0.004 mg) of dexmedetomidine and 9 mg sodium chloride in water and is ready to be used. The solution is preservative-free and contains no additives or chemical stabilizers."

"IndicationAndUsage": "COSENTYX is a human interleukin-17A antagonist indicated for the treatment of: 1 moderate to severe plaque psoriasis (PsO) in adults and pediatric patients 6 years and older who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. (1.1), 2 active psoriatic arthritis (PsA) in adults and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older. (1.2), 3 active ankylosing spondylitis (AS) in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older. (1.3), 4 active non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis (nr-axSpA) in adults with objective signs of inflammation. (1.4), 5 active enthesitis-related arthritis (ERA) in pediatric patients 4 years of age and older. (1.5), 6 moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older. (1.6).",
"Description": "Secukinumab, a recombinant human monoclonal IgG1/κ antibody, is an interleukin-17A antagonist. It is expressed in a recombinant Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell line. Secukinumab has a molecular mass of approximately 151 kDa; both heavy chains of secukinumab contain oligosaccharide chains. COSENTYX Injection for Subcutaneous Use. COSENTYX injection is a sterile, preservative-free, clear to slightly opalescent, colorless to slightly yellow solution for subcutaneous use. COSENTYX injection is supplied in a single-dose UnoReady pen (300 mg/2 mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle, a single-dose Sensoready pen (150 mg/mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle, or a single-dose prefilled syringe (150 mg/mL, 75 mg/0.5 mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle. The removable cap of the COSENTYX Sensoready pen and prefilled syringes (150 mg/mL, 75 mg/0.5 mL) contains natural rubber latex. COSENTYX injection is supplied in a single-dose UnoReady pen (300 mg/2 mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle, a single-dose Sensoready pen (150 mg/mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle, or a single-dose prefilled syringe (150 mg/mL, 75 mg/0.5 mL) with a 27-gauge fixed ½-inch needle. "IndicationAndUsage": "Misoprostol is indicated for reducing the risk of NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, including aspirin)–induced gastric ulcers in patients at high risk of complications from gastric ulcer, e.g., the elderly and patients with concomitant debilitating disease, as well as patients at high risk of developing gastric ulceration, such as patients with a history of ulcer. Misoprostol has not been shown to reduce the risk of duodenal ulcers in patients taking NSAIDs. Misoprostol should be taken for the duration of NSAID therapy. Misoprostol has been shown to reduce the risk of gastric ulcers in controlled studies of 3 months' duration. It had no effect, compared to placebo, on gastrointestinal pain or discomfort associated with NSAID use.",
"Description": "Misoprostol oral tablets contain either 100 mcg or 200 mcg of misoprostol, a synthetic prostaglandin E 1 analog. Misoprostol contains approximately equal amounts of the two diastereomers presented below with their enantiomers indicated by (±). Misoprostol is a water-soluble, viscous liquid. Inactive ingredients of tablets are hydrogenated vegetable oil, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose and sodium starch glycolate."
