"IndicationAndUsage": "Arformoterol Tartrate Inhalation Solution is a long-acting beta2-adrenergic agonist (beta2-agonist) indicated for: : 1 Long-term, twice daily (morning and evening) administration in the maintenance treatment of bronchoconstriction in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and emphysema. (1.1) .",
"Description": "Arformoterol Tartrate Inhalation Solution is a sterile, clear, colorless, aqueous solution of the tartrate salt of arformoterol, the (R,R)-enantiomer of formoterol. Arformoterol is a selective beta2-adrenergic bronchodilator. The chemical name for arformoterol tartrate is formamide, N-[2-hydroxy-5-[(1R)-1-hydroxy-2-[[(1R)-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-methylethyl]amino]ethyl]phenyl]-, (2R,3R)-2,3-dihydroxybutanedioate (1:1 salt), and its established structural formula is as follows:. The molecular weight of arformoterol tartrate is 494.5 g/mol, and its empirical formula is C19H24N2O4C4H6O6 (1:1 salt). It is a white or off white or light brown color powder that is soluble in dimethyl sulphoxide, slightly soluble in water, methanol and insoluble in ethyl acetate. Arformoterol tartrate is the United States Adopted Name (USAN) for (R,R)-formoterol L-tartrate. Arformoterol Tartrate Inhalation Solution is supplied as 2 mL of arformoterol tartrate solution packaged in 2.1 mL unit-dose, low-density polyethylene (LDPE) unit-dose vials. Each unit-dose vial contains 15 mcg of arformoterol (equivalent to 22 mcg of arformoterol tartrate) in a sterile, isotonic saline solution, pH-adjusted to 5.0 with citric acid and sodium citrate. Arformoterol Tartrate Inhalation Solution requires no dilution before administration by nebulization. Like all other nebulized treatments, the amount delivered to the lungs will depend upon patient factors, the nebulizer used, and compressor performance. Using the PARI LC® Plus nebulizer (with mouthpiece) connected to a PARI DURA NEB 3,000 compressor under in vitro conditions, the mean delivered dose from the mouthpiece (% nominal) was approximately 4.1 mcg (27.6%) at a mean flow rate of 3.3 L/min. The mean nebulization time was 6 minutes or less. Arformoterol Tartrate Inhalation Solution should be administered from a standard jet nebulizer at adequate flow rates via face mask or mouthpiece. Patients should be carefully instructed on the correct use of this drug product (please refer to the accompanying Patient Information)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Lamotrigine tablets are an antiepileptic drug (AED) indicated for:. Epilepsy—adjunctive therapy in patients ≥ 2 years of age: (1.1) : 1 partial seizures., 2 primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures. , 3 generalized seizures of Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. .",
"Description": "Lamotrigine, an AED of the phenyltriazine class, is chemically unrelated to existing AEDs. Its chemical name is 3,5-diamino-6-(2,3-dichlorophenyl)-as-triazine. Lamotrigine is a white to pale cream-colored powder and has a pKa of 5.7. Lamotrigine is very slightly soluble in water (0.17 mg/mL at 25°C) and slightly soluble in 0.1 M hydrochloride (4.1 mg/mL at 25°C). The structural formula is. C9H7N5Cl2 M.W. 256.09. Lamotrigine tablets are supplied for oral administration as 25 mg (white to off-white), 100 mg (peach), 150 mg (cream), and 200 mg (blue) tablets. Each tablet contains the labeled amount of lamotrigine and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, pregelatinized starch, and sodium starch glycolate. In addition, the 100 mg strength contains FD&C Yellow #6, the 150 mg strength contains ferric oxide yellow, and the 200 mg strength contains FD&C Blue #2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Dimethyl fumarate is indicated for the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS), to include clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting disease, and active secondary progressive disease, in adults.",
"Description": "Dimethyl fumarate delayed-release capsule contains dimethyl fumarate which is also known by its chemical name, dimethyl (E) butenedioate, (C6H8O4). It has the following structure:. Dimethyl fumarate is a white to off-white powder that is highly soluble in water with a molecular mass of 144.13. Dimethyl fumarate delayed-release capsules are provided as hard gelatin delayed-release capsules for oral administration, containing 120 mg or 240 mg of dimethyl fumarate consisting of the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, methacrylic acid copolymer - Type A, methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion, silicified microcrystalline cellulose, talc and triethyl citrate. The capsule shell, printed with black ink, contains the following inactive ingredients: black iron oxide, D & C yellow 10, FD & C yellow 6, gelatin, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, shellac, strong ammonia solution and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Adult Patients. ISENTRESS and ISENTRESS HD are human immunodeficiency virus integrase strand transfer inhibitors (HIV-1 INSTI) indicated in combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of HIV-1 infection in adult patients (1). Pediatric Patients. ISENTRESS is indicated in combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of HIV-1 infection in pediatric patients weighing at least 2 kg (1). ISENTRESS HD is indicated in combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of HIV-1 infection in pediatric patients weighing at least 40 kg (1).",
"Description": "ISENTRESS contains raltegravir potassium, a human immunodeficiency virus integrase strand transfer inhibitor. The chemical name for raltegravir potassium is N-[(4-Fluorophenyl) methyl]-1,6-dihydro-5-hydroxy-1-methyl-2-[1-methyl-1-[[(5-methyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)carbonyl]amino]ethyl]-6-oxo-4-pyrimidinecarboxamide monopotassium salt. The empirical formula is C20H20FKN6O5 and the molecular weight is 482.51. The structural formula is. Raltegravir potassium is a white to off-white powder. It is soluble in water, slightly soluble in methanol, very slightly soluble in ethanol and acetonitrile and insoluble in isopropanol. Each 400 mg film-coated tablet of ISENTRESS for oral administration contains 434.4 mg of raltegravir (as potassium salt), equivalent to 400 mg of raltegravir free phenol and the following inactive ingredients: calcium phosphate dibasic anhydrous, hypromellose 2208, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, poloxamer 407 (contains 0.01% butylated hydroxytoluene as antioxidant), sodium stearyl fumarate. In addition, the film coating contains the following inactive ingredients: black iron oxide, polyethylene glycol 3350, polyvinyl alcohol, red iron oxide, talc and titanium dioxide. Each 600 mg film-coated tablet of ISENTRESS HD for oral administration contains 651.6 mg of raltegravir (as potassium salt), equivalent to 600 mg of raltegravir free phenol and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose 2910, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose. The film coating contains the following inactive ingredients: ferrosoferric oxide, hypromellose 2910, iron oxide yellow, lactose monohydrate, triacetin and titanium dioxide. The tablet may also contain trace amount of carnauba wax. Each 100 mg chewable tablet of ISENTRESS for oral administration contains 108.6 mg of raltegravir (as potassium salt), equivalent to 100 mg of raltegravir free phenol and the following inactive ingredients: ammonium hydroxide, crospovidone, ethylcellulose 20 cP, fructose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose 2910/6cP, magnesium stearate, mannitol, medium chain triglycerides, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, natural and artificial flavors (orange, banana, and masking that contains aspartame), oleic acid, PEG 400, red iron oxide, saccharin sodium, sodium citrate dihydrate, sodium stearyl fumarate, sorbitol, sucralose and yellow iron oxide. Each 25 mg chewable tablet of ISENTRESS for oral administration contains 27.16 mg of raltegravir (as potassium salt), equivalent to 25 mg of raltegravir free phenol and the following inactive ingredients: ammonium hydroxide, crospovidone, ethylcellulose 20 cP, fructose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose 2910/6cP, magnesium stearate, mannitol, medium chain triglycerides, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, natural and artificial flavors (orange, banana, and masking that contains aspartame), oleic acid, PEG 400, saccharin sodium, sodium citrate dihydrate, sodium stearyl fumarate, sorbitol, sucralose and yellow iron oxide. "Description": "Lubiprostone is a chloride channel activator for oral use. The chemical name for lubiprostone is (–)-7-[(2 R,4a R,5 R,7a R)-2-(1,1-difluoropentyl)-2-hydroxy-6-oxooctahydrocyclopenta[ b]pyran-5-yl]heptanoic acid. The molecular formula of lubiprostone is C 20H 32F 2O 5with a molecular weight of 390.46 and a chemical structure as follows:. Lubiprostone drug substance occurs as white to off white solid, is very soluble in ether and ethanol, is practically insoluble in hexane and water. Lubiprostone capsules contains 8 mcg and 24 mcg lubiprostone and contain the following inactive ingredients: gelatin, medium-chain triglycerides, purified water and sorbitol sorbitan solution. Additionally, each 8 mcg capsule contains ferric oxide red and titanium dioxide. Each capsule shell is printed with black pharmaceutical ink which contains the following inactive ingredients: ferrosoferric oxide, propylene glycol and shellac."

Nintedanib capsules for oral administration are available in 2 dose strengths containing 100 mg or 150 mg of nintedanib (equivalent to 120.40 mg or 180.60 mg nintedanib ethanesulfonate, respectively). The chemical designation is 2-methyl-4-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-10H-thieno[2,3-b] [1,5]benzodiazepine. The molecular formula is C17H20N4S, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 312.44. The chemical structure is. Olanzapine USP is a yellow crystalline solid, which is practically insoluble in water. Olanzapine tablets USP are intended for oral administration only. Each tablet contains olanzapine USP equivalent to 2.5 mg (8 µmol), 5 mg (16 µmol), 7.5 mg (24 µmol) and 10 mg (32 µmol). Inactive ingredients are crospovidone, hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose (Avicel PH 101) and microcrystalline cellulose (Avicel PH 102). The color coating contains hypromellose, polyethylene glycol 400 and titanium dioxide. This product meets the requirements of USP Dissolution Test 2."

"Description": "Amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets combine the calcium channel blocker amlodipine besylate USP with the HMG CoA-reductase inhibitor atorvastatin calcium. The amlodipine besylate USP is chemically described as 3-ethyl-5-methyl (4RS)-2-[(2-aminoethoxy)methyl]-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-6-methyl-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylate benzenesulphonate. Its molecular formula is C20H25ClN2O5C6H6O3S. The atorvastatin calcium is chemically described as [R-(R*, R*)]-2-(4-fluorophenyl)-ß, δ-dihydroxy-5-(1-methylethyl)-3-phenyl-4-[(phenylamino)carbonyl]-1H-pyrrole-1-heptanoic acid, calcium salt (2:1). Its molecular formula is C66H68CaF2N4O10. The structural formulae for amlodipine besylate USP and atorvastatin calcium are shown below. Amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium contains amlodipine besylate USP, a white or almost white powder, and atorvastatin calcium, a white to off-white colored powder, free from visible extraneous matter. Amlodipine besylate USP has a molecular weight of 567.1 and atorvastatin calcium has a molecular weight of 1155.36. Amlodipine besylate USP is freely soluble in methanol, sparingly soluble in ethanol, slightly soluble in water and in 2-proponal. "Description": "Amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets combine the calcium channel blocker amlodipine besylate USP with the HMG CoA-reductase inhibitor atorvastatin calcium. The amlodipine besylate USP is chemically described as 3-ethyl-5-methyl (4RS)-2-[(2-aminoethoxy)methyl]-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-6-methyl-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylate benzenesulphonate. Its molecular formula is C20H25ClN2O5C6H6O3S. The atorvastatin calcium is chemically described as [R-(R*, R*)]-2-(4-fluorophenyl)-ß, δ-dihydroxy-5-(1-methylethyl)-3-phenyl-4-[(phenylamino)carbonyl]-1H-pyrrole-1-heptanoic acid, calcium salt (2:1).
