"Description": "COBENFY is a combination of xanomeline, a muscarinic agonist, and trospium chloride, a muscarinic antagonist. The chemical name of xanomeline tartrate is pyridine, 3-[4-(hexyloxy)-1,2,5-thiadiazol-3-yl]-1,2,5,6-tetrahydro-1-methyl-, (2R,3R)-2,3-dihydroxybutanedioate (1:1). Its molecular formula is C14H23N3OS.C4H6O6 and its molecular weight is 431.51 g/mol. Xanomeline tartrate is a white to slightly tan crystalline solid. Xanomeline tartrate is highly soluble in protic solvents, such as methanol and water, and in polar organic solvents such as DMF and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). It is poorly soluble in lipophilic organic solvents, such as hexane or octanol. The chemical structure of xanomeline tartrate is. Trospium chloride is a quaternary ammonium compound with the chemical name of spiro[8-azoniabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-8,1′-pyrrolidinium], 3-[(2-hydroxy-2,2-diphenylacetyl)oxy]-, chloride (1:1), (1α,3β,5α). The molecular formula of trospium chloride is C25H30NO3.Cl and its molecular weight is 427.96 g/mol. Trospium chloride is a fine, colorless to slightly yellow, crystalline solid. Trospium chloride is highly soluble in water, freely soluble in methanol, and practically insoluble in methylene chloride. The chemical structure of trospium chloride is. COBENFY (xanomeline and trospium chloride) is for oral administration and is available in capsules in the following strengths: 1 50 mg/20 mg (equivalent to 76.7 mg xanomeline tartrate and 18.3 mg trospium)., 2 100 mg/20 mg (equivalent to 153.3 mg xanomeline tartrate and 18.3 mg trospium)., 3 125 mg/30 mg (equivalent to 191.7 mg xanomeline tartrate and 27.5 mg trospium)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Labetalol HCl injection is indicated for control of blood pressure in severe hypertension.",
"Description": "Labetalol hydrochloride is an adrenergic receptor blocking agent that has both selective alpha1- and nonselective beta-adrenergic receptor blocking actions in a single substance. Labetalol HCl is a racemate, chemically designated as 5-[1-hydroxy-2-[(1-methyl-3-phenylpropyl) amino] ethyl]-salicylamide monohydrochloride, and has the following structural formula. Labetalol hydrochloride has the molecular formula C19H24N2O3 HCl and a molecular weight of 364.87. It has two asymmetric centers and therefore exists as a molecular complex of two diastereoisomeric pairs. Dilevalol, the R,R' stereoisomer, makes up 25% of racemic labetalol. Labetalol hydrochloride is a white or off-white crystalline powder, soluble in water. Labetalol hydrochloride injection is a clear, colorless to light yellow aqueous sterile isotonic solution for intravenous injection. It has a pH range of 3.0 to 4.5. Each mL contains 5 mg labetalol hydrochloride, USP, 45 mg anhydrous dextrose, 0.1 mg edetate disodium; 0.8 mg methylparaben and 0.1 mg propylparaben as preservatives; citric acid monohydrate and sodium hydroxide, as necessary, to bring the solution into the pH range."

<IndicationAndUsage>Lactated Ringer’s and Dextrose (5%) Injection is indicated for use as a source of water, electrolytes, and calories or as an alkalinizing agent in adults and pediatric patients.</IndicationAndUsage>

Lactated Ringer’s and Dextrose (5%) Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic solution for fluid and electrolyte replenishment and caloric supply in a single-dose container for intravenous administration. Composition, osmolarity, pH, ionic concentration and caloric content are shown in Table 1. Dextrose is derived from corn. The chemical name, structural formula, and molecular weight of the active ingredients are shown in Table 2. The VIAFLEX plastic container is fabricated from polyvinyl chloride (PL 146 Plastic). Small amounts of its chemical components (e.g., di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate [DEHP]) may leach out within the expiration period. Animal tests, USP biological tests for plastic containers, and tissue culture toxicity studies have demonstrated that the container meets safety requirements. The container is overwrapped to provide protection from the physical environment and an additional moisture barrier.

<IndicationAndUsage>Labetalol HCl injection is indicated for control of blood pressure in severe hypertension.</IndicationAndUsage>

Labetalol hydrochloride is an adrenergic receptor blocking agent that has both selective alpha1- and nonselective beta-adrenergic receptor blocking actions in a single substance. Each mL contains 5 mg labetalol hydrochloride, USP, 45 mg anhydrous dextrose, 0.1 mg edetate disodium; 0.8 mg methylparaben and 0.1 mg propylparaben as preservatives; citric acid monohydrate and sodium hydroxide, as necessary, to bring the solution into the pH range.
