"IndicationAndUsage": "CARDIZEM CD is indicated for the treatment of hypertension. It may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive medications. CARDIZEM CD is indicated for the management of chronic stable angina and angina due to coronary artery spasm.",
"Description": "CARDIZEM® CD (diltiazem hydrochloride) is a calcium ion cellular influx inhibitor (slow channel blocker or calcium antagonist). Chemically, diltiazem hydrochloride is 1,5-Benzothiazepin-4(5H)-one, 3-(acetyloxy)-5-[2-(dimethylamino) ethyl]-2, 3-dihydro-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-, monohydrochloride, (+)-cis-. The chemical structure is. Diltiazem hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a bitter taste. It is soluble in water, methanol, and chloroform. It has a molecular weight of 450.98. CARDIZEM CD is formulated as a once-a-day extended-release capsule containing 120 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 110.3 mg diltiazem), 180 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 165.45 mg diltiazem), 240 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 220.6 mg diltiazem), 300 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 275.75 mg diltiazem), or 360 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 330.9 mg diltiazem). The chemical structure is. Diltiazem hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a bitter taste. It is soluble in water, methanol, and chloroform. It has a molecular weight of 450.98. CARDIZEM CD is formulated as a once-a-day extended-release capsule containing 120 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 110.3 mg diltiazem), 180 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 165.45 mg diltiazem), 240 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 220.6 mg diltiazem), 300 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 275.75 mg diltiazem), or 360 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 330.9 mg diltiazem). "IndicationAndUsage": "Levetiracetam in Sodium Chloride Injection is indicated for adjunct therapy in adults (≥16 years of age) with the following seizure types when oral administration is temporarily not feasible: : 1 Partial-onset seizures (1.1) , 2 Myoclonic seizures in patients with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy (1.2) , 3 Primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures (1.3) .",
"Description": "Levetiracetam in Sodium Chloride Injection is an antiepileptic drug available as a clear, colorless, sterile solution for intravenous administration. The chemical name of levetiracetam, a single enantiomer, is (-)-(S)-α-ethyl-2-oxo-1-pyrrolidine acetamide, its molecular formula is C8H14N2O2 and its molecular weight is 170.21. Levetiracetam is chemically unrelated to existing antiepileptic drugs (AEDs). It has the following structural formula:. Levetiracetam is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a faint odor and a bitter taste. It is very soluble in water (104.0 g/100 mL). It is freely soluble in chloroform (65.3 g/100 mL) and in methanol (53.6 g/100 mL), soluble in ethanol (16.5 g/100 mL), sparingly soluble in acetonitrile (5.7 g/100 mL) and practically insoluble in n-hexane. (Solubility limits are expressed as g/100 mL solvent.). Levetiracetam in Sodium Chloride Injection is a clear, colorless, sterile solution that is available in a single-dose dual port bag with an aluminum over wrap. The container closure is not made with natural rubber latex. 500 mg/100 mL: One 100 mL bag contains 500 mg of levetiracetam (5 mg/mL), water for injection, 820 mg sodium chloride, 5.5 mg of glacial acetic acid and buffered at approximately pH 5.5 with glacial acetic acid and 164 mg sodium acetate trihydrate. 1000 mg/100 mL: One 100 mL bag contains 1000 mg of levetiracetam (10 mg/mL), water for injection, 750 mg sodium chloride, 6.5 mg of glacial acetic acid and buffered at approximately pH 5.5 with glacial acetic acid and 164 mg sodium acetate trihydrate. 1500 mg/100 mL: One 100 mL bag contains 1500 mg of levetiracetam (15 mg/mL), water for injection, 540 mg sodium chloride, 7.5 mg of glacial acetic acid and buffered at approximately pH 5.5 with glacial acetic acid and 164 mg sodium acetate trihydrate."

"Description": "Isoproterenol hydrochloride is 3,4-Dihydroxy-α-[(isopropylamino)methyl] benzyl alcohol hydrochloride, a beta-adrenergic agonist and a synthetic sympathomimetic amine that is structurally related to epinephrine. The molecular formula is C 11H 17NO 3 · HCl. It has a molecular weight of 247.72 and the following structural formula:. Isoproterenol hydrochloride is a racemic compound. The pH is adjusted between 3.0 and 3.5 with hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide. The sterile solution is nonpyrogenic and can be administered by the intravenous route."

"Description": "Succinylcholine chloride injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic solution to be used as a short-acting, depolarizing neuromuscular blocker for intravenous or intramuscular use. Succinylcholine chloride injection, USP contains succinylcholine chloride, USP as the active pharmaceutical ingredient. Succinylcholine Chloride, USP is chemically designated C14H30Cl2N2O4.2H2O and its molecular weight is 397.34 g/mol. The chemical name of succinylcholine chloride is ethanaminium, 2,2’-[(1,4-dioxo-1,4 butanediyl)bis(oxy)]bis[N,N,N-trimethyl-], dichloride. Succinylcholine chloride is a diquaternary base consisting of the dichloride salt of the dicholine ester of succinic acid. It is a white or almost white, crystalline powder, odorless, slightly bitter powder, freely soluble in water. It has the following structural formula. Succinylcholine chloride injection USP, 100 mg/5 mL (20 mg/mL) and 200 mg/10 mL (20 mg/mL) is intended for single-dose administration and contains no preservative. Each 1 mL of succinylcholine chloride injection USP, 100 mg/5 mL (20 mg/mL) and 200 mg/10 mL (20 mg/mL) single-dose prefilled syringe contains. 20 mg of succinylcholine chloride anhydrous, equivalent to 21.99 mg of succinylcholine chloride dihydrate, USP, 4.80 mg sodium chloride, USP to achieve isotonicity, sodium hydroxide, NF and hydrochloric acid, NF as pH adjusters in water for injection, USP. The pH of the solution is between 3.0 and 4.5, with an osmolarity of 0.270 to 0.330 mOsm/mL."

"Description": "Succinylcholine chloride injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic solution to be used as a short-acting, depolarizing neuromuscular blocker for intravenous or intramuscular use. Succinylcholine chloride injection, USP contains succinylcholine chloride, USP as the active pharmaceutical ingredient. Succinylcholine Chloride, USP is chemically designated C14H30Cl2N2O4.2H2O and its molecular weight is 397.34 g/mol. The chemical name of succinylcholine chloride is ethanaminium, 2,2’-[(1,4-dioxo-1,4 butanediyl)bis(oxy)]bis[N,N,N-trimethyl-], dichloride. Succinylcholine chloride is a diquaternary base consisting of the dichloride salt of the dicholine ester of succinic acid. It is a white or almost white, crystalline powder, odorless, slightly bitter powder, freely soluble in water. It has the following structural formula. Succinylcholine chloride injection USP, 100 mg/5 mL (20 mg/mL) and 200 mg/10 mL (20 mg/mL) is intended for single-dose administration and contains no preservative. Each 1 mL of succinylcholine chloride injection USP, 100 mg/5 mL (20 mg/mL) and 200 mg/10 mL (20 mg/mL) single-dose prefilled syringe contains. 20 mg of succinylcholine chloride anhydrous, equivalent to 21.99 mg of succinylcholine chloride dihydrate, USP, 4.80 mg sodium chloride, USP to achieve isotonicity, sodium hydroxide, NF and hydrochloric acid, NF as pH adjusters in water for injection, USP. The pH of the solution is between 3.0 and 4.5, with an osmolarity of 0.270 to 0.330 mOsm/mL."
