"IndicationAndUsage": "Quetiapine fumarate tablet USP is an atypical antipsychotic indicated for the treatment of: 1 Schizophrenia (1.1), 2 Bipolar I disorder manic episodes (1.2), 3 Bipolar disorder, depressive episodes (1.2) .",
"Description": "Quetiapine fumarate is a psychotropic agent belonging to a chemical class, the dibenzothiazepine derivatives. The chemical designation is 2-[2-(4-dibenzo [b,f] [1,4]thiazepin-11-yl-1-piperazinyl)ethoxy]-ethanol fumarate (2:1) (salt). It is present in tablets as the fumarate salt. All doses and tablet strengths are expressed as milligrams of base, not as fumarate salt. Its molecular formula is C42H50N6O4S2.C4H4O4 and it has a molecular weight of 883.11 (fumarate salt). The structural formula is. Quetiapine fumarate is a white to off-white crystalline powder which is moderately soluble in water. Quetiapine tablets USP are supplied for oral administration as 25 mg (quetiapine) round, pink tablets, 50 mg (quetiapine) round, white tablets, 100 mg (quetiapine) round, yellow tablets, 200 mg (quetiapine) round, white tablets, 300 mg (quetiapine) capsule-shaped, white tablets and 400 mg (quetiapine) capsule-shaped, yellow tablets. Inactive ingredients are dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, povidone, sodium starch glycolate and titanium dioxide. The 25 mg tablets contain iron oxide red and iron oxide black; and the 100 mg and 400 mg tablets contain iron oxide yellow."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Acetaminophen and codeine phosphate tablets are indicated for the management of mild to moderate pain, where treatment with an opioid is appropriate and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use. Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, and misuse, with opioids, which can occur at any dosage or duration [see Warnings], reserve acetaminophen and codeine phosphate tablets for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options (e.g., non-opioid analgesics). : 1 Have not been tolerated or are not expected to be tolerated,, 2 Have not provided adequate analgesia or are not expected to provide adequate analgesia.",
"Description": "Acetaminophen and codeine phosphate tablets are supplied in tablet form for oral administration. Acetaminophen, 4'-hydroxyacetanilide, a slightly bitter, white, odorless, crystalline powder, is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic. It has the following structural formula. C8H9NO2 M.W. 151.16. Codeine phosphate, 7,8-didehydro-4, 5α-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6α- ol phosphate (1:1) (salt) hemihydrate, a white crystalline powder, is a narcotic analgesic and antitussive. It has the following structural formula. C18H21NO3H3PO41/2 H2O M.W. 406.37. Each Acetaminophen and Codeine Phosphate Tablet, USP (300 mg/15 mg) contains. Acetaminophen USP………………..…300 mg. Codeine Phosphate USP……………….15 mg. Each Acetaminophen and Codeine Phosphate Tablet, USP (300 mg/30 mg) contains. Acetaminophen USP…………………300 mg. Codeine Phosphate USP………………30 mg. Each Acetaminophen and Codeine Phosphate Tablet, USP (300 mg/60 mg) contains. Acetaminophen USP…………………300 mg. Codeine Phosphate USP………………60 mg. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, pregelatinized corn starch, sodium metabisulfite, sodium starch glycolate and stearic acid."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Entecavir tablets are indicated for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus infection in adults and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older with evidence of active viral replication and either evidence of persistent elevations in serum aminotransferases (ALT or AST) or histologically active disease.",
"Description": "Entecavir, USP is a guanosine nucleoside analogue with selective activity against HBV. The chemical name for entecavir, USP is 2-amino-1,9-dihydro-9-[(1S,3R,4S)-4-hydroxy-3-(hydroxymethyl)-2-methylenecyclopentyl]-6H-purin-6-one, monohydrate. Its molecular formula is C12H15N5O3H2O, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 295.3. Entecavir has the following structural formula. Entecavir, USP is a white to off-white powder. It is slightly soluble in water (2.4 mg/mL), and the pH of the saturated solution in water is 7.9 at 25° C ± 0.5° C. Entecavir, USP film-coated tablets are available for oral administration in strengths of 0.5 mg and 1 mg of entecavir, USP. Entecavir, USP 0.5 mg and 1 mg film-coated tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: Crospovidone, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and povidone. The tablet coating contains hypromellose, iron oxide red (in 1 mg tablet only), polyethylene glycol 8,000 and titanium dioxide."

Pravastatin sodium, USP is designated chemically as 1-Naphthalene-heptanoic acid, 1,2,6,7,8,8a-hexahydro-β,δ,6-trihydroxy-2-methyl-8-(2-methyl-1-oxobutoxy)-, monosodium salt, [1S- [1α(βS*,δS*),2α,6α,8β(R*),8aα]]-. Structural formula. C23H35NaO7 M.W. 446.52. Pravastatin sodium, USP is an odorless, white to off-white, fine or crystalline powder. It is a relatively polar hydrophilic compound with a partition coefficient (octanol/water) of 0.59 at a pH of 7.0. It is soluble in methanol and water (>300 mg/mL), slightly soluble in isopropanol, and practically insoluble in acetone, acetonitrile, chloroform, and ether. Pravastatin sodium tablets, USP for oral use contain 10 mg, 20 mg and 40 mg pravastatin sodium USP, which is equivalent to 9.50 mg, 19.01 mg and 38.03 mg of pravastatin, respectively. Inactive ingredients include: calcium phosphate dibasic anhydrous, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, lactose anhydrous, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone and sodium stearyl fumarate. Additionally, the 10 mg tablet contains ferric oxide red; the 20 mg tablet contains ferric oxide yellow; and the 40 mg tablet contains FD&C Blue No. 1 Aluminum Lake and D&C Yellow No.10."

"Description": "Cefuroxime, USP is a sterile semisynthetic, broad-spectrum, cephalosporin antibiotic for parenteral administration. It is the sodium salt of (6R,7R)-3-carbamoyloxymethyl-7-[Z-2-methoxyimino-2-(fur-2-yl)acetamido]ceph-3-em-4-carboxylate, and it has the following structural formula:. The molecular formula is C16H15N4NaO8S, representing a molecular weight of 446.4. Cefuroxime for Injection, USP contains approximately 54.2 mg (2.4 mEq) of sodium per gram of cefuroxime activity. Cefuroxime for Injection, USP in sterile crystalline form is supplied as Pharmacy Bulk Package equivalent to 7.5 g of cefuroxime as cefuroxime sodium. Solutions of Cefuroxime for Injection, USP range in color from light yellow to amber, depending on the concentration and diluent used. The pH of freshly constituted solutions usually ranges from 6 to 8.5. A Pharmacy Bulk Package is a container of a sterile preparation for parenteral use that contains many single doses.
