As first-line therapy, Paclitaxel Injection, USP is indicated in combination with cisplatin. Paclitaxel Injection, USP is indicated for the adjuvant treatment of node-positive breast cancer administered sequentially to standard doxorubicin-containing combination chemotherapy. In the clinical trial, there was an overall favorable effect on disease-free and overall survival in the total population of patients with receptor-positive and receptor-negative tumors, but the benefit has been specifically demonstrated by available data (median follow-up 30 months) only in the patients with estrogen and progesterone receptor-negative tumors (see CLINICAL STUDIES, Breast Carcinoma). Paclitaxel Injection, USP is indicated for the treatment of breast cancer after failure of combination chemotherapy for metastatic disease or relapse within 6 months of adjuvant chemotherapy. Prior therapy should have included an anthracycline unless clinically contraindicated. Paclitaxel Injection, USP, in combination with cisplatin, is indicated for the first-line treatment of non-small cell lung cancer in patients who are not candidates for potentially curative surgery and/or radiation therapy. Paclitaxel Injection, USP is indicated for the second-line treatment of AIDS-related Kaposi's sarcoma.</IndicationAndUsage>

If a patient has no response to the first migraine or cluster headache attack treated with sumatriptan injection, reconsider the diagnosis before sumatriptan injection is administered to treat any subsequent attacks., 2 Sumatriptan injection is not indicated for the prevention of migraine or cluster headache attacks.</IndicationAndUsage>

Sumatriptan injection USP contains sumatriptan succinate, a selective 5-HT1B/1D receptor agonist. Sumatriptan succinate is chemically designated as 3-[2-(dimethyl amino) ethyl]-N-methyl-indole-5-methanesulfonamide succinate (1:1), and it has the following structure. The molecular formula is C14H21N3O2SC4H6O4, representing a molecular weight of 413.5. Sumatriptan succinate is a white or almost white powder that is readily soluble in water and in saline. Sumatriptan injection USP is a clear, colorless to pale yellow, sterile, nonpyrogenic solution for subcutaneous injection. Each 0.5 mL of sumatriptan injection, 8 mg/mL contains 5.6 mg of sumatriptan succinate equivalent to 4 mg of sumatriptan and 3.8 mg of sodium chloride, USP in Water for Injection, USP. Each 0.5 mL of sumatriptan injection, 12 mg/mL contains 8.4 mg of sumatriptan succinate equivalent to 6 mg of sumatriptan and 3.5 mg of sodium chloride, USP in Water for Injection, USP. The pH range of both solutions is approximately 4.2 to 5.3. The osmolality of both injections is 291 mOsmol.

<IndicationAndUsage>Brimonidine tartrate and timolol maleate ophthalmic solution 0.2% /0.5% is an alpha-adrenergic receptor agonist with a beta-adrenergic receptor inhibitor indicated for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with glaucoma or ocular hypertension who require adjunctive or replacement therapy due to inadequately controlled IOP; the IOP-lowering of brimonidine tartrate and timolol maleate ophthalmic solution dosed twice a day was slightly less than that seen with the concomitant administration of 0.5% timolol maleate ophthalmic solution dosed twice a day and 0.2% brimonidine tartrate ophthalmic solution dosed three times per day.</IndicationAndUsage>

Brimonidine tartrate and timolol maleate ophthalmic solution 0.2%/0.5%, sterile, is a relatively selective alpha-2 adrenergic receptor agonist with a non-selective beta-adrenergic receptor inhibitor (topical intraocular pressure lowering agent). The structural formulae are: Brimonidine tartrate. 5-bromo-6-(2-imidazolidinylideneamino) quinoxaline L-tartrate; MW= 442.24. Timolol maleate. (-)-1-(tert-butylamino)-3-[(4-morpholino-1,2,5-thiadiazol-3-yl)-oxy]-2-propanol maleate (1:1) (salt); MW= 432.50 as the maleate salt. In solution, brimonidine tartrate and timolol maleate ophthalmic solution 0.2% /0.5% has a clear, greenish-yellow color. It has an osmolality of 260 to 330 mOsmol/kg and a pH during its shelf life of 6.5 to 7.3. Brimonidine tartrate appears as an off-white, or white to pale-yellow powder and is soluble in both water (1.5 mg/mL) and in the product vehicle (3 mg/mL) at pH 7.2. Timolol maleate appears as a white, odorless, crystalline powder and is soluble in water, methanol, and alcohol. Each mL of brimonidine tartrate and timolol maleate ophthalmic solution contains the active ingredients brimonidine tartrate 0.2% and timolol 0.5% with the inactive ingredients benzalkonium chloride 0.005%; sodium phosphate, monobasic; sodium phosphate, dibasic; purified water; and hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.
