"IndicationAndUsage": "NAROPIN is indicated for the production of local or regional anesthesia for surgery and for acute pain management. Surgical Anesthesia: epidural block for surgery including cesarean section; major nerve block; local infiltration. Acute Pain Management: epidural continuous infusion or intermittent bolus, e.g., postoperative or labor; local infiltration.",
"Description": "NAROPIN® Injection is a sterile, isotonic solution that contains ropivacaine hydrochloride as the active pharmaceutical ingredient. Ropivacaine hydrochloride is a member of the amino amide class of local anesthetics. NAROPIN® Injection is administered parenterally by for infiltration, epidural, and nerve block. Ropivacaine hydrochloride is chemically described as S-(-)-1-propyl-2',6'-pipecoloxylidide hydrochloride monohydrate. The drug substance is a white crystalline powder, with the following structural formula:. At 25 °C ropivacaine hydrochloride has a solubility of 53.8 mg/mL in water, a distribution ratio between n-octanol and phosphate buffer at pH 7.4 of 14:1 and a pKa of 8.07 in 0.1 M KCl solution. The pKa of ropivacaine is approximately the same as bupivacaine (8.1) and is similar to that of mepivacaine (7.7). However, ropivacaine has an intermediate degree of lipid solubility compared to bupivacaine and mepivacaine. NAROPIN (ropivacaine hydrochloride) injection is a clear, colorless, and preservative-free solution. Each mL contains 2.1 mg, 5.3 mg, 7.9 mg or 10.6 mg ropivacaine hydrochloride monohydrate (equivalent to 2.0 mg, 5.0 mg, 7.5 mg or 10 mg of ropivacaine hydrochloride anhydrous), and 8.6 mg, 8.0 mg, 7.5 mg or 7.1 mg of sodium chloride; respectively, and sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid as pH adjusters, in water for injection. The pH is adjusted between 4.0 to 6.0. The specific gravity of NAROPIN Injection solutions range from 1.002 to 1.005 at 25°C."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Decitabine for Injection is indicated for treatment of adult patients with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) including previously treated and untreated, de novo and secondary MDS of all French-American-British subtypes (refractory anemia, refractory anemia with ringed sideroblasts, refractory anemia with excess blasts, refractory anemia with excess blasts in transformation, and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia) and intermediate-1, intermediate-2, and high-risk International Prognostic Scoring System groups.",
"Description": "Decitabine is a nucleoside metabolic inhibitor. Decitabine is a fine, white to almost white powder with the molecular formula of C8H12N4O4 and a molecular weight of 228.21. Its chemical name is 4-amino-1-(2-deoxy-β-D-erythro-pentofuranosyl)-1,3,5-triazin-2(1H)-one and it has the following structural formula. Decitabine is slightly soluble in ethanol/water (50/50), methanol/water (50/50) and methanol; sparingly soluble in water and soluble in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO). DRUG PRODUCT. White to off white lyophilized powder in 20 mL colorless tubular glass single-dose vial with grey bromo butyl rubber stopper and sealed with baby blue flip top aluminum seal. Each vial contains 50 mg decitabine. DILUENT. Clear colorless solution filled in 10 mL colorless tubular glass vial with grey bromo butyl stopper sealed with transparent flip top aluminum seal. Each vial contains 68 mg monobasic potassium phosphate, 11.6 mg sodium hydroxide and 10 mL water for injection."

"IndicationAndUsage": "GAMUNEX-C is an immune globulin injection (human) 10% liquid that is indicated for the treatment of.",
"Description": "GAMUNEX-C is a ready-to-use sterile, non-pyrogenic solution of human immune globulin protein for intravenous and subcutaneous (PI indication only) administration. GAMUNEX-C is clear to opalescent, and colorless to pale yellow. GAMUNEX-C consists of 9%–11% protein in 0.16–0.24 M glycine. Not less than 98% of the protein has the electrophoretic mobility of gamma globulin. The main component of GAMUNEX-C is IgG (≥ 98%) with a sub-class distribution of IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4 of approximately 62.8%, 29.7%, 4.8% and 2.7% respectively. The distribution of IgG subclasses is similar to that found in normal serum. GAMUNEX-C contains trace levels of fragments, IgA (average 0.046 mg/mL), and IgM. GAMUNEX-C doses of 1 g/kg correspond to a glycine dose of 0.15 g/kg. While toxic effects of glycine administration have been reported, the doses and rates of administration were 3–4 fold greater than those for GAMUNEX-C. In another study it was demonstrated that intravenous bolus doses of 0.44 g/kg glycine were not associated with serious adverse effects.(21) Caprylate is a saturated medium-chain (C8) fatty acid of plant origin. Medium chain fatty acids are considered to be essentially non-toxic. Human subjects receiving medium chain fatty acids parenterally have tolerated doses of 3.0 to 9.0 g/kg/day for periods of several months without adverse effects.(22) Residual caprylate concentrations in the final container are no more than 0.216 g/L (1.3 mmol/L). The measured buffer capacity is 35 mEq/L (0.35 mEq/g protein) and the osmolality is 258 mOsmol/kg solvent, which is close to physiological osmolality (285-295 mOsmol/kg). A dose of 1 g/kg body weight therefore represents an acid load of 0.35 mEq/kg body weight. The total buffering capacity of whole blood in a normal individual is 45–50 mEq/L of blood, or 3.6 mEq/kg body weight. Thus, the acid load delivered with a dose of 1 g/kg of GAMUNEX-C would be neutralized by the buffering capacity of whole blood alone, even if the dose was infused instantaneously. The pH of GAMUNEX-C is 4.0–4.5. GAMUNEX-C contains no preservative. GAMUNEX-C is not made with natural rubber latex. GAMUNEX-C is made from large pools of human plasma by a combination of cold ethanol fractionation, caprylate precipitation and filtration, and anion-exchange chromatography. Isotonicity is achieved by the addition of glycine. GAMUNEX-C is incubated in the final container (at the low pH of 4.0–4.3). The product is intended for intravenous administration and may be administered subcutaneously in treatment of PI. The capacity of the manufacturing process to remove and/or inactivate enveloped and non-enveloped viruses has been validated by laboratory spiking studies on a scaled down process model, using the following enveloped and non-enveloped viruses: human immunodeficiency virus, type I (HIV-1) as the relevant virus for HIV-1 and HIV–2; bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV) as a model for hepatitis C virus; pseudorabies virus (PRV) as a model for large enveloped DNA viruses (e.g., herpes viruses); Reovirus type 3 (Reo) as a model for non-enveloped viruses and for its resistance to physical and chemical inactivation; hepatitis A virus (HAV) as relevant non-enveloped virus, and porcine parvovirus (PPV) as a model for human parvovirus B19.(23). Overall virus reduction was calculated only from steps that were mechanistically independent from each other and truly additive. In addition, each step was verified to provide robust virus reduction across the production range for key operating parameters. Additionally, the manufacturing process was investigated for its capacity to decrease the infectivity of an experimental agent of transmissible spongiform encephalopathy (TSE), considered as a model for the vCJD and CJD agents.(23). Several of the individual production steps in the GAMUNEX-C manufacturing process have been shown to decrease TSE infectivity of that experimental model agent. TSE reduction steps include two depth filtrations (in sequence, a total of ≥ 6.6 log10). These studies provide reasonable assurance that low levels of CJD/vCJD agent infectivity, if present in the starting material, would be removed."

"Description": "Rosuvastatin is a 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG CoA)-reductase inhibitor. The chemical name for rosuvastatin calcium is bis[(E)-7-[4-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-isopropyl-2- [methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino] pyrimidin-5-yl](3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-enoic acid] calcium salt with the following structural formula. The empirical formula for rosuvastatin calcium is (C 22H 27FN 3O 6S) 2Ca and the molecular weight is 1,001.14. Rosuvastatin calcium is a white amorphous powder that is sparingly soluble in water and methanol, and slightly soluble in ethanol. Rosuvastatin calcium is a hydrophilic compound with a partition coefficient (octanol/water) of 0.13 at pH of 7.0. Rosuvastatin tablets, USP for oral administration contain rosuvastatin 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, or 40 mg (equivalent to 5.2 mg, 10.4 mg, 20.8 mg, and 41.6 mg rosuvastatin calcium) and the following inactive ingredients. For 5 mg: Each film coated tablet contains: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, anhydrous lactose, crospovidone, magnesium oxide, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, triacetin, titanium dioxide, and ferric oxide yellow. For 10, 20 and 40 mg: Each film coated tablet contains: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, anhydrous lactose, crospovidone, magnesium oxide, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, triacetin, titanium dioxide, FD & C yellow No. 6, FD & C red No. 40, and FD & C blue No.1. "Description": "Tadalafil is a selective inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). Tadalafil has the molecular formula C22H19N3O4 representing a molecular weight of 389.41. The structural formula is. Ketorolac tromethamine ophthalmic solution is also indicated for the treatment of postoperative inflammation in patients who have undergone cataract extraction.",

Its che mical na me is (±)-5-Benzoyl-2, 3-dihydro-1H pyrrolizi ne-1-carboxylic acid co m pound with 2-a mino-2-(hydroxy methyl)-1,3-propanediol ( 1:1) and it has the following structure. Keto ro lac t ro met ham ine op htha lm ic so lut i on is supplied as a sterile isotonic aqueous 0.5% solution, with a pH of 7.4. Keto ro lac t ro met ham ine op htha lm ic so lut i on is a race mic m ixture of R-(+) and S-(-)- ketor olac tro metha mine. Ketorol ac tro methamine may exist in t hree cr ystal for ms. All for ms are equally soluble in water. The pKa of ketorolac is 3.5. This white to o ff-white c rystalline su bstance discolors on prolonged exposure to light. "IndicationAndUsage": "Rosuvastatin tablets are indicated: 1 To reduce the risk of major adverse cardiovascular (CV) events (CV death, nonfatal myocardial infarction, nonfatal stroke, or an arterial revascularization procedure) in adults without established coronary heart disease who are at increased risk of CV disease based on age, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) ≥2 mg/L, and at least one additional CV risk factor.",
"Description": "Rosuvastatin is a 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG CoA)-reductase inhibitor. The chemical name for rosuvastatin calcium is bis[(E)-7-[4-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-isopropyl-2- [methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino] pyrimidin-5-yl](3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-enoic acid] calcium salt with the following structural formula. The molecular formula for rosuvastatin calcium is (C22H27FN3O6S)2Ca and the molecular weight is 1001.14. Rosuvastatin calcium, USP is a white to off-white amorphous powder that is slightly soluble in water, and practically insoluble in ethanol and methanol. Rosuvastatin calcium is a hydrophilic compound with a partition coefficient (octanol/water) of 0.13 at pH of 7.0. Rosuvastatin tablets, USP for oral use contain rosuvastatin 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, or 40 mg (equivalent to 5.2 mg, 10.4 mg, 20.8 mg, and 41.6 mg rosuvastatin calcium) and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, pregelatinized maize starch, talc, titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow (5 mg), iron oxide red (10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg), and FD& C Red # 40 aluminum lake (10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg). The chemical name for rosuvastatin calcium is bis[(E)-7-[4-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-isopropyl-2- [methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino] pyrimidin-5-yl](3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-enoic acid] calcium salt with the following structural formula. The molecular formula for rosuvastatin calcium is (C22H27FN3O6S)2Ca and the molecular weight is 1001.14. Rosuvastatin calcium, USP is a white to off-white amorphous powder that is slightly soluble in water, and practically insoluble in ethanol and methanol. Rosuvastatin calcium is a hydrophilic compound with a partition coefficient (octanol/water) of 0.13 at pH of 7.0.
