"IndicationAndUsage": "When the possibility of airway obstruction and/or hypoxia have been eliminated, doxapram may be used to stimulate respiration in patients with drug-induced postanesthesia respiratory depression or apnea other than that due to muscle relaxant drugs. "IndicationAndUsage": "For the management of manifestations of psychotic disorders. For the treatment of schizophrenia. To control nausea and vomiting. For relief of restlessness and apprehension before surgery. For acute intermittent porphyria. As an adjunct in the treatment of tetanus. To control the manifestations of the manic type of manic-depressive illness. For relief of intractable hiccups. For the treatment of severe behavioral problems in children (1 to 12 years of age) marked by combativeness and/or explosive hyperexcitable behavior (out of proportion to immediate provocations), and in the short-term treatment of hyperactive children who show excessive motor activity with accompanying conduct disorders consisting of some or all of the following symptoms: impulsivity, difficulty sustaining attention, aggressivity, mood lability and poor frustration tolerance.",
"Description": "Chlorpromazine hydrochloride, a dimethylamine derivative of phenothiazine, has a chemical formula of 2-chloro-10-[3-(dimethylamino) propyl] phenothiazine monohydrochloride. It is available in tablets for oral administration. It has the following structural formula. Chlorpromazine hydrochloride occurs as white or slightly creamy white, odorless, crystalline powder which darkens on prolonged exposure to light. Each tablet for oral administration contains 10 mg, 25 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg, or 200 mg of chlorpromazine hydrochloride, USP. Inactive ingredients: silicon dioxide, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, povidone, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol and titanium dioxide."

The molecular formula of gabapentin is C9 H17NO2 and the molecular weight is 171.24. The structural formula of gabapentin is. Gabapentin, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a pH of 6.5 - 7.5. It is freely soluble in water and sparingly soluble in methanol. Each gabapentin capsule contains 100 mg, 300mg or 400 mg of gabapentin and the following inactive ingredients. Corn starch, magnesium stearate, mannitol and talc. The 100mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, and water. The 300mg capsule shell contains gelatin, iron oxide yellow, titanium dioxide and water. The 400mg capsule shell contains FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Yellow #6, gelatin, titanium dioxide and water. The imprinting ink Green Tek SB 4027 contains shellac, iron oxide yellow & FD & C Blue # 1 Aluminum Lake. The imprinting ink Blue Tek SB 6018 contains Shellac and FD & C Blue # 2 Aluminum Lake."

It may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive medications. Diltiazem hydrochloride extended-release capsules is indicated for the management of chronic stable angina and angina due to coronary artery spasm.",
"Description": "Diltiazem hydrochloride, USP is a calcium ion cellular influx inhibitor (slow channel blocker or calcium antagonist). Chemically, diltiazem hydrochloride is 1,5-Benzothiazepin-4(5H)-one, 3¬ (acetyloxy)-5-[2-(dimethylamino) ethyl]-2, 3-dihydro-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-, monohydrochloride, (+)-cis-. The chemical structure is. Diltiazem hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a bitter taste. It is soluble in water, methanol, and chloroform. It has a molecular weight of 450.98. Diltiazem hydrochloride extended-release capsules USP is formulated as a once-a-day extended-release capsule containing 120 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 110.3 mg diltiazem), 180 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 165.45 mg diltiazem), 240 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 220.6 mg diltiazem), 300 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 275.75 mg diltiazem), or 360 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 330.9 mg diltiazem). Capsules also contain: acetyl tributyl citrate, Ethyl Cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (Methocel E3 Premium LV), hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (Methocel E5 Premium LV), microcrystalline cellulose, Talc. "Description": "Diltiazem hydrochloride, USP is a calcium ion cellular influx inhibitor (slow channel blocker or calcium antagonist). Chemically, diltiazem hydrochloride is 1,5-Benzothiazepin-4(5H)-one, 3¬ (acetyloxy)-5-[2-(dimethylamino) ethyl]-2, 3-dihydro-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-, monohydrochloride, (+)-cis-. The chemical structure is. Diltiazem hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a bitter taste. It is soluble in water, methanol, and chloroform. It has a molecular weight of 450.98.
