"IndicationAndUsage": "Nicardipine hydrochloride injection is a calcium channel blocker indicated for the short-term treatment of hypertension when oral therapy is not feasible. (1).",
"Description": "Nicardipine hydrochloride is a calcium ion influx inhibitor (slow channel blocker or calcium channel blocker). Nicardipine hydrochloride injection, USP for intravenous administration contains 2.5 mg/mL of nicardipine hydrochloride. Nicardipine hydrochloride is a dihydropyridine derivative with IUPAC (International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry) chemical name (±)-2-(benzyl-methyl amino) ethyl methyl 1,4-dihydro-2, 6-dimethyl-4- (m-nitrophenyl)-3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate monohydrochloride and has the following structure. Nicardipine hydrochloride is a pale yellow to yellow, odorless, powder or crystalline powder that has a melting point range of 179- 188oC (Melt with decomposition). It is soluble in methanol and glacial acetic acid, sparingly soluble in ethanol and chloroform, practically insoluble in ethyl ether and water. It has a molecular weight of 515.99. Nicardipine hydrochloride injection, USP is available as a sterile, non-pyrogenic, clear, yellow solution in 10 mL vials for intravenous infusion after dilution. Each mL contains 2.5 mg nicardipine hydrochloride, 0.305 mg benzoic acid, USP and 7.5 mg sodium chloride, USP, in Water for Injection, USP. Sodium hydroxide, NF, (q.s.) may have been added to adjust pH to 3.2 to 4.2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Torsemide tablets are a loop diuretic indicated for: 1 the treatment of edema associated with heart failure, renal disease or hepatic disease. ( 1.1) , 2 the treatment of hypertension, to lower blood pressure. Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular events, primarily strokes and myocardial infarctions. ( 1.2) .",
"Description": "Torsemide, USP is a diuretic of the pyridine-sulfonylurea class. Its chemical name is 1-isopropyl-3-[(4- m-toluidino-3-pyridyl) sulfonyl] urea and its structural formula is:. C 16H 20N 4O 3S M.W. 348.43. Its pKa is 7.1. Torsemide, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder. Each Torsemide Tablet for oral administration contains 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg or 100 mg of torsemide, USP. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate and sodium starch glycolate."

"Description": "Torsemide, USP is a diuretic of the pyridine-sulfonylurea class. Its chemical name is 1-isopropyl-3-[(4- m-toluidino-3-pyridyl) sulfonyl] urea and its structural formula is:. C 16H 20N 4O 3S M.W. 348.43. Its pKa is 7.1. Torsemide, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder. Each Torsemide Tablet for oral administration contains 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg or 100 mg of torsemide, USP. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate and sodium starch glycolate."

"Description": "Tacrolimus, previously known as FK506, is the active ingredient in tacrolimus capsules. Tacrolimus is a calcineurin-inhibitor immunosuppressant produced by Streptomyces tsukubaensis. Chemically, tacrolimus is designated as (‒)-(3S,4R,5S,8R,9E,12S,14S,15R,16S,18R,19R,26aS)-8-Allyl-5,6,8,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,24,25,26,26a-hexadecahydro-5,19-dihydroxy-3-[(E)-2-[(1R,3R,4R)-4-hydroxy-3-methoxycyclohexyl]-1-methylvinyl]-14,16-dimethoxy-4,10,12,18-tetramethyl-15,19-epoxy-3H-pyrido[2,1-c][1,4]oxaazacyclotricosine-1,7,20,21(4H,23H)-tetrone monohydrate. The chemical structure of tacrolimus is. Tacrolimus has a molecular formula of C 44H 69NO 12H 2O and a formula weight of 822.03. Tacrolimus, USP appears as a white to off-white powder. It is insoluble in water, very soluble in ethanol, and soluble in methanol and chloroform. Tacrolimus capsules, USP are available for oral administration as capsules containing the equivalent of 0.5 mg, 1 mg or 5 mg of anhydrous tacrolimus. Inactive ingredients include anhydrous lactose, black iron oxide, colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, gelatin, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, sodium lauryl sulfate, titanium dioxide and yellow iron oxide. The 0.5 mg capsules also contain D&C Red No. 28, D&C Yellow No. 10 and FD&C Red No. 40, the 1 mg capsules also contain FD&C Blue No. 1 and FD&C Red No. 3 and the 5 mg capsules also contain D&C Red No. 33, D&C Red No. 28 and D&C Yellow No. 10. In addition, the black imprinting ink contains black iron oxide, D&C Yellow No. 10 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Blue No. 1 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Blue No. 2 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Red No. 40 Aluminum Lake, propylene glycol and shellac glaze. The structural formula is:. Duloxetine hydrochloride is a white to slightly brownish white solid, which is slightly soluble in water. Each capsule contains enteric-coated pellets of 20, 30, 40 or 60 mg of duloxetine (equivalent to 22.4, 33.7, 44.9 or 67.3 mg of duloxetine hydrochloride, respectively). These enteric-coated pellets are designed to prevent degradation of the drug in the acidic environment of the stomach. Inactive ingredients include ammonium hydroxide, black iron oxide, hypromellose, methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion (methacrylic acid-ethyl acrylate copolymer, polysorbate 80, sodium lauryl sulfate), potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, shellac, sucrose, sugar spheres (maize starch, sucrose), talc, titanium dioxide, triethylcitrate, and hard gelatin capsules (gelatin, titanium dioxide).
