"IndicationAndUsage": "Insulin Glargine-yfgn is indicated to improve glycemic control in adult and pediatric patients with diabetes mellitus. Limitations of Use. Insulin Glargine-yfgn is not recommended for the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis.",
"Description": "Insulin glargine-yfgn is a long-acting human insulin analog produced by recombinant DNA technology utilizing a recombinant yeast strain, Pichia pastoris. Insulin glargine-yfgn differs from human insulin in that the amino acid asparagine at position A21 is replaced by glycine and two arginines are added to the C-terminus of the B-chain. Insulin glargine-yfgn has a molecular weight of 6063 Da. Insulin Glargine-yfgn is a sterile, clear and colorless solution for subcutaneous use in a 10 mL multiple-dose vial and a 3 mL single-patient-use prefilled pen. Vial. Each mL contains 100 units of insulin glargine-yfgn and the inactive ingredients: glycerol (20 mg), metacresol (2.7 mg), polysorbate-20 (20 mcg), zinc chloride (content adjusted to provide 30 mcg zinc ion), and Water for Injection, USP. Prefilled pen. Each mL contains 100 units of insulin glargine-yfgn and the inactive ingredients: glycerol (20 mg), metacresol (2.7 mg), zinc chloride (content adjusted to provide 30 mcg zinc ion), and Water for Injection, USP. The pH is adjusted by addition of aqueous solutions of hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide. Insulin Glargine-yfgn has a pH of approximately 4."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Carefully consider the potential benefits and risks of Ibuprofen Tablets and other treatment options before deciding to use Ibuprofen Tablets. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration consistent with individual patient treatment goals [see WARNINGS]. Ibuprofen Tablets are indicated for relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Ibuprofen Tablets are indicated for relief of mild to moderate pain. Ibuprofen Tablets are also indicated for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Controlled clinical trials to establish the safety and effectiveness of Ibuprofen Tablets in children have not been conducted.",
"Description": "Ibuprofen Tablets, USP contain the active ingredient ibuprofen, which is (±)-2-(p-isobutylphenyl) propionic acid. Ibuprofen is a white powder with a melting point of 74° to 77° C and is very slightly soluble in water (<1 mg/mL) and readily soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and acetone. The structural formula is represented below. Ibuprofen Tablets, USP, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), is available in 400 mg, 600 mg, and 800 mg tablets for oral administration. Inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, pregelatinized starch, talc, stearic acid, and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Glipizide tablets are indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.",
"Description": "Glipizide is an oral blood-glucose-lowering drug of the sulfonylurea class. The Chemical Abstracts name of glipizide is 1-cyclohexyl-3-[[p-[2-(5-methylpyrazine-carboxamido)ethyl]phenyl]sulfonyl]urea. The molecular formula is C 21H 27N 5O 4S; the molecular weight is 445.55; the structural formula is shown below:. Glipizide is a whitish, odorless powder with a pKa of 5.9. It is insoluble in water and alcohols, but soluble in 0.1 N NaOH; it is freely soluble in dimethylformamide. Glipizide tablets, USP for oral use are available in 5 and 10 mg strengths. Inert ingredients are: anhydrous lactose; colloidal silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate; sodium starch glycolate. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "HULIO is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for: 1 Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) (1.1): reducing signs and symptoms, inducing major clinical response, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with moderately to severely active RA., 2 Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) (1.2): reducing signs and symptoms of moderately to severely active polyarticular JIA in patients 2 years of age and older., 3 Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) (1.3): reducing signs and symptoms, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with active PsA., 4 Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) (1.4): reducing signs and symptoms in adult patients with active AS., 5 Crohn’s Disease (CD) (1.5): treatment of moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older., 6 Ulcerative Colitis (UC) (1.6): treatment of moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis in adult patients., 7 Limitations of Use: Effectiveness has not been established in patients who have lost response to or were intolerant to TNF blockers. , 8 Plaque Psoriasis (Ps) (1.7): treatment of adult patients with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy, and when other systemic therapies are medically less appropriate., 9 Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) (1.8): treatment of moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa in adult patients., 10 Uveitis (UV) (1.9): treatment of non-infectious intermediate, posterior, and panuveitis in adult patients.",
"Description": "Adalimumab-fkjp is a tumor necrosis factor blocker. Adalimumab-fkjp is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody. Adalimumab-fkjp is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell expression system (Chinese Hamster Ovary Cells) and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps. It consists of 1330 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons. HULIO (adalimumab-fkjp) injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous administration. The drug product is supplied as either a single-dose, prefilled pen (HULIO Pen) or as a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled plastic syringe. Enclosed within the pen is a single- dose, 1 mL prefilled plastic syringe. The solution of HULIO is clear to slightly opalescent, colorless to pale brownish-yellow, with a pH of about 5.2. Each 40 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled pen delivers 0.8 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of HULIO contains adalimumab-fkjp (40 mg), methionine (0.60 mg), monosodium glutamate (1.50 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.80 mg), sorbitol (38.2 mg) and Water for Injection, USP. Hydrochloric acid is added as necessary to adjust pH. Each 20 mg/0.4 mL prefilled syringe delivers 0.4 mL (20 mg) of drug product. Each 0.4 mL of HULIO contains adalimumab-fkjp (20 mg), methionine (0.30 mg), monosodium glutamate (0.75 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.40 mg), sorbitol (19.1 mg) and Water for Injection, USP. Hydrochloric acid is added as necessary to adjust pH."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablets are a muscarinic antagonist indicated for the treatment of overactive bladder with symptoms of urge urinary incontinence, urgency, and frequency. Oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablets are also indicated for the treatment of pediatric patients aged 6 years and older with symptoms of detrusor overactivity associated with a neurological condition (e.g., spina bifida).",
"Description": "Oxybutynin chloride, USP is an antispasmodic, muscarinic antagonist. Each oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablet, USP contains 5 mg, 10 mg, or 15 mg of oxybutynin chloride USP, formulated as a once-a-day controlled-release tablet for oral administration. Oxybutynin chloride, USP is administered as a racemate of R- and S-enantiomers. Chemically, oxybutynin chloride, USP is d,l (racemic) 4-diethylamino-2-butynyl phenylcyclohexylglycolate hydrochloride. The empirical formula of oxybutynin chloride, USP is C22H31NO3HCl. Its structural formula is. Oxybutynin chloride, USP is a white crystalline solid with a molecular weight of 393.9. It is readily soluble in water and acids, but relatively insoluble in alkalis. Oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablets, USP also contains the following inert ingredients: hydrogenated vegetable oil, hypromellose, isopropyl alcohol, lactose monohydrate, methacrylic acid copolymer, microcrystalline cellulose, polysorbate 80, sodium lauryl sulfate, talc and triethyl citrate. The 5 mg tablets also contain D&C Red #27 and FD&C Blue #1. The 10 mg tablets also contain FD&C Red #40 and FD&C Yellow #6. Meets USP Dissolution Test 7. System Components and Performance. Oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablet, USP uses a pH-independent hydrophilic matrix and pH dependent enteric coating to deliver oxybutynin chloride, USP at a controlled rate over approximately 24 hours. The oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablet, USP comprises of an inner core made of the drug, rate controlling pH independent polymer and other excipients. The tablet core is then coated with pH dependent enteric coating polymer. When tablets will be exposed to an acidic environment such as the stomach, the drug release will be minimal due to outer enteric coating of the pH dependent polymer. The outer enteric coating upon reaching an environment of pH 5.5 and above will start to dissolve and the polymer in the inner core tablet will hydrate to form a gel layer and the drug releases via diffusion process."

"Description": "Oxybutynin chloride, USP is an antispasmodic, muscarinic antagonist. Each oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablet, USP contains 5 mg, 10 mg, or 15 mg of oxybutynin chloride USP, formulated as a once-a-day controlled-release tablet for oral administration. Oxybutynin chloride, USP is administered as a racemate of R- and S-enantiomers. Chemically, oxybutynin chloride, USP is d,l (racemic) 4-diethylamino-2-butynyl phenylcyclohexylglycolate hydrochloride. The empirical formula of oxybutynin chloride, USP is C22H31NO3HCl. Its structural formula is. Oxybutynin chloride, USP is a white crystalline solid with a molecular weight of 393.9. It is readily soluble in water and acids, but relatively insoluble in alkalis. Oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablets, USP also contains the following inert ingredients: hydrogenated vegetable oil, hypromellose, isopropyl alcohol, lactose monohydrate, methacrylic acid copolymer, microcrystalline cellulose, polysorbate 80, sodium lauryl sulfate, talc and triethyl citrate. The 5 mg tablets also contain D&C Red #27 and FD&C Blue #1. The 10 mg tablets also contain FD&C Red #40 and FD&C Yellow #6. Meets USP Dissolution Test 7. System Components and Performance. Oxybutynin chloride extended-release tablet, USP uses a pH-independent hydrophilic matrix and pH dependent enteric coating to deliver oxybutynin chloride, USP at a controlled rate over approximately 24 hours. "Description": "Hydrocodone bitartrate extended-release tablets are supplied in 20 mg, 30 mg, 40 mg, 60 mg, 80 mg, 100 mg and 120 mg film-coated tablets for oral administration. The tablet strengths describe the amount of hydrocodone per tablet as the bitartrate salt. Hydrocodone bitartrate is an opioid agonist. Its chemical name is 4,5α-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6-one tartrate (1:1) hydrate (2:5). Its structural formula is. Empirical formula: C18H21NO3 C4H6O6 2½H2O; Molecular weight: 494.49. Hydrocodone bitartrate exists as fine white crystals or a crystalline powder. It is affected by light. It is soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, and insoluble in ether and chloroform.
