"IndicationAndUsage": "Risperidone is an atypical antipsychotic indicated for: 1 Treatment of schizophrenia (1.1), 2 As monotherapy or adjunctive therapy with lithium or valproate, for the treatment of acute manic or mixed episodes associated with Bipolar I Disorder (1.2), 3 Treatment of irritability associated with autistic disorder (1.3).",
"Description": "Risperidone tablets, USP, contain risperidone, USP, an atypical antipsychotic belonging to the chemical class of benzisoxazole derivatives. The chemical designation is 3-[2-[4-(6-fluoro-1,2-benzisoxazol-3-yl)-1-piperidinyl]ethyl]-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-2-methyl-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one. Its molecular formula is C 23H 27FN 4O 2 and its molecular weight is 410.49. The structural formula is. Risperidone, USP is a white to slightly beige powder. It is practically insoluble in water, freely soluble in methylene chloride, and soluble in methanol and 0.1 N HCl. Risperidone tablets, USP are for oral administration and available in 0.25 mg (yellow), 0.5 mg (red), 1 mg (white to off white), 2 mg (Light orange), 3 mg (yellow), and 4 mg (yellow) strengths. Risperidone tablets, USP contain the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous lactose, colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol 400, pregelatinised starch, sodium starch glycolate, talc, titanium dioxide and additional colorants listed below. 0.25, 3 and 4 mg tablets: Ferric oxide yellow. 0.5 mg tablets: Ferric oxide red. 2 mg tablets: FD&C yellow # 6 Orange yellow S (E 110)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Carefully consider the potential benefits and risks of diclofenac sodium extended-release and other treatment options before deciding to use diclofenac sodium extended-release. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration consistent with individual patient treatment goals (see WARNINGS). Diclofenac sodium extended-release tablets are indicated. "Description": "Diclofenac sodium, USP extended-release, is a benzeneacetic acid derivative. The chemical name is 2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino] benzeneacetic acid, monosodium salt. The molecular weight is 318.13. Its molecular formula is C14H10Cl2NNaO2, and it has the following structural formula. Each extended-release tablet for oral administration contains 100 mg of diclofenac sodium, USP. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: carnauba wax, cetyl alcohol, colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, povidone, synthetic yellow iron oxide, talc, titanium dioxide, and triacetin."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Simvastatin tablets are indicated: To reduce the risk of total mortality by reducing risk of coronary heart disease death, non-fatal myocardial infarction and stroke, and the need for coronary and non-coronary revascularization procedures in adults with established coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, peripheral vascular disease, and/or diabetes, who are at high risk of coronary heart disease events. As an adjunct to diet to reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C): o In adults with primary hyperlipidemia. o In adults and pediatric patients aged 10 years and older with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH). As an adjunct to other LDL-C-lowering therapies to reduce LDL-C in adults with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH). As an adjunct to diet for the treatment of adults with: o Primary dysbetalipoproteinemia. o Hypertriglyceridemia.",
"Description": "Simvastatin is a prodrug of 3-hydoroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase inhibitor that is derived synthetically from a fermentation product of Aspergillus terreus. Simvastatin is butanoic acid, 2,2-dimethyl-,1,2,3,7,8,8a-hexahydro-3,7-dimethyl-8-[2-(tetrahydro-4-hydroxy-6-oxo-2H-pyran-2-yl)-ethyl]-1-naphthalenyl ester, [1S-[1α,3α,7β,8β(2S *,4S *),-8aβ]]. The molecular formula of simvastatin is C 25H 38O 5and its molecular weight is 418.57. Its structural formula is:. Simvastatin, USP is a white to off-white, nonhygroscopic, crystalline powder that is practically insoluble in water, and freely soluble in chloroform, methanol and ethanol. Simvastatin tablets, USP for oral use contain 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg or 80 mg of simvastatin, USP and the following inactive ingredients: ascorbic acid, citric acid monohydrate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, iron oxide yellow (5 mg), lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized maize starch, talc, and titanium dioxide. Butylated hydroxyanisole is added as a preservative."

"Description": "Fluocinonide Ointment USP, 0.05% is intended for topical administration. The active component is the corticosteroid fluocinonide, which is the 21-acetate ester of fluocinolone acetonide and has the chemical name pregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione,21-(acetyloxy) -6,9-difluoro-11-hydroxy-16,17-[(1-methylethylidene)bis(oxy)]-,(6a,11b,16a)-. It has the following chemical structure: 1 Mol. Formula: C26H32F2O7, 2 Mol. Wt: 494.53."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Tramadol hydrochloride and acetaminophen tablets, USP are indicated for the short-term (five days or less) management of acute pain.",
"Description": "Tramadol hydrochloride and acetaminophen tablets, USP combine two analgesics, tramadol, USP 37.5 mg and acetaminophen, USP 325 mg. The chemical name for tramadol hydrochloride, USP is (±)cis-2-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-1-(3-methoxyphenyl) cyclohexanol hydrochloride. Its structural formula is. The molecular weight of tramadol hydrochloride, USP is 299.84. Tramadol hydrochloride, USP is a white, bitter, crystalline and odorless powder. The chemical name for acetaminophen, USP is N-acetyl-p-aminophenol. Its structural formula is. The molecular weight of acetaminophen, USP is 151.17. Acetaminophen, USP is an analgesic and antipyretic agent which occurs as a white, odorless, crystalline powder, possessing a slightly bitter taste. Tramadol hydrochloride and acetaminophen tablets, USP contain 37.5 mg tramadol hydrochloride, USP and 325 mg acetaminophen, USP and are beige in color. Inactive ingredients in the tablets are carnauba wax, crospovidone, iron oxide black, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, povidone, sodium starch glycolate, stearic acid, talc and titanium dioxide. Dissolution Method: Test 2."
