"IndicationAndUsage": "Azithromycin is a macrolide antibacterial drug indicated for the treatment of patients with mild to moderate infections caused by susceptible strains of the designated microorganisms in the specific conditions listed below. Recommended dosages and durations of therapy in adult and pediatric patient populations vary in these indications. [see Dosage and Administration (2)].",
"Description": "Azithromycin tablets USP contain the active ingredient azithromycin, a macrolide antibacterial drug, for oral administration. Azithromycin has the chemical name (2R,3S,4R,5R,8R,10R,11R,12S,13S,14R)-13-[(2,6-dideoxy-3-C-methyl-3-O-methyl-α-L-ribo-hexopyranosyl)oxy]-2-ethyl-3,4,10-trihydroxy-3,5,6,8,10,12,14-heptamethyl-11-[[3,4,6-trideoxy-3-(dimethylamino)-β-D-xylo-hexopyranosyl]oxy]-1-oxa-6-azacyclopentadecan-15-one. Azithromycin is derived from erythromycin; however, it differs chemically from erythromycin in that a methyl-substituted nitrogen atom is incorporated into the lactone ring. Its molecular formula is C38H72N2O12, and its molecular weight is 749.00. Azithromycin has the following structural formula. Azithromycin, as the dihydrate, is a white or almost white powder with a molecular formula of C38H72N2O122H2O and a molecular weight of 785.0. Azithromycin is supplied as tablets containing azithromycin dihydrate USP equivalent to either 250 mg or 500 mg azithromycin and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, pregelatinized starch (maize), magnesium stearate, sodium lauryl sulfate, titanium dioxide and triacetin."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Amlodipine besylate and benazepril hydrochloride capsules are a combination tablet of amlodipine, a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker (DHP CCB) and benazepril, an angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. Amlodipine besylate and benazepril hydrochloride capsules are indicated for the treatment of hypertension in patients not adequately controlled on monotherapy with either agent. (1).",
"Description": "Benazepril hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline powder, soluble (> 100 mg/mL) in water, in ethanol, and in methanol. Benazepril hydrochloride’s chemical name is 3-[[1-(ethoxycarbonyl)-3-phenyl-(1S)-propyl]amino]-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-2-oxo-1H-1-(3S)-benzazepine-1-acetic acid monohydrochloride; its structural formula is. C24H28N2O5HCl M.W. 460.96. Benazeprilat, the active metabolite of benazepril, is a nonsulfhydryl angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. Benazepril is converted to benazeprilat by hepatic cleavage of the ester group. Amlodipine besylate is a white to pale yellow crystalline powder, slightly soluble in water and sparingly soluble in ethanol. Its chemical name is (R,S)3-ethyl-5-methyl-2-(2-aminoethoxymethyl)-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-6-methyl-3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate benzenesulfonate; its structural formula is. C20H25ClN2O5C6H6O3S M.W. 567.1. Amlodipine besylate is the besylate salt of amlodipine, a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker. Amlodipine besylate and benazepril hydrochloride capsules are a combination of amlodipine besylate and benazepril hydrochloride. The capsules are formulated in six different strengths for oral administration with a combination of amlodipine besylate equivalent to 2.5 mg, 5 mg or 10 mg of amlodipine, with 10 mg, 20 mg or 40 mg of benazepril hydrochloride providing for the following available combinations: 2.5 mg/10 mg, 5 mg/10 mg, 5 mg/20 mg, 5 mg/40 mg, 10 mg/20 mg and 10 mg/40 mg. The inactive ingredients of the capsules are black iron oxide, calcium phosphate dibasic anhydrous, colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, crospovidone, gelatin, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polysorbate 80, povidone, pregelatinized starch, propylene glycol, shellac, sodium starch glycolate, and titanium dioxide. The imprinting ink may contain potassium hydroxide. In addition, the 5 mg/10 mg capsule contains red iron oxide and yellow iron oxide; the 5 mg/20 mg capsule contains D&C Red 28, FD&C Blue 1, and FD&C Red 40; the 10 mg/20 mg capsule contains FD&C Blue 1 and FD&C Red 3; and the 5 mg/40 mg and 10 mg/40 mg capsules contain FD&C Blue 1."

"IndicationAndUsage": "ZEPBOUND® is indicated in combination with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity: : 1 to reduce excess body weight and maintain weight reduction long term in adults with obesity or adults with overweight in the presence of at least one weight-related comorbid condition. , 2 to treat moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in adults with obesity. .",
"Description": "ZEPBOUND (tirzepatide) injection, for subcutaneous use, contains tirzepatide, a GIP receptor and GLP-1 receptor agonist. Tirzepatide is based on the GIP sequence and contains aminoisobutyric acid (Aib) in positions 2 and 13, a C-terminal amide, and Lys residue at position 20 that is attached to 1,20-eicosanedioic acid via a linker. The molecular weight is 4813.53 Da and the empirical formula is C225H348N48O68. Structural formula:. ZEPBOUND is a clear, colorless to slightly yellow, sterile solution for subcutaneous use. Each single-dose pen or single-dose vial contains a 0.5 mL solution of 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, or 15 mg of tirzepatide and the following excipients: sodium chloride (4.1 mg), sodium phosphate dibasic heptahydrate (0.7 mg), and water for injection. Each multi-dose vial or single-patient-use KwikPen contains 2.4 mL of solution, which provides 4 doses of 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, or 15 mg of tirzepatide per 0.6 mL. Each dose contains the following excipients: benzyl alcohol (5.4 mg), glycerin (4.8 mg), phenol (1.08 mg), sodium chloride (1.05 mg), sodium phosphate dibasic heptahydrate (0.8 mg), and water for injection. Hydrochloric acid solution and/or sodium hydroxide solution may have been added to adjust the pH. ZEPBOUND has a pH of 6.5 to 7.5. Each single-patient-use KwikPen contains additional volume to allow for device priming."

"Description": "Insulin human is produced by recombinant DNA technology utilizing a non-pathogenic laboratory strain of Escherichia coli and has the empirical formula C257H383N65O77S6 with a molecular weight of 5.808 kDa. HUMULIN R (insulin human) injection is a short-acting human insulin for subcutaneous or intravenous use. HUMULIN R is a sterile, aqueous, clear, and colorless solution. HUMULIN R contains 100 units of insulin human in each milliliter. Each milliliter of HUMULIN R also contains glycerin (16 mg), metacresol (2.5 mg), endogenous zinc (approximately 0.015 mg/100 units,) and Water for Injection. Sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid may be added during manufacture to adjust the pH. The pH is 7.0 to 7.8."

"Description": "Insulin lispro is a rapid-acting human insulin analog produced by recombinant DNA technology utilizing a non-pathogenic laboratory strain of Escherichia coli. Insulin lispro differs from human insulin in that the amino acid proline at position B28 is replaced by lysine and the lysine in position B29 is replaced by proline. Chemically, it is Lys(B28), Pro(B29) human insulin analog and has the empirical formula C257H383N65O77S6 and a molecular weight of 5.808 kDa, both identical to that of human insulin. Insulin lispro has the following primary structure:. HUMALOG (insulin lispro) injection is a sterile, clear, and colorless solution for subcutaneous or intravenous use. Each mL of HUMALOG U-100 contains 100 units of insulin lispro, and the inactive ingredients: dibasic sodium phosphate (1.0 mg), glycerin (16 mg), metacresol (3.15 mg), trace amounts of phenol, zinc oxide (content adjusted to provide 0.0197 mg zinc ion), and Water for Injection, USP. Each mL of HUMALOG U-200 contains 200 units of insulin lispro, and the inactive ingredients: glycerin (16 mg), metacresol (3.15 mg), trace amounts of phenol, tromethamine (5 mg), zinc oxide (content adjusted to provide 0.046 mg zinc ion), and Water for Injection, USP. HUMALOG has a pH of 7.0 to 7.8. Hydrochloric acid 10% and/or sodium hydroxide 10% is added to adjust the pH."

The molecular weight is 4813.53 Da and the empirical formula is C225H348N48O68. Structural formula:. ZEPBOUND is a clear, colorless to slightly yellow, sterile solution for subcutaneous use. Each single-dose pen or single-dose vial contains a 0.5 mL solution of 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, or 15 mg of tirzepatide and the following excipients: sodium chloride (4.1 mg), sodium phosphate dibasic heptahydrate (0.7 mg), and water for injection. The molecular weight is 262.27, the molecular formula is C16H10[18F]N3, and the structural formula is:. TAUVID is a sterile, non-pyrogenic solution for intravenous injection.
