"IndicationAndUsage": "GADAVIST is indicated for: 1 Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the central nervous system (CNS) to detect and visualize areas with disrupted blood brain barrier and/or abnormal vascularity in adult and pediatric patients including term neonates, 2 MRI of the breast to assess the presence and extent of malignant breast disease in adult patients, 3 Magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) to evaluate known or suspected supra-aortic or renal artery disease in adult and pediatric patients including term neonates, 4 Cardiac MRI (CMRI) to assess myocardial perfusion (stress, rest) and late gadolinium enhancement in adult patients with known or suspected coronary artery disease (CAD).",
"Description": "GADAVIST (gadobutrol) injection is a paramagnetic macrocyclic gadolinium-based contrast agent for intravenous use. The chemical name for gadobutrol is 10–[(1SR,2RS)–2,3–dihydroxy–1–hydroxymethylpropyl]–1,4,7,10–tetraazacyclododecane–1,4,7–triacetic acid, gadolinium complex. Gadobutrol is a water-soluble, hydrophilic compound with a partition coefficient between n-butanol and buffer at pH 7.6 of 0.006, and has a molecular formula of C18H31GdN4O9 and a molecular weight of 604.72. The structural formula of gadobutrol is. GADAVIST is a sterile, clear, colorless to pale yellow solution. Each mL contains 604.72 mg (1 mmol) of gadobutrol (containing 1 mmol of gadolinium) and the following inactive ingredients: 0.513 mg of calcobutrol sodium, 1.211 mg of trometamol, hydrochloric acid (for pH adjustment), and water for injection. GADAVIST contains no preservatives. The main physicochemical properties of GADAVIST are listed in Table 3. The thermodynamic stability constants for gadobutrol (log Ktherm and log Kcond at pH 7.4) are 21.8 and 15.3, respectively."

Gadobutrol has a molecular formula of C18H31GdN4O9 and a molecular weight of 604.72. Gadavist is a sterile, clear, colorless to pale yellow solution containing 604.72 mg (1.0 mmol) of gadobutrol per mL as the active ingredient with 0.513 mg of calcobutrol sodium, 1.211 mg of trometamol, hydrochloric acid (for pH adjustment) and water for injection. "Description": "GADAVIST (gadobutrol) injection is a paramagnetic macrocyclic gadolinium-based contrast agent for intravenous use. "IndicationAndUsage": "Xofigo is indicated for the treatment of patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer, symptomatic bone metastases and no known visceral metastatic disease.",
"Description": "Radium Ra 223 dichloride, an alpha particle-emitting pharmaceutical, is a radiotherapeutic drug. Xofigo is supplied as a clear, colorless, isotonic, and sterile solution to be administered intravenously with pH between 6 and 8. Each milliliter of solution contains 1,100 kBq radium-223 dichloride (30 microcurie), corresponding to 0.58 ng radium-223, at the reference date. Radium is present in the solution as a free divalent cation. Each vial contains 6 mL of solution (6,600 kBq (178 microcurie) radium-223 dichloride at the reference date). The inactive ingredients are 6.3 mg/mL sodium chloride USP (tonicity agent), 7.2 mg/mL sodium citrate USP (for pH adjustment), 0.2 mg/mL hydrochloric acid USP (for pH adjustment), and water for injection USP. "Description": "ALIQOPA (copanlisib) is a kinase inhibitor for intravenous infusion. The active pharmaceutical ingredient is copanlisib dihydrochloride which exists as a non-stoichiometric hydrate and has the molecular formula of C23H28N8O4 2HCl and a molecular weight of 553.45 g/mol. The molecular formula and molecular weight are based on the anhydrous form. The chemical name is 2-amino-N-{7-methoxy-8-[3-(morpholin-4-yl)propoxy]-2,3-dihydroimidazo[1,2-c]quinazolin-5-yl}pyrimidine-5-carboxamide dihydrochloride. Copanlisib dihydrochloride has the following structural formula. ALIQOPA is supplied in single-dose vials as a sterile lyophilized solid for reconstitution and further dilution for intravenous infusion. The product is white to slightly yellowish. After reconstitution, the solution is colorless to slightly yellowish. Each vial contains 60 mg copanlisib free base (equivalent to 69.1 mg copanlisib dihydrochloride). After reconstitution, each mL contains 15 mg copanlisib free base (equivalent to 17.3 mg copanlisib dihydrochloride). Inactive ingredients: Each vial contains 5.8 mg citric acid anhydrous (might increase to 6.1 mg in case pH correction is necessary), 120 mg mannitol (bulking agent). Citric acid anhydrous acts as a buffering agent and may be used together with sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment."

"Description": "Climara Pro (estradiol/levonorgestrel transdermal system) is an adhesive-based matrix transdermal patch designed to release both estradiol and levonorgestrel, a progestational agent, continuously upon application to intact skin. The 22 cm2 Climara Pro system contains 4.4 mg estradiol and 1.39 mg levonorgestrel and provides a nominal delivery rate (mg per day) of 0.045 estradiol and 0.015 levonorgestrel. Estradiol USP has a molecular weight of 272.39 and the molecular formula is C18H24O2. Levonorgestrel USP has a molecular weight of 312.4 and a molecular formula of C21H28O2. The structural formulas for estradiol and levonorgestrel are. The Climara Pro transdermal system comprises 3 layers. Proceeding from the visible surface towards the surface attached to the skin, these layers are: 1 A translucent polyethylene backing film., 2 An acrylate adhesive matrix containing estradiol and levonorgestrel., 3 A protective liner of either siliconized or fluoropolymer coated polyester film.
