"IndicationAndUsage": "GADAVIST is indicated for: 1 Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the central nervous system (CNS) to detect and visualize areas with disrupted blood brain barrier and/or abnormal vascularity in adult and pediatric patients including term neonates, 2 MRI of the breast to assess the presence and extent of malignant breast disease in adult patients, 3 Magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) to evaluate known or suspected supra-aortic or renal artery disease in adult and pediatric patients including term neonates, 4 Cardiac MRI (CMRI) to assess myocardial perfusion (stress, rest) and late gadolinium enhancement in adult patients with known or suspected coronary artery disease (CAD).",
"Description": "GADAVIST (gadobutrol) injection is a paramagnetic macrocyclic gadolinium-based contrast agent for intravenous use. The chemical name for gadobutrol is 10–[(1SR,2RS)–2,3–dihydroxy–1–hydroxymethylpropyl]–1,4,7,10–tetraazacyclododecane–1,4,7–triacetic acid, gadolinium complex. Gadobutrol is a water-soluble, hydrophilic compound with a partition coefficient between n-butanol and buffer at pH 7.6 of 0.006, and has a molecular formula of C18H31GdN4O9 and a molecular weight of 604.72. The structural formula of gadobutrol is. GADAVIST is a sterile, clear, colorless to pale yellow solution. Each mL contains 604.72 mg (1 mmol) of gadobutrol (containing 1 mmol of gadolinium) and the following inactive ingredients: 0.513 mg of calcobutrol sodium, 1.211 mg of trometamol, hydrochloric acid (for pH adjustment), and water for injection. GADAVIST contains no preservatives. The main physicochemical properties of GADAVIST are listed in Table 3. The thermodynamic stability constants for gadobutrol (log Ktherm and log Kcond at pH 7.4) are 21.8 and 15.3, respectively."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Natazia is a combination of dienogest , a progestin, and estradiol valerate, an estrogen, indicated for use by females of reproductive potential to prevent pregnancy. (1) . The efficacy of Natazia in females of reproductive potential with a body mass index (BMI) of >30 kg/m2 has not been evaluated. (1, 8.8). Treatment of heavy menstrual bleeding in females of reproductive potential without organic pathology who choose to use an oral contraceptive as their method of contraception. (1.2).",
"Description": "Natazia (estradiol valerate and estradiol valerate/dienogest) tablets provide an oral contraceptive regimen consisting of 26 active film-coated tablets that contain the active ingredients specified for each tablet below, followed by two inert film-coated tablets: 1 2 dark yellow tablets each containing 3 mg estradiol valerate , 2 5 medium red tablets each containing 2 mg estradiol valerate and 2 mg dienogest , 3 17 light yellow tablets each containing 2 mg estradiol valerate and 3 mg dienogest , 4 2 dark red tablets each containing 1 mg estradiol valerate , 5 2 white tablets (inert)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "LYNKUET is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms (VMS) due to menopause.",
"Description": "LYNKUET is an NK1 and NK3 receptor antagonist. The chemical name of elinzanetant is 2-[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-N-{4-(4-fluoro-2-methylphenyl)-6-[(7S,9aS)-7-(hydroxymethyl)hexahydropyrazino[2,1-c][1,4]oxazin-8(1H)-yl]pyridin-3-yl}-N,2-dimethylpropanamide having a molecular formula of C33H35F7N4O3 and a molecular weight of 668.7. The structural formula of elinzanetant is. Elinzanetant is a white to yellowish powder and is practically insoluble in water and slightly soluble under acidic conditions. Each LYNKUET (elinzanetant) capsule for oral use contains 60 mg of elinzanetant and the following inactive ingredients: all-rac-α-Tocopherol, caprylocaproyl macrogolglycerides, glycerol monocaprylocaprate, glycerol mono-oleate, and polysorbate 80. The capsule is composed of edible ink, ferric oxide red, ferric oxide yellow, gelatin, sorbitol special-glycerin, and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Climara Pro is indicated for.",
"Description": "Climara Pro (estradiol/levonorgestrel transdermal system) is an adhesive-based matrix transdermal patch designed to release both estradiol and levonorgestrel, a progestational agent, continuously upon application to intact skin. The 22 cm2 Climara Pro system contains 4.4 mg estradiol and 1.39 mg levonorgestrel and provides a nominal delivery rate (mg per day) of 0.045 estradiol and 0.015 levonorgestrel. Estradiol USP has a molecular weight of 272.39 and the molecular formula is C18H24O2. Levonorgestrel USP has a molecular weight of 312.4 and a molecular formula of C21H28O2. The structural formulas for estradiol and levonorgestrel are. The Climara Pro transdermal system comprises 3 layers. Proceeding from the visible surface towards the surface attached to the skin, these layers are: 1 A translucent polyethylene backing film., 2 An acrylate adhesive matrix containing estradiol and levonorgestrel., 3 A protective liner of either siliconized or fluoropolymer coated polyester film. The protective liner is attached to the adhesive surface and must be removed before the system can be used."

"IndicationAndUsage": "GADAVIST is indicated for: 1 Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the central nervous system (CNS) to detect and visualize areas with disrupted blood brain barrier and/or abnormal vascularity in adult and pediatric patients including term neonates, 2 MRI of the breast to assess the presence and extent of malignant breast disease in adult patients, 3 Magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) to evaluate known or suspected supra-aortic or renal artery disease in adult and pediatric patients including term neonates, 4 Cardiac MRI (CMRI) to assess myocardial perfusion (stress, rest) and late gadolinium enhancement in adult patients with known or suspected coronary artery disease (CAD).",
"Description": "GADAVIST (gadobutrol) injection is a paramagnetic macrocyclic gadolinium-based contrast agent for intravenous use. The chemical name for gadobutrol is 10–[(1SR,2RS)–2,3–dihydroxy–1–hydroxymethylpropyl]–1,4,7,10–tetraazacyclododecane–1,4,7–triacetic acid, gadolinium complex. Gadobutrol is a water-soluble, hydrophilic compound with a partition coefficient between n-butanol and buffer at pH 7.6 of 0.006, and has a molecular formula of C18H31GdN4O9 and a molecular weight of 604.72. The structural formula of gadobutrol is. GADAVIST is a sterile, clear, colorless to pale yellow solution. "IndicationAndUsage": "Tramadol HCl 37.5 mg/Acetaminophen 325 mg is indicated for the short-term (five days or less) management of acute pain.",
"Description": "Tramadol Hydrochloride 37.5 mg/Acetaminophen 325 mg tablets combine two analgesics, tramadol 37.5 mg and acetaminophen 325 mg. The chemical name for tramadol hydrochloride is (±)cis-2-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-1-(3-methoxyphenyl) cyclohexanol hydrochloride. Its structural formula is. The molecular weight of tramadol hydrochloride is 299.84. Tramadol hydrochloride is a white, bitter, crystalline, and odorless powder. The chemical name for acetaminophen is N-acetyl-p-aminophenol. Its structural formula is. The molecular weight of acetaminophen is 151.17. Acetaminophen is an analgesic and antipyretic agent which occurs as a white, odorless, crystalline powder, possessing a slightly bitter taste. Tramadol Hydrochloride 37.5 mg/Acetaminophen 325 mg tablets contain 37.5 mg tramadol hydrochloride and 325 mg acetaminophen and are light yellow in color. Inactive ingredients in the tablet are powdered cellulose, pregelatinized corn starch, sodium starch glycolate, corn starch, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, titanium dioxide, iron oxide, and carnauba wax."
