"IndicationAndUsage": "VITRAKVI is indicated for the treatment of adult and pediatric patients with solid tumors that: 1 have a neurotrophic receptor tyrosine kinase (NTRK) gene fusion without a known acquired resistance mutation,, 2 are metastatic or where surgical resection is likely to result in severe morbidity, and , 3 have no satisfactory alternative treatments or that have progressed following treatment.",
"Description": "Larotrectinib is a kinase inhibitor. VITRAKVI (larotrectinib) capsules and oral solution are formulated using larotrectinib sulfate. The molecular formula for larotrectinib sulfate is C21H24F2N6O6S and the molecular weight is 526.51 g/mol for the sulfate salt and 428.44 g/mol for the free base. The chemical name is (3S)-N-{5-[(2R)-2-(2,5-difluorophenyl)-1-pyrrolidinyl]pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-3-yl}-3-hydroxy-1-pyrrolidinecarboxamide sulfate. Larotrectinib sulfate has the following chemical structure. Larotrectinib sulfate is an off-white to pinkish yellow solid that is not hygroscopic. The aqueous solubility of larotrectinib at 37°C is pH dependent (very soluble at pH 1.0 and freely soluble at pH 6.8, according to USP descriptive terms of solubility). VITRAKVI (larotrectinib) capsules and oral solution are for oral use. Each capsule contains 25 mg or 100 mg larotrectinib (30.7 mg and 123 mg larotrectinib sulfate, respectively) in a hard gelatin capsule. The capsule is composed of gelatin, titanium dioxide, and edible ink. The oral solution packaged in one bottle containing 100 mL contains 20 mg/mL larotrectinib (24.6 mg/mL larotrectinib sulfate) and the following inactive ingredients: purified water, hydroxypropyl betadex, sucrose, glycerin, sorbitol, citric acid, sodium phosphate, sodium citrate dihydrate, propylene glycol and flavoring. Preserved with methylparaben and potassium sorbate. The oral solution packaged in two bottles each containing 50 mL contains 20 mg/mL larotrectinib (24.6 mg/mL larotrectinib sulfate) and the following inactive ingredients: purified water, hydroxypropyl betadex, sucralose, sodium citrate, strawberry flavor, and citric acid. Preserved with sodium benzoate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Paroxetine capsules are indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms (VMS) associated with menopause. Limitations of Use. Paroxetine capsules are not indicated for the treatment of any psychiatric condition. Paroxetine capsules have a lower recommended paroxetine dosage than that used to treat major depressive disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. The safety and effectiveness of the lower paroxetine capsules dosage have not been established for any psychiatric condition. Patients who require paroxetine for treatment of a psychiatric condition should discontinue paroxetine capsules and initiate a paroxetine-containing product that is indicated for such use.",
"Description": "Nonclinical studies have shown that paroxetine is an SSRI; paroxetine is not an estrogen. The mechanism of action of paroxetine for the treatment of moderate to severe VMS associated with menopause is unknown. Studies at clinically relevant paroxetine doses in humans have demonstrated that paroxetine blocks the uptake of serotonin into human platelets. Paroxetine is a neuronal serotonin reuptake inhibitor with weak effects on norepinephrine and dopamine neuronal reuptake in vitro. Paroxetine also has low affinity for muscarinic alpha1-, alpha2-, beta-adrenergic, dopamine (D2)-, 5-HT1-, 5-HT2-, and histamine (H1)-receptors."

Anxiety or tension associated with the stress of everyday life usually does not require treatment with an anxiolytic. In acute alcohol withdrawal, Diazepam Tablets may be useful in the symptomatic relief of acute agitation, tremor, impending or acute delirium tremens and hallucinosis. Diazepam Tablets are a useful adjunct for the relief of skeletal muscle spasm due to reflex spasm to local pathology (such as inflammation of the muscles or joints, or secondary to trauma), spasticity caused by upper motor neuron disorders (such as cerebral palsy and paraplegia), athetosis, and stiff-man syndrome. Oral diazepam may be used adjunctively in convulsive disorders, although it has not proved useful as the sole therapy. The effectiveness of Diazepam Tablets in long-term use, that is, more than 4 months, has not been assessed by systematic clinical studies. The physician should periodically reassess the usefulness of the drug for the individual patient.",

<IndicationAndUsage>Paroxetine capsules are indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms (VMS) associated with menopause. Patients who require paroxetine for treatment of a psychiatric condition should discontinue paroxetine capsules and initiate a paroxetine-containing product that is indicated for such use.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Nonclinical studies have shown that paroxetine is an SSRI; paroxetine is not an estrogen. Paroxetine also has low affinity for muscarinic alpha1-, alpha2-, beta-adrenergic, dopamine (D2)-, 5-HT1-, 5-HT2-, and histamine (H1)-receptors.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Diazepam Tablets are indicated for the management of anxiety disorders or for the short-term relief of the symptoms of anxiety. The physician should periodically reassess the usefulness of the drug for the individual patient.</IndicationAndUsage>
