"IndicationAndUsage": "CRIXIVAN in combination with antiretroviral agents is indicated for the treatment of HIV infection. This indication is based on two clinical trials of approximately 1 year duration that demonstrated: 1) a reduction in the risk of AIDS-defining illnesses or death; 2) a prolonged suppression of HIV RNA.",

CRIXIVAN Capsules are formulated as a sulfate salt and are available for oral administration in strengths of 100, 200, and 400 mg of indinavir (corresponding to 125, 250, and 500 mg indinavir sulfate, respectively). Each capsule also contains the inactive ingredients anhydrous lactose and magnesium stearate. The capsule shell has the following inactive ingredients and dyes: gelatin, titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide, and sodium lauryl sulfate. The chemical name for indinavir sulfate is [1(1S,2R),5(S)]-2,3,5-trideoxy-N-(2,3-dihydro-2-hydroxy-1H-inden-1-yl)-5-[2-[[(1,1-dimethylethyl)amino]carbonyl]-4-(3-pyridinylmethyl)-1-piperazinyl]-2-(phenylmethyl)-D-erythro-pentonamide sulfate (1:1) salt. Indinavir sulfate has the following structural formula. Indinavir sulfate is a white to off-white, hygroscopic, crystalline powder with the molecular formula C36H47N5O4 H2SO4 and a molecular weight of 711.88. It is very soluble in water and in methanol."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Atovaquone oral suspension USP is a quinone antimicrobial drug indicated for: 1 Prevention of Pneumocystis jiroveciipneumonia (PCP) in adults and adolescents aged 13 years and older who cannot tolerate trimethoprim sulfamethoxazole (TMP-SMX). Atovaquone is a yellow crystalline solid that is practically insoluble in water. It has a molecular weight of 366.84 and the molecular formula C 22H 19ClO 3. The compound has the following structural formula:. Atovaquone oral suspension is a formulation of micro-fine particles of atovaquone. Each 5 mL of atovaquone oral suspension, USP contains 750 mg of atovaquone and the inactive ingredients benzyl alcohol, flavor, hypromellose poloxamer, purified water, saccharin sodium, and xanthan gum."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Atovaquone oral suspension is a quinone antimicrobial drug indicated for: Prevention of Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia (PCP) in adults and adolescents aged 13 years and older who cannot tolerate trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (TMP-SMX). ( 1.1) Treatment of mild-to-moderate PCP in adults and adolescents aged 13 years and older who cannot tolerate TMP-SMX . (1.2)Limitations of Use (1.3): Treatment of severe PCP (alveolar arterial oxygen diffusion gradient [(A-a)DO 2] >45 mm Hg) with atovaquone oral suspension has not been studied. The efficacy of atovaquone oral suspension in subjects who are failing therapy with TMP-SMX has also not been studied.",
"Description": "Atovaquone oral suspension is a quinone antimicrobial drug. The chemical name of atovaquone is 1,4-Naphthalenedione, 2-[4-(4-chlorophenyl)cyclohexyl]-3-hydroxy-, trans. Atovaquone USP is a yellow colored powder that is freely soluble in tetrahydrofuran, soluble in chloroform and sparingly soluble in acetone. It has a molecular weight of 366.84 and the molecular formula C 22H 19ClO 3. The compound has the following structural formula:. Atovaquone oral suspension, USP is a formulation of micro-fine particles of atovaquone USP. Each 5 mL of atovaquone oral suspension, USP contains 750 mg of atovaquone USP and the inactive ingredients benzyl alcohol, flavor, hypromellose, poloxamer, purified water, saccharin sodium, and xanthan gum."

"IndicationAndUsage": "SETLAKIN is indicated for use by females of reproductive potential to prevent pregnancy.",
"Description": "SETLAKIN (levonorgestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets) is an extended-cycle combination oral contraceptive consisting of 84 pink active tablets each containing 0.15 mg of levonorgestrel, a synthetic progestin and 0.03 mg of ethinyl estradiol, an estrogen, and 7 white inert tablets (without hormones). The structural formulas for the active components are. Levonorgestrel is chemically 18,19-Dinorpregn-4-en-20-yn-3-one, 13-ethyl-17-hydroxy-, (17α)-, (-)-. Ethinyl Estradiol is 19-Norpregna-1,3,5(10)-trien-20-yne-3,17-diol, (17α)-. : 1 Each pink active tablet (84) contains the following inactive ingredients: polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide, talc, macrogol/polyethylene glycol 3350 NF, lecithin (soya), FD&C Red #40 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Blue #2 Aluminum Lake, and FD&C Yellow #6 Aluminum Lake, lactose, magnesium stearate, pregelatinized corn starch and microcrystalline cellulose., 2 Each white inert tablet (7) contains the following inactive ingredients: titanium dioxide, polydextrose, hypromellose, triacetin, macrogol/polyethylene glycol 8000, lactose, magnesium stearate and pregelatinized corn starch."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Atovaquone oral suspension is a quinone antimicrobial drug indicated for: 1 Prevention of Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia (PCP) in adults and adolescents aged 13 years and older who cannot tolerate trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (TMP-SMX). (1.1) , 2 Treatment of mild-to-moderate PCP in adults and adolescents aged 13 years and older who cannot tolerate TMP-SMX. (1.2) .",

All doses and tablet strengths are expressed as milligrams of base, not as fumarate salt. Its molecular formula is C42H50N6O4S2C4H4O4 and it has a molecular weight of 883.11 (fumarate salt). The structural formula is. Quetiapine fumarate USP is a white to off-white powder which is moderately soluble in water.Quetiapine is supplied for oral administration as 25 mg (round, peach), 50 mg (round, white), 100 mg (round, yellow), 150 mg (round, light yellow), 200 mg (round, white), 300 mg (capsule shaped, white), and 400 mg (capsule shaped, yellow) tablets.Inactive ingredients are colloidal silicon dioxide, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, hypromellose 6cp, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol 400, povidone, sodium starch glycolate, talc, and titanium dioxide. Chemically, oxycodone hydrochloride is 4, 5α-epoxy-14-hydroxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6- one hydrochloride and has the following structural formula. The tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, sodium starch glycolate, stearic acid.
