"IndicationAndUsage": "PRIFTIN is a rifamycin antimycobacterial drug indicated in patients 12 years of age and older for the treatment of active pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis in combination with one or more antituberculosis (anti-TB) drugs to which the isolate is susceptible. (1.1). PRIFTIN is indicated for the treatment of latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) caused by M. tuberculosis in combination with isoniazid in patients 2 years of age and older at high risk of progression to TB disease. "Description": "PRIFTIN (rifapentine) for oral administration contains 150 mg of the active ingredient rifapentine per tablet. The 150 mg tablets also contain, as inactive ingredients: calcium stearate, disodium EDTA, FD&C Blue No. 2 aluminum lake, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose USP, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, pregelatinized starch, propylene glycol, sodium ascorbate, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium starch glycolate, synthetic red iron oxide, and titanium dioxide. Rifapentine is a rifamycin derivative antimicrobial and has a similar profile of microbiological activity to rifampicin. The molecular weight is 877.04. The molecular formula is C47H64N4O12. The chemical name for rifapentine is rifamycin, 3-[[(4-cyclopentyl-1-piperazinyl)imino]methyl]- or 3-[N-(4-cyclopentyl - 1-piperazinyl)formimidoyl] rifamycin or 5,6,9,17,19,21-hexahydroxy-23-methoxy-2,4,12,16,18,20,22-heptamethyl-8-[N-(4-cyclopentyl-l-piperazinyl)-formimidoyl]-2,7-(epoxypentadeca[1,11,13]trienimino)naphtho[2,1-b]furan-1,11(2H)-dione 21-acetate. It has the following structure."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Tacrolimus capsules are a calcineurin-inhibitor immunosuppressant indicated for the prophylaxis of organ rejection in adult patients receiving allogeneic liver, kidney, or heart transplants, and pediatric patients receiving allogenic liver transplants in combination with other immunosuppressants. (1.1).",
"Description": "Tacrolimus, previously known as FK506, is the active ingredient in tacrolimus capsules. Tacrolimus is a calcineurin-inhibitor immunosuppressant produced by Streptomyces tsukubaensis. Chemically, tacrolimus is designated as [3S-[3R*[E(1S*,3S*,4S*)],4S*,5R*,8S*,9E,12R* ,14R*, 15S*,16R*,18S*,19S*,26aR*]]-5,6,8,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,24,25,26,26a-hexadecahydro-5,19-dihydroxy-3-[2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxycyclohexyl)-1-methylethenyl]-14,16-dimethoxy-4,10,12,18-tetramethyl-8-(2-propenyl)-15,19-epoxy-3H-pyrido[2,1-c][1,4]oxaazacyclotricosine-1,7,20,21(4H,23H)-tetrone, monohydrate. The chemical structure of tacrolimus is. Tacrolimus has a molecular formula of C44H69NO12H2O and a formula weight of 822.03. Tacrolimus appears as white crystals or crystalline powder. It is practically insoluble in water, freely soluble in ethanol, and very soluble in methanol and chloroform. Tacrolimus capsules, USP are available for oral administration containing the equivalent of 0.5 mg, 1 mg or 5 mg of anhydrous tacrolimus. In addition, each capsule contains the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, and magnesium stearate. The tacrolimus capsule shell for 0.5 mg strength consists of gelatin, titanium dioxide and yellow iron oxide. The tacrolimus capsule shell for 1 mg strength consists of black iron oxide, gelatin, red iron oxide, titanium dioxide, and yellow iron oxide. The tacrolimus capsule shell for 5 mg strength consists of red iron oxide, gelatin, and titanium dioxide. Tacrolimus capsules, USP 0.5 mg, 1 mg and 5 mg are printed with edible black ink. The black ink is comprised of ammonia, black iron oxide, butyl alcohol, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, and shellac. USP Dissolution test 2 and Organic Impurities procedure 2 used."

It is freely soluble in acetone, chloroform, dimethylsulfoxide, and ethanol. The solubility in water is 9.8 mg/mL. Its saturated solution has a pH of 6.3. Topiramate, USP has the molecular formula C12H21NO8S and a molecular weight of 339.36. Topiramate, USP is designated chemically as 2,3:4,5-Di-O-isopropylidene-β-D-fructopyranose sulfamate and has the following structural formula. Topiramate tablets, USP contain the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, pregelatinized corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate Type A (Potato), magnesium stearate, hypromellose, polysorbate 80, polyethylene glycol, and titanium dioxide. In addition the 25 mg, 100 mg and 200 mg tablets also contain yellow iron oxide; the 25 mg and 100 mg tablets also contain red iron oxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Triamcinolone Acetonide Dental Paste USP, 0.1% is indicated for adjunctive treatment and for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with oral inflammatory lesions and ulcerative lesions resulting from trauma.",
"Description": "Triamcinolone Acetonide Dental Paste USP, 0.1%, contains the corticosteroid triamcinolone acetonide in an adhesive vehicle suitable for application to oral tissues. Triamcinolone acetonide is designated chemically as 9-fluoro-11β, 16α, 17, 21-tetrahydroxypregna-1, 4-diene-3, 20-dione cyclic 16, 17-acetal with acetone. The structural formula of triamcinolone acetonide is as follows. C 24H 31FO 6 MW 434.50. Each gram of triamcinolone acetonide dental paste contains 1 mg triamcinolone acetonide in an emollient dental paste containing carboxymethylcellulose sodium, gelatin, and pectin in a plasticized hydrocarbon gel (a polyethylene and mineral oil gel base)."

"Description": "The topical corticosteroids constitute a class of primarily synthetic steroids used as anti-inflammatory and antipruritic agents. The steroids in this class include triamcinolone acetonide. Triamcinolone acetonide is designated chemically as 9-Fluoro-11β, 16α, 17,21-tetrahydroxypregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione cyclic 16,17-acetal with acetone. Each gram of 0.1% triamcinolone acetonide cream provides 1 mg triamcinolone acetonide, respectively, in a vanishing cream base containing cetyl alcohol, cetyl esters wax, glyceryl monostearate, isopropyl palmitate, polysorbate-60, polysorbate-80, propylene glycol and purified water."

"Description": "Ciclopirox Olamine Cream USP, 1.0% is for topical use. Each gram of ciclopirox olamine cream USP contains 10 mg of ciclopirox olamine equivalent to 7.70 mg of ciclopirox in a water miscible vanishing cream base consisting of benzyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, cocamide DEA, lactic acid, mineral oil, myristyl alcohol, octyldodecanol, polysorbate 60, purified water, sorbitan monostearate, and stearyl alcohol. Ciclopirox olamine cream contains a synthetic, broad-spectrum, antifungal agent ciclopirox (as ciclopirox olamine). The chemical name is 6-cyclohexyl-1-hydroxy-4-methyl-2(1 H)-pyridone, 2-aminoethanol salt. The CAS Registry Number is 41621-49-2. The chemical structure is."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Clobetasol propionate shampoo, 0.05% is a corticosteroid indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe scalp psoriasis in subjects 18 years of age and older ( 1). "Description": "Clobetasol Propionate Shampoo, 0.05%, contains clobetasol propionate, a synthetic fluorinated corticosteroid, for topical use. The corticosteroids constitute a class of primarily synthetic steroids used topically as anti-inflammatory and antipruritic agents. The chemical name of clobetasol propionate is 21-chloro-9-fluoro-11β,17-dihydroxy-16β-methylpregna-1, 4-diene-3, 20-dione 17-propionate. It has the following structural formula. Clobetasol propionate has a molecular weight of 466.97 (CAS Registry Number 25122-46-7). The molecular formula is C 25H 32CIFO 5. Clobetasol propionate is a white to practically white crystalline, odorless powder insoluble in water. Each gram of Clobetasol Propionate Shampoo, 0.05%, contains 0.5 mg of clobetasol propionate in a translucent, colorless to pale yellow viscous liquid shampoo base consisting of alcohol (95% v/v), citric acid monohydrate, coco-betaine, polyquaternium-10, purified water, sodium citrate dihydrate, and sodium laureth-2 sulfate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Escitalopram oral solution is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) indicated for: 1 Acute and Maintenance Treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) in adults and adolescents aged 12 to 17 years ( 1.1) , 2 Acute Treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) in adults ( 1.2) .",
"Description": "Escitalopram oxalate is an orally administered selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). Escitalopram is the pure S-enantiomer (single isomer) of the racemic bicyclic phthalane derivative citalopram. Escitalopram oxalate is designated S-(+)-1-[3-(dimethyl-amino)propyl]-1-(p-fluorophenyl)-5-phthalancarbonitrile oxalate with the following structural formula. The molecular formula is C 20H 21FN 2O ∙ C 2H 2O 4and the molecular weight is 414.40. Escitalopram oxalate occurs as a fine, white to slightly-yellow powder and is freely soluble in methanol and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), soluble in isotonic saline solution, sparingly soluble in water and ethanol, slightly soluble in ethyl acetate, and insoluble in heptane. Escitalopram oxalate is available as an oral solution. Escitalopram oral solution USP contains escitalopram oxalate equivalent to 1 mg/mL escitalopram base. It also contains the following inactive ingredients: citric acid, glycerin, malic acid, methylparaben, natural peppermint flavor, propylene glycol, propylparaben, purified water, sodium citrate, and sorbitol."

It is a white crystalline powder that is odorless, stable in light, and melts at 270°C with decomposition; soluble in alcohol, acetone and methanol; slightly soluble in chloroform; insoluble in water.
