"IndicationAndUsage": "Dextrose Injection (5% and 10%) is indicated as a source of water and calories in adult and pediatric patients, and may also be used as a diluent for reconstitution of a powder or liquid drug product.",
"Description": "Dextrose, USP is chemically designated D-glucose monohydrate (C6H12O6 ∙ H2O), a hexose sugar freely soluble in water. The molecular weight of dextrose (D-glucose) monohydrate is 198.17. It has the following structural formula. Water for Injection, USP is chemically designated H2O. Dextrose Injection, USP (5% and 10%) solutions are sterile and nonpyrogenic. They are parenteral solutions containing various concentrations of dextrose in water for injection intended for intravenous administration. Each 100 mL of 5% Dextrose Injection, USP, contains dextrose, hydrous 5 g in water for injection. The caloric value is 170 kcal/L. The osmolarity is 252 mOsmol/L (calc.), which is slightly hypotonic. Each 100 mL of 10% Dextrose Injection, USP, contains dextrose, hydrous 10 g in water for injection. The caloric value is 340 kcal/L. The osmolarity is 505 mOsmol/L (calc.), which is hypertonic. The pH for both concentrations is 4.3 (range is 3.2 to 6.5). The solutions contain no bacteriostatic, antimicrobial agent or added buffer and each is supplied as single-dose containers. Dextrose is derived from corn. Exposure to temperatures above 25°C/77°F during transport and storage will lead to minor losses in moisture content. Higher temperatures lead to greater losses. It is unlikely that these minor losses will lead to clinically significant changes within the expiration period."

"Description": "Adalimumab-ryvk is a tumor necrosis factor blocker. Adalimumab-ryvk is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody with human derived heavy and light chain variable regions and human IgG1:k constant regions. Adalimumab-ryvk is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO)) expression system and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps. It consists of 1330 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons. Adalimumab-ryvk injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous administration. The drug product is supplied as either a single-dose, prefilled Adalimumab-ryvk autoinjector or as a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. Enclosed within the autoinjector is a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. The solution of Adalimumab-ryvk is clear and colorless, with a pH of 5.0-5.6. Each 80 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled autoinjector delivers 0.8 mL (80 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of Adalimumab-ryvk contains adalimumab-ryvk (80 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.80 mg), sodium chloride (0.47 mg), sucrose (69.83 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. Sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid are added as necessary to adjust pH. Each 40 mg/0.4 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled autoinjector delivers 0.4 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.4 mL of Adalimumab-ryvk contains adalimumab-ryvk (40 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.40 mg), sodium chloride (0.23 mg), sucrose (34.9 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. <IndicationAndUsage>Dextrose Injection (5% and 10%) is indicated as a source of water and calories in adult and pediatric patients, and may also be used as a diluent for reconstitution of a powder or liquid drug product.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Dextrose, USP is chemically designated D-glucose monohydrate (C6H12O6 ∙ H2O), a hexose sugar freely soluble in water. It is unlikely that these minor losses will lead to clinically significant changes within the expiration period.</Description>

(1.4), 5 Treatment of moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older. (1.5), 6 Treatment of moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis in adult patients. (1.6) Limitations of Use: Effectiveness has not been established in patients who have lost response to or were intolerant to TNF blockers. , 7 Treatment of adult patients with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy, and when other systemic therapies are medically less appropriate. (1.7), 8 Treatment of moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa in patients 12 years of age and older (1.8), 9 Treatment of non-infectious intermediate, posterior, and panuveitis in adults and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older (1.9).</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Adalimumab-ryvk is a tumor necrosis factor blocker.
