"IndicationAndUsage": "LIPFENDRA® is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in adults with hypercholesterolemia, including heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH). Cardiovascular outcomes trials have demonstrated that reducing LDL-C lowers the risk for major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) in adults at increased risk when treated with statins or monoclonal antibody proprotein convertase subtilisin kexin type 9 (PCSK9) inhibitors as an add-on to statin therapy.",
"Description": "LIPFENDRA (enlicitide) tablets for oral use contain enlicitide decanoate, a PCSK9 inhibitor. The chemical name of enlicitide decanoate is 6-({[(11S,17S,20S,23S,27S,39S,42S,63S,66R)-47-Fluoro-20-[(1R)-1-hydroxyethyl]-17-[(4-methoxyphenyl)methyl]-11,63-dimethyl-10,16,19,22,30,40,58,61,64,67,70-undecaoxo-28-oxa-1,9,15,18,21,24,31,41,51,62,65,68-dodecaazanonacyclo[37.18.11.23,6.124,42.133,37.144,51.011,15.023,27.045,50]triheptaconta-3,5,33(71),34,36,44(69),45,47,49,72-decaen-66-yl]methyl}amino)-N,N,N-trimethyl-6-oxohexan-1-aminium decanoate. Enlicitide decanoate is a white to off-white powder that is slightly soluble in water. The molecular formula is C92H129FN14O17 and the molecular weight is 1722.12 g/mol. The chemical structure of enlicitide decanoate is. LIPFENDRA is available as film-coated tablets for oral administration, each containing 20 mg of enlicitide (equivalent to 22.21 mg enlicitide decanoate) and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium caprate. The film coating contains calcium carbonate, ethylene glycol and vinyl alcohol graft copolymer, glyceryl mono and dicaprylocaprate, polyvinyl alcohol, and talc. Carnauba wax is added as a polishing agent."

The chemical name of enlicitide decanoate is 6-({[(11S,17S,20S,23S,27S,39S,42S,63S,66R)-47-Fluoro-20-[(1R)-1-hydroxyethyl]-17-[(4-methoxyphenyl)methyl]-11,63-dimethyl-10,16,19,22,30,40,58,61,64,67,70-undecaoxo-28-oxa-1,9,15,18,21,24,31,41,51,62,65,68-dodecaazanonacyclo[37.18.11.23,6.124,42.133,37.144,51.011,15.023,27.045,50]triheptaconta-3,5,33(71),34,36,44(69),45,47,49,72-decaen-66-yl]methyl}amino)-N,N,N-trimethyl-6-oxohexan-1-aminium decanoate. Enlicitide decanoate is a white to off-white powder that is slightly soluble in water. The molecular formula is C92H129FN14O17 and the molecular weight is 1722.12 g/mol. The chemical structure of enlicitide decanoate is. LIPFENDRA is available as film-coated tablets for oral administration, each containing 20 mg of enlicitide (equivalent to 22.21 mg enlicitide decanoate) and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium caprate. The film coating contains calcium carbonate, ethylene glycol and vinyl alcohol graft copolymer, glyceryl mono and dicaprylocaprate, polyvinyl alcohol, and talc. Carnauba wax is added as a polishing agent."

In pediatric subjects with asthma aged 5 to 11 years and a mean peak expiratory flow rate of 242 L/min (range: 130 to 420 L/min), mean peak inspiratory flow through the ELLIPTA inhaler was 51.8 L/min (range: 26.8 to 89.9 L/min). "IndicationAndUsage": "ABSORICA and ABSORICA LD are indicated for the treatment of severe recalcitrant nodular acne in non-pregnant patients 12 years of age and older with multiple inflammatory nodules with a diameter of 5 mm or greater. Because of significant adverse reactions associated with its use, ABSORICA and ABSORICA LD are reserved for patients with severe nodular acne who are unresponsive to conventional therapy, including systemic antibiotics. Limitations of Use. If a second course of ABSORICA/ABSORICA LD treatment is needed, it is not recommended before a 2-month waiting period because the patient’s acne may continue to improve following a 15 to 20-week course of treatment[see Dosage and Administration (2.2)].",
"Description": "ABSORICA. ABSORICA (isotretinoin) Capsules contain 10 mg, 20 mg, 25 mg, 30 mg, 35 mg or 40 mg of isotretinoin (a retinoid) in hard gelatin capsules for oral administration. In addition to the active ingredient, isotretinoin, each capsule contains the following inactive ingredients: propyl gallate, sorbitan monooleate, soybean oil and stearoyl polyoxylglycerides. The gelatin capsules contain the following dye systems. 10 mg – iron oxide (yellow) and titanium dioxide;. 20 mg – iron oxide (red), and titanium dioxide;. 25 mg – FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Yellow #5 [see Warnings and Precautions (5.14)], FD&C Yellow #6 and titanium dioxide;. 30 mg – iron oxide (black, red and yellow) and titanium dioxide;. 35 mg – FD&C Blue #2, iron oxide (black, red and yellow) and titanium dioxide;. 40 mg – iron oxide (black, red and yellow) and titanium dioxide. ABSORICA LD. ABSORICA LD (isotretinoin) Capsules contain 8 mg, 16 mg, 20 mg, 24 mg, 28 mg and 32 mg of micronized isotretinoin (a retinoid) in suspension filled in hard gelatin capsules for oral administration. In addition to the active ingredient, isotretinoin, USP each capsule contains the following inactive ingredients: butylated hydroxy anisole, gelatin, hard gelatin capsule shell, polysorbate 80 and soybean oil. The gelatin capsules contain the following dye systems. 8 mg – D&C Yellow #10, FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Red #40 and titanium dioxide. 16 mg – FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Red #40, and titanium dioxide. 20 mg – FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Red #40, and titanium dioxide. 24 mg – D&C Yellow #10, FD&C Yellow #6 and titanium dioxide. 28 mg – FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Red #40, and titanium dioxide. 32 mg – ferrosoferric oxide, ferric oxide (red and yellow) and titanium dioxide. The imprinting ink of 8 mg, 16 mg, 24 mg and 32 mg capsules contain the following ingredients: potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, shellac and titanium dioxide. The imprinting ink of 20 mg and 28 mg capsules contain the following ingredients: ferrosoferric oxide, propylene glycol and shellac glaze. Isotretinoin. Chemically, isotretinoin is 13-cis-retinoic acid and is related to both retinoic acid and retinol (vitamin A). It is a yellow to orange crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 300.44. It is practically insoluble in water, soluble in chloroform and sparingly soluble in alcohol and in isopropyl alcohol. The structural formula is. ABSORICA meets USP Dissolution Test 3. For ABSORICA LD, FDA approved dissolution test differs from the USP."

Its molecular formula is C18H19Cl2NO4 and its structural formula is. Felodipine, USP is a light yellow to yellow crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 384.26. It is insoluble in water and is freely soluble in acetone and in methanol; very slightly soluble in heptane. Felodipine is a racemic mixture. Felodipine extended-release tablets provide extended release of felodipine. They are available as tablets containing 2.5 mg, 5 mg or 10 mg of felodipine, USP for oral administration.
