"IndicationAndUsage": "Zovia 1/35 is indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use oral contraceptives as a method of contraception. Oral contraceptives are highly effective. Table 1 lists the typical accidental pregnancy rates for users of combination oral contraceptives and other methods of contraception. The efficacy of these contraceptive methods, except sterilization and progestogen implants and injections, depends upon the reliability with which they are used. Correct and consistent use of methods can result in lower failure rates. (A) Among typical couples who initiate use of a method (not necessarily for the first time), the percentage who experience an accidental pregnancy during the first year if they do not stop use for any other reason. (B) Among couples who initiate use of a method (not necessarily for the first time) and who use it perfectly (both consistently and correctly), the percentage who experience an accidental pregnancy during the first year if they do not stop use for any other reason. (C) Among couples attempting to avoid pregnancy, the percentage who continue to use a method for one year. (D) The percents becoming pregnant in columns (2) and (3) are based on data from populations where contraception is not used and from women who cease using contraception in order to become pregnant. Among such populations, about 89% become pregnant within one year. This estimate was lowered slightly (to 85%) to represent the percent who would become pregnant within one year among women now relying on reversible methods of contraception if they abandoned contraception altogether. (E) Foams, creams, gels, vaginal suppositories, and vaginal film. (F) Cervical mucus (ovulation) method supplemented by calendar in the pre-ovulatory and basal body temperature in the post-ovulatory phases. (G) With spermicidal cream or jelly. (H) Without spermicides. (I) The treatment schedule is one dose within 72 hours after unprotected intercourse and a second dose 12 hours after the first dose. The Food and Drug Administration has declared the following brands of oral contraceptives to be safe and effective for emergency contraception: Ovral (1 dose is 2 white pills), Alesse (1 dose is 5 pink pills), Nordette or Levlen (1 dose is 2 light-orange pills), Lo/Ovral (1 dose is 4 white pills), Triphasil or Tri-Levlen (1 dose is 4 yellow pills). (J) However, to maintain effective protection against pregnancy, another method of contraception must be used as soon as menstruation resumes, the frequency or duration of breastfeeds is reduced, bottle feeds are introduced, or the baby reaches six months of age.",

"IndicationAndUsage": "AREXVY is a vaccine indicated for active immunization for the prevention of lower respiratory tract disease (LRTD) caused by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in: 1 individuals 60 years of age and older;, 2 individuals 18 through 59 years of age who are at increased risk for LRTD caused by RSV.",
"Description": "AREXVY (Respiratory Syncytial Virus Vaccine, Adjuvanted) is a sterile injectable suspension for intramuscular use. The vaccine is supplied as a vial of lyophilized recombinant respiratory syncytial virus glycoprotein F stabilized in pre‑fusion conformation (RSVPreF3) as the antigen component, which must be reconstituted at the time of use with the accompanying vial or prefilled syringe of AS01E adjuvant as the Adjuvant Suspension Component. The RSVPreF3 antigen is expressed by culturing genetically engineered Chinese Hamster Ovary cells in media containing no antibiotics or animal‑derived proteins. The RSVPreF3 protein is purified by several chromatographic and filtration steps, formulated with excipients, filled into vials, and lyophilized. The AS01E adjuvant is composed of 3‑O‑desacyl‑4’‑monophosphoryl lipid A (MPL) from Salmonella minnesota and QS‑21, a saponin purified from plant extract Quillaja saponaria Molina, combined in a liposomal formulation. The liposomes are composed of dioleoyl phosphatidylcholine (DOPC) and cholesterol in a phosphate‑buffered saline solution containing disodium phosphate anhydrous, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride, and water for injection. After reconstitution of the vial and vial presentation, each 0.5 mL dose is formulated to contain 120 mcg of the recombinant RSVPreF3 antigen, 25 mcg of MPL, and 25 mcg of QS‑21. Each dose also contains 14.7 mg of Trehalose, 4.4 mg of sodium chloride, 0.83 mg of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.26 mg of dipotassium phosphate, 0.18 mg of polysorbate 80, 0.15 mg of disodium phosphate anhydrous, 0.5 mg of DOPC, and 0.125 mg of cholesterol. After reconstitution of the vial and prefilled syringe presentation, each dose (approximately 0.5 mL) is formulated to contain 120 mcg of the recombinant RSVPreF3 antigen, 25 mcg of MPL, and 25 mcg of QS‑21. Each dose also contains 16.3 mg of Trehalose, 4.4 mg of sodium chloride, 0.87 mg of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.29 mg of dipotassium phosphate, 0.20 mg of polysorbate 80, 0.15 mg of disodium phosphate anhydrous, 0.5 mg of DOPC, and 0.125 mg of cholesterol. AREXVY contains no preservative. Each dose may also contain residual amounts of host cell proteins (≤2.0%) and DNA (≤0.80 ng/mg) from the manufacturing process. The stopper of the vial containing Lyophilized Antigen Component or Adjuvant Suspension Component and the tip cap and plunger stopper of the prefilled syringe containing Adjuvant Suspension Component are not made with natural rubber latex."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets, USP are indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use oral contraceptives as a method of contraception. Oral contraceptives are highly effective. Table I lists the typical accidental pregnancy rates for users of combined oral contraceptives and other methods of contraception. The efficacy of these contraceptive methods, except sterilization, the IUD, and the Norplant System depends upon the reliability with which they are used. Correct and consistent use of these methods can result in lower failure rates. In a clinical trial with desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets 1,195 subjects completed 11,656 cycles and a total of 10 pregnancies were reported. This represents an overall user-efficacy (typical user-efficacy) pregnancy rate of 1.12 per 100 women-years. This rate includes patients who did not take the drug correctly. Emergency Contraceptive Pills: Treatment initiated within 72 hours after unprotected intercourse reduces the risk of pregnancy by at least 75%.9. Lactational Amenorrhea Method: LAM is highly effective, temporary method of contraception.10. Source: Trussell J, Contraceptive efficacy. In Hatcher RA, Trussell J, Stewart F, Cates W, Stewart GK, Kowal D, Guest F, Contraceptive Technology: Seventeenth Revised Edition. New York NY: Irvington Publishers, 1998. 1 Among typical couples who initiate use of a method (not necessarily for the first time), the percentage who experience an accidental pregnancy during the first year if they do not stop use for any other reason. 2 Among couples who initiate use of a method (not necessarily for the first time) and who use it perfectly (both consistently and correctly), the percentage who experience an accidental pregnancy during the first year if they do not stop use for any other reason. 3 Among couples attempting to avoid pregnancy, the percentage who continue to use a method for one year. 4 The percents becoming pregnant in columns (2) and (3) are based on data from populations where contraception is not used and from women who cease using contraception in order to become pregnant. Among such populations, about 89% become pregnant within one year. This estimate was lowered slightly (to 85%) to represent the percent who would become pregnant within one year among women now relying on reversible methods of contraception if they abandoned contraception altogether. 5 Foams, creams, gels, vaginal suppositories, and vaginal film. 6 Cervical mucus (ovulation) method supplemented by calendar in the pre-ovulatory and basal body temperature in the post-ovulatory phases. 7 With spermicidal cream or jelly. 8 Without spermicides. 9 The treatment schedule is one dose within 72 hours after unprotected intercourse, and a second dose 12 hours after the first dose. The FDA has declared the following brands of oral contraceptives to be safe and effective for emergency contraception: Ovral® (1 dose is 2 white pills), Alesse® (1 dose is 5 pink pills), Nordette® or Levlen® (1 dose is 4 yellow pills). 10 However, to maintain effective protection against pregnancy, another method of contraception must be used as soon as menstruation resumes, the frequency of duration of breastfeeds is reduced, bottle feeds are introduced, or the baby reaches 6 months of age. Desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets have not been studied for and is not indicated for use in emergency contraception.",
"Description": "Desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets, USP provide an oral contraceptive regimen of 21 orange tablets each containing 0.15 mg desogestrel (13-ethyl-11-methylene-18,19-dinor-17 alpha-pregn-4-en-20-yn-17-ol), and 0.03 mg ethinyl estradiol (19-nor-17 alpha-pregna-1,3,5 (10)-trien-20-yne-3,17, diol). Tilia Fe is indicated for the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris in females, ≥15 years of age, who have no known contraindications to oral contraceptive therapy, desire oral contraception, have achieved menarche, and are unresponsive to topical anti-acne medications. Tilia Fe should be used for the treatment of acne only if the patient desires an oral contraceptive for birth control and plans to stay on it for at least 6 months. Oral contraceptives are highly effective for pregnancy prevention. Table 2 lists the typical accidental pregnancy rates for users of combination oral contraceptives and other methods of contraception. The efficacy of these contraceptive methods, except sterilization, depends upon the reliability with which they are used. Correct and consistent use of methods can result in lower failure rates. Table 2. The Food and Drug Administration has declared the following. brands of oral contraceptives to be safe and effective for emergency contraception: Ovral® (1. dose is 2 white pills), Alesse® (1 dose is 5 pink pills), Nordette® or Levlen® (1 dose is 4 lightorange. pills), Lo/Ovral® (1 dose is 4 white pills), Triphasil® or Tri-Levlen® (1 dose is 4 yellow. pills). 10 However, to maintain effective protection against pregnancy, another method of contraception. must be used as soon as menstruation resumes, the frequency or duration of breastfeeds is. reduced, bottle feeds are introduced, or the baby reaches 6 months of age. Norethindrone acetate and ethinyl estradiol tablets were evaluated for the treatment of acne vulgaris in two randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter, Phase 3, six (28-day) cycle studies. A total of 296 patients received norethindrone acetate and ethinyl estradiol tablets and 295 received placebo. Mean age at enrollment for both groups was 24 years. At six months each study demonstrated a statistically significant difference between norethindrone acetate and ethinyl estradiol tablets and placebo for mean change from baseline in lesion counts (see Table 3 and Figure 2). Each study also demonstrated overall treatment success in the investigator's global evaluation. Patients with severe androgen excess were not studied. Table 3. Acne Vulgaris Indication Pooled Data 376-403 and 376-404 Observed Means at Six Months and at Baseline* Intent To Treat Population. *Numbers rounded to nearest integer. † Limits for 95% Confidence Interval; not adjusted for baseline differences. Norethindrone acetate and ethinyl estradiol tablet users who started with about 74 acne lesions had about 42 lesions after 6 months of treatment. Placebo users who started with about 72 acne lesions had about 49 lesions after the same duration of treatment.",

"Description": "15% CLINISOL - sulfite-free (Amino Acid) Injection Pharmacy Bulk Package is a sterile, clear, nonpyrogenic, hypertonic solution of essential and nonessential amino acids. A Pharmacy Bulk Package is a container of a sterile preparation for parenteral use that contains many single doses. The contents are intended for use in a pharmacy admixture program and are restricted to the preparation of admixtures for intravenous infusion. The VIAFLEX plastic container is fabricated from a specially formulated polyvinyl chloride (PL 146 Plastic). Exposure to temperatures above 25ºC/77ºF during transport and storage will lead to minor losses in moisture content. Higher temperatures lead to greater losses. It is unlikely that these minor losses will lead to clinically significant changes within the expiration period. The amount of water that can permeate from inside the container into the overwrap is insufficient to affect the solution significantly. Solutions in contact with the plastic container can leach out certain of its chemical components in very small amounts within the expiration period, e.g., di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP), up to 5 parts per million; however, the safety of the plastic has been confirmed in tests in animals according to USP biological test for plastic containers as well as by tissue culture toxicity studies. Each 100 mL of 15% CLINISOL - sulfite-free (Amino Acid) Injection Pharmacy Bulk Package contains."

<IndicationAndUsage>Zovia 1/35 is indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use oral contraceptives as a method of contraception. <IndicationAndUsage>Zovia 1/35 is indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use oral contraceptives as a method of contraception. (J) However, to maintain effective protection against pregnancy, another method of contraception must be used as soon as menstruation resumes, the frequency or duration of breastfeeds is reduced, bottle feeds are introduced, or the baby reaches six months of age.</IndicationAndUsage>

<IndicationAndUsage>AREXVY is a vaccine indicated for active immunization for the prevention of lower respiratory tract disease (LRTD) caused by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in: 1 individuals 60 years of age and older;, 2 individuals 18 through 59 years of age who are at increased risk for LRTD caused by RSV.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>AREXVY (Respiratory Syncytial Virus Vaccine, Adjuvanted) is a sterile injectable suspension for intramuscular use. The stopper of the vial containing Lyophilized Antigen Component or Adjuvant Suspension Component and the tip cap and plunger stopper of the prefilled syringe containing Adjuvant Suspension Component are not made with natural rubber latex.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets, USP are indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use oral contraceptives as a method of contraception. Desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets have not been studied for and is not indicated for use in emergency contraception.</IndicationAndUsage>

<IndicationAndUsage>Azurette (Desogestrel and Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets, USP and Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets, USP) is indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use this product as a method of contraception. Oral contraceptives are highly effective. Table II lists the typical accidental pregnancy rates for users of combination oral contraceptives and other methods of contraception. The efficacy of these contraceptive methods, except sterilization, depends upon the reliability with which they are used. Correct and consistent use of these methods can result in lower failure rates. Adapted from Hatcher et al., 1998, Ref#1. 1 Among typical couples who initiate use of a method (not necessarily for the first time), the percentage who experience an accidental pregnancy during the first year if they do not stop use for any other reason. 8 Without spermicides.</IndicationAndUsage>

<IndicationAndUsage>Tilia Fe is indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use oral contraceptives as a method of contraception. Table 2. Percentage of Women Experiencing an Unintended Pregnancy During the First Year of Typical Use and the First Year of Perfect Use of Contraception and the Percentage Continuing Use at the End of the First Year. United States. 1 Among typical couples who initiate use of a method (not necessarily for the first time), the. percentage who experience an accidental pregnancy during the first year if they do not stop use. for any other reason. 2 Among couples who initiate use of a method (not necessarily for the first time) and who use it. perfectly (both consistently and correctly), the percentage who experience an accidental. pregnancy during the first year if they do not stop use for any other reason. 3 Among couples attempting to avoid pregnancy, the percentage who continue to use a method. for 1 year. 4 The percentages becoming pregnant in columns (2) and (3) are based on data from populations. where contraception is not used and from women who cease using contraception in order to. become pregnant. Among such populations, about 89% become pregnant within one year. This. estimate was lowered slightly (to 85%) to represent the percent who would become pregnant. within one year among women now relying on reversible methods of contraception if they. abandoned contraception altogether. 5 Foams, creams, gels, vaginal suppositories, and vaginal film. 6 Cervical mucus (ovulation) method supplemented by calendar in the pre-ovulatory and basal. body temperature in the post-ovulatory phases. 7 With spermicidal cream or jelly. 8 Without spermicides. 9 The treatment schedule is one dose within 72 hours after unprotected intercourse, and a second. dose 12 hours after the first dose. Placebo users who started with about 72 acne lesions had about 49 lesions after the same duration of treatment.</IndicationAndUsage>

<IndicationAndUsage>15% CLINISOL - sulfite-free (Amino Acid) Injection Pharmacy Bulk Package is indicated as an adjunct in the offsetting of nitrogen loss or in the treatment of negative nitrogen balance in patients where: (1) the alimentary tract cannot or should not be used, (2) gastrointestinal absorption of protein is impaired, or (3) metabolic requirements for protein are substantially increased, as with extensive burns.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>15% CLINISOL - sulfite-free (Amino Acid) Injection Pharmacy Bulk Package is a sterile, clear, nonpyrogenic, hypertonic solution of essential and nonessential amino acids. Each 100 mL of 15% CLINISOL - sulfite-free (Amino Acid) Injection Pharmacy Bulk Package contains.</Description>
