"IndicationAndUsage": "TNKase® is indicated to reduce the risk of death associated with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).",
"Description": "Tenecteplase is a tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) produced by recombinant DNA technology using a mammalian cell line (Chinese Hamster Ovary cells). Tenecteplase is a 527-amino acid glycoprotein developed by introducing the following modifications to the complementary DNA (cDNA) for natural human tPA: a substitution of threonine 103 with asparagine, and a substitution of asparagine 117 with glutamine, both within the kringle 1 domain, and a tetra-alanine substitution at amino acids 296–299 in the protease domain. It has a molecular weight of 58,742 daltons. Biological potency is determined by an in vitro clot lysis assay and is expressed in tenecteplase specific units. The specific activity of tenecteplase has been defined as 200 units/mg. TNKase (tenecteplase) for injection is a sterile, white to pale yellow, lyophilized powder for intravenous bolus administration after reconstitution with Sterile Water for Injection, USP. Each single-dose vial of TNKase nominally contains 50 mg of tenecteplase, arginine (522 mg), phosphoric acid (approximately 160 mg), and polysorbate 20 (4.0 mg). Following reconstitution with the supplied 10 mL single-dose vial of Sterile Water for Injection, USP, the final concentration is 5 mg/mL with a pH of approximately 7.3."

Improvement is manifested by relief of muscle spasm and its associated signs and symptoms, namely, pain, tenderness, limitation of motion, and restriction in activities of daily living. Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride should be used only for short periods (up to two or three weeks) because adequate evidence of effectiveness for more prolonged use is not available and because muscle spasm associated with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions is generally of short duration and specific therapy for longer periods is seldom warranted. Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride has not been found effective in the treatment of spasticity associated with cerebral or spinal cord disease, or in children with cerebral palsy.",

<IndicationAndUsage>TNKase® is indicated to reduce the risk of death associated with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Tenecteplase is a tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) produced by recombinant DNA technology using a mammalian cell line (Chinese Hamster Ovary cells). Following reconstitution with the supplied 10 mL single-dose vial of Sterile Water for Injection, USP, the final concentration is 5 mg/mL with a pH of approximately 7.3.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride is indicated as an adjunct to rest and physical therapy for relief of muscle spasm associated with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions. Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride has not been found effective in the treatment of spasticity associated with cerebral or spinal cord disease, or in children with cerebral palsy.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride is a white, crystalline tricyclic amine salt with the empirical formula C20H21N·HCl and a molecular weight of 311.9. It has a melting point of 217°C, and a pKa of 8.47 at 25°C. It is freely soluble in water and alcohol, sparingly soluble in isopropanol, and insoluble in hydrocarbon solvents. If aqueous solutions are made alkaline, the free base separates. Cyclobenzaprine HCl is designated chemically as 3-(5H-dibenzo[a,d]cyclohepten-5-ylidene)-N, N-dimethyl-1-propanamine hydrochloride, and has the following structural formula. Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride is supplied as a 10 mg tablet for oral administration. Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride tablets 10 mg contain the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, D&C Yellow #10 aluminum lake, FD&C Blue #2 aluminum lake, FD&C Yellow #6 aluminum lake, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide, talc, and titanium dioxide.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride is indicated as an adjunct to rest and physical therapy for relief of muscle spasm associated with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions. Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride has not been found effective in the treatment of spasticity associated with cerebral or spinal cord disease, or in children with cerebral palsy.</IndicationAndUsage>
