"Description": "Quetiapine Fumarate Extended-release Tablets USP is an atypical antipsychotic belonging to a chemical class, the dibenzothiazepine derivatives. The chemical designation is 2-[2-(4-dibenzo [b,f] [1,4] thiazepin11-yl-1-piperazinyl)ethoxy]-ethanol hemifumarate (salt). It is present in tablets as the fumarate salt. All doses and tablet strengths are expressed as milligrams of base, not as fumarate salt. Its molecular formula is C21H25N3O2S.½C4H4O4 and it has a molecular weight of 441.54 (fumarate salt). The structural formula is. Quetiapine fumarate is a white to off-white crystalline powder which is practically insoluble in water. Quetiapine Fumarate Extended-release Tablets USP are supplied for oral administration as 50 mg (maroon), 150 mg (white), 200 mg (yellow), 300 mg (pale yellow) and 400 mg (white). All tablets are film coated. Inactive ingredients for Quetiapine Fumarate Extended-release Tablets USP are lactose anhydrous, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, ethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose and magnesium stearate. The film coating of the coated tablets contains polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide, macrogol/PEG and talc. In addition, the film coating of the 50 mg strength contains yellow iron oxide and red iron oxide; and the film coating of the 200 mg and 300 mg strengths contains yellow iron oxide and black iron oxide. Each 50 mg tablet contains 58 mg of quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 50 mg quetiapine. Each 150 mg tablet contains 173 mg of quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 150 mg quetiapine. Each 200 mg tablet contains 230 mg of quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 200 mg quetiapine. Each 300 mg tablet contains 345 mg of quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 300 mg quetiapine. Each 400 mg tablet contains 461 mg of quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 400 mg quetiapine. Quetiapine Fumarate Extended-release Tablets USP meets USP Dissolution Test 4."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Carefully consider the potential benefits and risks of naproxen tablets, USP and other treatment options before deciding to use naproxen tablets, USP. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration consistent with individual patient treatment goals (see WARNINGS). Naproxen, USP as naproxen tablets, USP is indicated: 1 For the relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, 2 For the relief of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis, 3 For the relief of the signs and symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis, 4 For the relief of the signs and symptoms of juvenile arthritis, 5 For relief of the signs and symptoms of tendonitis, 6 For relief of the signs and symptoms of bursitis, 7 For relief of the signs and symptoms of acute gout, 8 For the management of pain, 9 For the management of primary dysmenorrhea.",
"Description": "Naproxen, USP is a propionic acid derivative related to the arylacetic acid group of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The chemical name for naproxen, USP is (S)-6-methoxy-α-methyl-2-naphthaleneacetic acid. Naproxen, USP has the following structure. Naproxen, USP has a molecular weight of 230.26 and a molecular formula of C 14H 14O 3. Naproxen, USP is an odorless, white to off-white crystalline substance. It is lipid-soluble, practically insoluble in water at low pH and freely soluble in water at high pH. The octanol/water partition coefficient of naproxen, USP at pH 7.4 is 1.6 to 1.8. Naproxen, USP is available as white tablets containing 250 mg of naproxen, USP, white tablets containing 375 mg of naproxen, USP and white tablets containing 500 mg of naproxen, USP for oral administration. The inactive ingredients are croscarmellose sodium, povidone and magnesium stearate."

"Description": "Naproxen USP is a proprionic acid derivative related to the arylacetic acid group of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The chemical names for naproxen USP and naproxen sodium USP are (S)-6-methoxy-α-methyl-2-naphthaleneacetic acid and (S)-6-methoxy-α-methyl-2-naphthaleneacetic acid, sodium salt, respectively. Naproxen USP and naproxen sodium USP have the following structures, respectively. Naproxen USP has a molecular weight of 230.26 and a molecular formula of C 14H 14O 3. Naproxen sodium USP has a molecular weight of 252.23 and a molecular formula of C 14H 13NaO 3. Naproxen USP is an odorless, white to off-white crystalline substance. It is lipid-soluble, practically insoluble in water at low pH and freely soluble in water at high pH. The octanol/water partition coefficient of naproxen USP at pH 7.4 is 1.6 to 1.8. Naproxen sodium USP is a white to creamy white, crystalline solid, freely soluble in water at neutral pH. Naproxen tablets USP are available as light orange colored tablets containing 250 mg of naproxen USP, light orange colored tablets containing 375 mg of naproxen USP and light orange colored tablets containing 500 mg of naproxen USP for oral administration. The inactive ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, iron oxides, povidone and magnesium stearate. Naproxen sodium tablets USP are available as blue tablets containing 275 mg of naproxen sodium USP and as blue tablets containing 550 mg of naproxen sodium USP for oral administration. The inactive ingredients are croscarmellose sodium, colloidal silicon dioxide, povidone, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and talc. The coating suspension for the naproxen sodium 275 mg tablet may contain Opadry blue 03F50544. The coating suspension for the naproxen sodium 550 mg tablet may contain Opadry blue 03F50544."

Fondaparinux sodium is methyl O-2-deoxy-6-O-sulfo-2-(sulfoamino)-α-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyra-nuronosyl-(1→4)-O-2-deoxy-3,6-di-O-sulfo-2-(sulfoamino)-α-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-2-O-sulfo-α-L-idopyranuronosyl-(1→4)-2-deoxy-6-O-sulfo-2-(sulfoamino)-α-D-glucopyranoside, decasodium salt. Fondaparinux sodium USP is a white to almost white, hygroscopic powder. The molecular formula of fondaparinux sodium is C31H43N3Na10O49S8 and its molecular weight is 1728. The structural formula is provided below: Fondaparinux sodium injection, USP is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free injectable solution for subcutaneous use. Each single-dose, prefilled syringe of fondaparinux sodium injection, USP, affixed with an automatic needle protection system, contains 2.5 mg of fondaparinux sodium USP (equivalent to 2.18 mg fondaparinux) in 0.5 mL, 5 mg of fondaparinux sodium USP (equivalent to 4.36 mg fondaparinux) in 0.4 mL, 7.5 mg of fondaparinux sodium USP (equivalent to 6.54 mg fondaparinux) in 0.6 mL, or 10 mg of fondaparinux sodium USP (equivalent to 8.73 mg fondaparinux) in 0.8 mL of an isotonic solution of sodium chloride and water for injection.
