"Description": "PredniSONE Tablets contain prednisone which is a glucocorticoid. Glucocorticoids are adrenocortical steroids, both naturally occurring and synthetic, which are readily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. Prednisone is a white to practically white, odorless, crystalline powder. It is very slightly soluble in water; slightly soluble in alcohol, chloroform, dioxane, and methanol. The chemical name for prednisone is pregna-1,4-diene-3,11,20-trione monohydrate,17,21-dihydroxy-. The structural formula is represented below. PredniSONE Tablets are available in 5 strengths: 1 mg, 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg and 20 mg."

"Description": "Hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen is supplied in tablet form for oral administration. Hydrocodone bitartrate is an opioid analgesic and antitussive and occurs as fine, white crystals or as a crystalline powder. It is affected by light. "Description": "Tolterodine tartrate tablets contain tolterodine tartrate. The active moiety, tolterodine, is a muscarinic receptor antagonist. The chemical name of tolterodine tartrate is (R)-2-[3[bis(1-methylethyl)-amino]1-phenylpropyl]-4-methylphenol [R-(R*,R*)]-2,3dihydroxybutanedioate (1:1) (salt). The empirical formula of tolterodine tartrate is C26H37NO7 , and its molecular weight is 475.6. The structural formula of tolterodine tartrate is represented below. Tolterodine tartrate is a white, crystalline powder. The pKa value is 9.87 and the solubility in water is 12 mg/mL. It is soluble in methanol, slightly soluble in ethanol, and practically insoluble in toluene. The partition coefficient (Log D) between n-octanol and water is 1.83 at pH 7.3. Tolterodine tartrate tablets for oral administration contain 1 or 2 mg of tolterodine tartrate. "Description": "IBU tablets contain the active ingredient ibuprofen, which is (±) -2 - (p - isobutylphenyl) propionic acid. Ibuprofen is a white powder with a melting point of 74-77° C and is very slightly soluble in water(less than 1 mg/mL) and readily soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and acetone. The structural formula is represented below. "Description": "Cyclosporine ophthalmic emulsion 0.05% contains a topical calcineurin inhibitor immunosuppressant with anti-inflammatory effects. Cyclosporine’s chemical name is Cyclo[[(E)-(2S,3R,4R)-3-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-(methylamino)-6-octenoyl]-L-2-aminobutyryl-N-methylglycyl-N-methyl-L-leucyl-L-valyl-N-methyl-L-leucyl-L-alanyl-D-alanyl-N-methyl-L-leucyl-N-methyl-L-leucyl-N-methyl-L-valyl] and it has the following structure. Structural Formula. Formula: C62H111N11O12 Mol. Wt.: 1202.6. Cyclosporine is a fine white powder. Cyclosporine ophthalmic emulsion 0.05% appears as a white opaque to slightly translucent homogeneous emulsion. It has an osmolality of 230 to 320 mOsmol/kg and a pH of 6.5-8.0. Each mL of cyclosporine ophthalmic emulsion 0.05% contains: Active: cyclosporine 0.05%. Inactives: glycerin; castor oil; polysorbate 80; carbomer copolymer type A; purified water; and sodium hydroxide to adjust pH."

"Description": "Ranolazine extended-release tablets are available as a film-coated, non-scored, extended-release tablet for oral administration. Ranolazine is a racemic mixture, chemically described as 1-piperazineacetamide, N-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)-4-[2-hydroxy-3-(2-methoxyphenoxy)propyl]-, (±)-. It has an molecular formula of C24H33N3O4, a molecular weight of 427.54 g/mole, and the following structural formula:. Ranolazine is a white to off-white powder. Ranolazine is soluble in methanol; sparingly soluble in acetonitrile; slightly soluble in isopropyl alcohol and very slightly soluble in water. Ranolazine extended-release tablets contain 500 mg or 1000 mg of ranolazine and the following inactive ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer (sodium lauryl sulfate and polysorbate 80), microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol and sodium hydroxide. The color coating contains titanium dioxide, polyvinyl alcohol, talc, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, Iron Oxide Yellow, and Iron Oxide Red."

"Description": "Carvedilol is a nonselective β-adrenergic blocking agent with α 1-blocking activity. It is (±)-1-(Carbazol-4-yloxy)-3-[[2-(o-methoxyphenoxy)ethyl]amino]-2-propanol. Carvedilol is a racemic mixture with the following structure:. Carvedilol tablets, USP are white, oval, film-coated tablets containing 3.125 mg, 6.25 mg, 12.5 mg, or 25 mg of carvedilol. Inactive ingredients consist of lactose monohydrate, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, povidone, sucrose, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol 400, polysorbate 80, titanium dioxide, and hypromellose. Carvedilol USP is a white to off-white powder with a molecular weight of 406.5 and a molecular formula of C 24H 26N 2O 4. It is freely soluble in dimethylsulfoxide; soluble in methylene chloride and methanol; sparingly soluble in 95% ethanol and isopropanol; slightly soluble in ethyl ether; and practically insoluble in water, gastric fluid (simulated, TS, pH 1.1), and intestinal fluid (simulated, TS without pancreatin, pH 7.5).
