"IndicationAndUsage": "RETEVMO® is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of: : 1 Adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with a rearranged during transfection (RET) gene fusion, as detected by an FDA-approved test (1.1) , 2 Adult and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older with advanced or metastatic medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) with a RET mutation, as detected by an FDA-approved test, who require systemic therapy (1.2) , 3 Adult and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older with advanced or metastatic thyroid cancer with a RET gene fusion, as detected by an FDA-approved test, who require systemic therapy and who are radioactive iodine-refractory (if radioactive iodine is appropriate) (1.3) , 4 Adult and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors with a RET gene fusion, as detected by an FDA-approved test, that have progressed on or following prior systemic treatment or who have no satisfactory alternative treatment options (1.4) .",
"Description": "RETEVMO contains selpercatinib, a kinase inhibitor. The molecular formula for selpercatinib is C29H31N7O3 and the molecular weight is 525.61 g/mol. The chemical name is 6-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropoxy)-4-(6-(6-((6-methoxypyridin-3-yl)methyl)-3,6-diazabicyclo[3.1.1]heptan-3-yl)pyridin-3-yl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridine-3-carbonitrile. Selpercatinib has the following chemical structure:. Selpercatinib is a white to light yellow powder that is slightly hygroscopic. The aqueous solubility of selpercatinib is pH dependent, from sparingly soluble at low pH to practically insoluble at neutral pH. RETEVMO capsules contain either 40 mg or 80 mg of selpercatinib in hard gelatin capsules for oral use. Each capsule contains inactive ingredients of colloidal silicon dioxide and microcrystalline cellulose. The 40 mg capsule shell is composed of gelatin, titanium dioxide, ferric oxide black and black ink. The 80 mg capsule shell is composed of gelatin, titanium dioxide, FD&C blue #1 and black ink. The black ink is composed of shellac, potassium hydroxide and ferric oxide black. RETEVMO tablets contain 40 mg, 80 mg, 120 mg, or 160 mg of selpercatinib as film coated, debossed tablets for oral use. Each tablet contains inactive ingredients of croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium stearyl fumarate. The tablet film coating material contains polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol, and talc. Additionally, the film coating of the 40 mg, 80 mg, and 120 mg tablets contains ferrosoferric oxide and the film coating of the 80 mg, 120 mg, and 160 mg tablets contain ferric oxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Meloxicam Tablets are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug indicated for: 1 Osteoarthritis (OA) (1.1), 2 Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) (1.2), 3 Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis (JRA) in patients who weigh ≥ 60 kg (1.3).",
"Description": "Meloxicam is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Each yellow meloxicam tablet contains 7.5 mg or 15 mg meloxicam for oral administration. Meloxicam is chemically designated as 4-hydroxy-2-methyl-N-(5-methyl-2-thiazolyl)-2H-1,2-benzothiazine-3-carboxamide-1,1-dioxide. The molecular weight is 351.4. Its empirical formula is C14H13N3O4S2 and it has the following structural formula. Meloxicam, USP is a pale yellow powder, practically insoluble in water, slightly soluble in acetone, soluble in dimethylformamide, very slightly soluble in ethanol (96 %) and in methanol. Meloxicam has an apparent partition coefficient (log P)app = 0.1 in n-octanol/buffer pH 7.4. Meloxicam has pKa values of 1.1 and 4.2. Each meloxicam tablet, USP intended for oral administration contains 7.5 mg or 15 mg of meloxicam. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone and sodium citrate dihydrate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Lithium carbonate is indicated in the treatment of manic episodes of manic-depressive illness. Maintenance therapy prevents or diminishes the intensity of subsequent episodes in those manic-depressive patients with a history of mania. Typical symptoms of mania include pressure of speech, motor hyperactivity, reduced need for sleep, flight of ideas, grandiosity, elation, poor judgment, aggressiveness and possibly hostility. When given to a patient experiencing a manic episode, lithium carbonate may produce a normalization of symptomatology within 1 to 3 weeks.",

Lithium is an element of the alkali-metal group with atomic number 3, atomic weight 6.94 and an emission line at 671 nm on the flame photometer. Each extended-release tablet for oral administration contains 450 mg of lithium carbonate. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: Alginic Acid, Corn Starch, Magnesium Stearate, Povidone, and Yellow Iron Oxide. Lithium Carbonate Extended-Release Tablets 450 mg are designed to release a portion of the dose initially and the remainder gradually; the release pattern of the extended release tablets reduces the variability in lithium blood levels seen with the immediate release dosage forms. This product meets USP Drug Release Test 2."

Valacyclovir hydrochloride, USP is a white to off-white powder with the molecular formula C13H20N6O4HCl and a molecular weight of 360.80. The maximum solubility in water at 25°C is 174 mg/mL. Each tablet contains valacyclovir hydrochloride USP equivalent to 500 mg or 1gm valacyclovir and the inactive ingredients crospovidone, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, povidone, and titanium dioxide. In addition to this 500 mg contains FD&C blue #2/ indigo carmine aluminum lake. The chemical name of valacyclovir hydrochloride is L-valine2-[(2-amino-1,6-dihydro-6-oxo-9 H-purin-9-yl)methoxy]ethyl ester hydrochloride monohydrate. It has the following structural formula:. Valacyclovir hydrochloride USP (monohydrate)is a white or almost white powder with the molecular formula C 13H 23N 6O 5Cl and a molecular weight of 378.81. Valacyclovir hydrochloride USP is freely soluble in water and practically insoluble in 1-octanol. The pka for valacyclovir hydrochloride is 5.95. Valacyclovir Tablets USP, 500 gm and 1 g complies with USP dissolution test 2."

"Description": "Acyclovir is a synthetic nucleoside analogue active against herpesviruses. Acyclovir tablets are formulations of an antiviral drug for oral administration. "Description": "Acyclovir, USP is a synthetic nucleoside analogue active against herpesviruses. Acyclovir Capsules, USP and Acyclovir Tablets, USP are formulations for oral administration. Each capsule contains 200 mg of acyclovir, USP and the inactive ingredients corn starch, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, and sodium lauryl sulfate. The capsule shell consists of gelatin, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 3, FD&C Yellow No. 6 and titanium dioxide. Printed with edible black ink. Each 800 mg tablet of acyclovir contains 800 mg of acyclovir, USP and the inactive ingredients magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose PH101, povidone K30, and sodium starch glycolate (Type A) (Starch from Non GMO potatoes). Each 400 mg tablet of acyclovir contains 400 mg of acyclovir, USP and the inactive ingredients magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose PH101, povidone K30, and sodium starch glycolate (Type A) (Starch from Non GMO potatoes). Acyclovir, USP is a white, crystalline powder with the molecular formula C 8H 11N 5O 3 and a molecular weight of 225. The maximum solubility in water at 37℃ is 2.5mg/mL. Mechanism of Antiviral Action. Acyclovir is a synthetic purine nucleoside analogue with in vitro and in vivo inhibitory activity against herpes simplex virus types 1 (HSV-1), 2 (HSV-2), and varicella-zoster virus (VZV). The inhibitory activity of acyclovir is highly selective due to its affinity for the enzyme thymidine kinase (TK) encoded by HSV and VZV. This viral enzyme converts acyclovir into acyclovir monophosphate, a nucleotide analogue. The monophosphate is further converted into diphosphate by cellular guanylate kinase and into triphosphate by a number of cellular enzymes. In vitro, acyclovir triphosphate stops replication of herpes viral DNA. This is accomplished in 3 ways: 1) competitive inhibition of viral DNA polymerase, 2) incorporation into and termination of the growing viral DNA chain, and 3) inactivation of the viral DNA polymerase. The greater antiviral activity of acyclovir against HSV compared with VZV is due to its more efficient phosphorylation by the viral TK. Antiviral Activities. The quantitative relationship between the in vitro susceptibility of herpes viruses to antivirals and the clinical response to therapy has not been established in humans, and virus sensitivity testing has not been standardized. Sensitivity testing results, expressed as the concentration of drug required to inhibit by 50% the growth of virus in cell culture (IC 50 ), vary greatly depending upon a number of factors. Using plaque-reduction assays, the IC 50 against herpes simplex virus isolates ranges from 0.02 to 13.5 mcg/mL for HSV-1 and from 0.01 to 9.9 mcg/mL for HSV-2. The IC 50 for acyclovir against most laboratory strains and clinical isolates of VZV ranges from 0.12 to 10.8 mcg/mL. Acyclovir also demonstrates activity against the Oka vaccine strain of VZV with a mean IC 50 of 1.35 mcg/mL. Drug Resistance. Resistance of HSV and VZV to acyclovir can result from qualitative and quantitative changes in the viral TK and/or DNA polymerase. Clinical isolates of HSV and VZV with reduced susceptibility to acyclovir have been recovered from immunocompromised patients, especially with advanced HIV infection. While most of the acyclovir-resistant mutants isolated thus far from immunocompromised patients have been found to be TK-deficient mutants, other mutants involving the viral TK gene (TK partial and TK altered) and DNA polymerase have been isolated. TK-negative mutants may cause severe disease in infants and immunocompromised adults. The possibility of viral resistance to acyclovir should be considered in patients who show poor clinical response during therapy."

Codeine phosphate, 7,8-didehydro-4, 5α-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6α-ol phosphate (1:1) (salt) hemihydrate, a white crystalline powder, is a narcotic analgesic and antitussive. It has the following structural formula:. Each Acetaminophen and Codeine Phosphate Tablet, USP (300 mg/30 mg) contains. Acetaminophen .................................................. 300 mg Codeine Phosphate .............................................. 30 mg. "Description": "Acyclovir is a synthetic nucleoside analogue active against herpesviruses. Acyclovir tablets are formulations of an antiviral drug for oral administration. Each 800-mg tablet of acyclovir contains 800 mg of acyclovir and the inactive ingredients corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, and sodium starch glycolate. Each 400-mg tablet of acyclovir contains 400 mg of acyclovir and the inactive ingredients corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, and sodium starch glycolate. "IndicationAndUsage": "Azithromycin tablets are a macrolide antibacterial drug indicated for the treatment of patients with mild to moderate infections caused by susceptible strains of the designated microorganisms in the specific conditions listed below. Recommended dosages and durations of therapy in adult and pediatric patient populations vary in these indications [see Dosage and Administration (2)].",
"Description": "Azithromycin Tablets USP contain the active ingredient azithromycin, USP, a macrolide antibacterial drug, for oral administration. Azithromycin, USP has the chemical name (2R,3S,4R,5R,8R,10R,11R,12S,13S,14R)-13-[(2,6-dideoxy-3-C-methyl-3-O-methyl-α-L-ribo-hexopyranosyl) oxy]-2-ethyl-3,4,10-trihydroxy-3,5,6,8,10,12,14-heptamethyl-11-[[3,4,6-trideoxy-3-(dimethylamino)-β-D-xylo-hexopyranosyl]oxy]-1-oxa-6-azacyclopentadecan-15-one. Azithromycin, USP is derived from erythromycin; however, it differs chemically from erythromycin in that a methyl-substituted nitrogen atom is incorporated into the lactone ring. Azithromycin, USP has the following structural formula. C38H72N2O12 M.W. 749. Azithromycin, USP, as the monohydrate, is a white crystalline powder with a molecular formula of C38H72N2O12H2O and a molecular weight of 767. Azithromycin Tablets USP are supplied for oral administration as tablets containing azithromycin monohydrate equivalent to either 250 mg or 500 mg azithromycin, USP and the following inactive ingredients: corn starch, dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, sodium citrate, sodium lauryl sulfate, and titanium dioxide. The 500 mg tablets also contain FD&C blue #2."
