(1.1, 2.1), 2 for the maintenance treatment of adult patients with deleterious or suspected deleterious germline BRCA-mutated recurrent epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer who are in a complete or partial response to platinum-based chemotherapy. Select patients for therapy based on an FDA‑authorized companion diagnostic for ZEJULA. (1.2, 2.1).",
"Description": "Niraparib is an orally available poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor. The chemical name for niraparib tosylate monohydrate is 2-{4-[(3S)-piperidin-3-yl]phenyl}-2H-indazole 7-carboxamide 4-methylbenzenesulfonate hydrate (1:1:1).
