Levalbuterol HCl is a relatively selective beta2-adrenergic receptor agonist (see CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY). The chemical name for levalbuterol HCl is (R)-α1-[[(1,1-dimethylethyl)amino]methyl]-4-hydroxy-1,3-benzenedimethanol hydrochloride, and its established chemical structure is as follows:. The molecular weight of levalbuterol HCl is 275.8, and its empirical formula is C13H21NO3HCl. It is a white to off-white, crystalline solid, with a melting point of approximately 187°C and solubility of approximately 180 mg/mL in water. Levalbuterol HCl is the USAN modified name for (R)-albuterol HCl in the United States. Xopenex (levalbuterol HCl) Inhalation Solution is supplied in unit-dose vials and requires no dilution before administration by nebulization. Each 3 mL unit-dose vial contains 0.31 mg of levalbuterol (as 0.36 mg of levalbuterol HCl) or 0.63 mg of levalbuterol (as 0.73 mg of levalbuterol HCl) or 1.25 mg of levalbuterol (as 1.44 mg of levalbuterol HCl), sodium chloride to adjust tonicity, and sulfuric acid to adjust the pH to 4.0 (3.3 to 4.5)."

"Description": "Tisotumab vedotin-tftv is a Tissue Factor (TF) directed antibody drug conjugate (ADC) comprised of a human anti-TF IgG1-kappa antibody conjugated to the microtubule-disrupting agent monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) via a protease-cleavable vc (valine-citrulline) linker. The monoclonal antibody is produced in a mammalian cell line (Chinese hamster ovary). MMAE and the linker are produced by chemical synthesis. Each monoclonal antibody molecule carries an average of 4 MMAE molecules. Tisotumab vedotin-tftv has an approximate molecular weight of 153 kDa. The chemical structure is as follows. Figure 1. Structural Formula. TIVDAK (tisotumab vedotin-tftv) for injection, is provided as a sterile, preservative-free, white to off-white lyophilized cake or powder in a single-dose vial for infusion after dilution. Following reconstitution with 4 mL of Sterile Water for Injection, a clear to slightly opalescent, colorless to brownish-yellow solution containing 10 mg/mL tisotumab vedotin-tftv is produced [see Dosage and Administration (2.3)]. Each mL of reconstituted solution contains 10 mg of tisotumab vedotin-tftv, d-mannitol (30 mg), l-histidine (2.11 mg), l-histidine monohydrochloride (3.44 mg), and sucrose (30 mg), at pH 6.0."

"Description": "COBENFY is a combination of xanomeline, a muscarinic agonist, and trospium chloride, a muscarinic antagonist. The chemical name of xanomeline tartrate is pyridine, 3-[4-(hexyloxy)-1,2,5-thiadiazol-3-yl]-1,2,5,6-tetrahydro-1-methyl-, (2R,3R)-2,3-dihydroxybutanedioate (1:1). Its molecular formula is C14H23N3OS.C4H6O6 and its molecular weight is 431.51 g/mol. Xanomeline tartrate is a white to slightly tan crystalline solid. Xanomeline tartrate is highly soluble in protic solvents, such as methanol and water, and in polar organic solvents such as DMF and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). It is poorly soluble in lipophilic organic solvents, such as hexane or octanol. The chemical structure of xanomeline tartrate is. Trospium chloride is a quaternary ammonium compound with the chemical name of spiro[8-azoniabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-8,1′-pyrrolidinium], 3-[(2-hydroxy-2,2-diphenylacetyl)oxy]-, chloride (1:1), (1α,3β,5α). The molecular formula of trospium chloride is C25H30NO3.Cl and its molecular weight is 427.96 g/mol. Trospium chloride is a fine, colorless to slightly yellow, crystalline solid. Trospium chloride is highly soluble in water, freely soluble in methanol, and practically insoluble in methylene chloride. The chemical structure of trospium chloride is.
Xopenex (levalbuterol HCl) Inhalation Solution is a sterile, clear, colorless, preservative-free solution of the hydrochloride salt of levalbuterol, the (R)-enantiomer of the drug substance racemic albuterol. Each 3 mL unit-dose vial contains 0.31 mg of levalbuterol (as 0.36 mg of levalbuterol HCl) or 0.63 mg of levalbuterol (as 0.73 mg of levalbuterol HCl) or 1.25 mg of levalbuterol (as 1.44 mg of levalbuterol HCl), sodium chloride to adjust tonicity, and sulfuric acid to adjust the pH to 4.0 (3.3 to 4.5).

<IndicationAndUsage>TIVDAK® is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer with disease progression on or after chemotherapy.</IndicationAndUsage>

Tisotumab vedotin-tftv is a Tissue Factor (TF) directed antibody drug conjugate (ADC) comprised of a human anti-TF IgG1-kappa antibody conjugated to the microtubule-disrupting agent monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) via a protease-cleavable vc (valine-citrulline) linker. Each mL of reconstituted solution contains 10 mg of tisotumab vedotin-tftv, d-mannitol (30 mg), l-histidine (2.11 mg), l-histidine monohydrochloride (3.44 mg), and sucrose (30 mg), at pH 6.0.
