"IndicationAndUsage": "Immunotherapy using allergenic extracts is indicated for use in patients with severe allergy symptoms (hay fever, rhinitis, etc.) to pollens, molds, insects, animal danders and various other allergens. "IndicationAndUsage": "Ketoconazole cream, 2% is indicated for the topical treatment of tinea corporis, tinea cruris and tinea pedis caused by Trichophyton rubrum, T. mentagrophytesand Epidermophyton floccosum; in the treatment of tinea (pityriasis) versicolor caused by Malassezia furfur (Pityrosporum orbiculare); in the treatment of cutaneous candidiasis caused by Candida spp.and in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis.",
"Description": "Ketoconazole cream, 2% contains the broad-spectrum synthetic antifungal agent, ketoconazole 2%, formulated in an aqueous cream vehicle consisting of butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA), cetyl alcohol, isopropyl myristate, polysorbate 60, polysorbate 80, propylene glycol, purified water, sorbitan monostearate and stearyl alcohol. Ketoconazole is cis-1-acetyl-4-[4-[[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-2-(1 H-imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl]methoxy]phenyl] piperazine and has the following structural formula:. Molecular Formula: C 26H 28Cl 2N 4O 4. Molecular Weight: 531.43."

"IndicationAndUsage": "HEMADY is indicated in combination with other anti-myeloma products for the treatment of adults with multiple myeloma (MM).",
"Description": "HEMADY (dexamethasone, USP) is an anti-inflammatory, 9-fluoro-glucocorticoid. The chemical name is 9-fluoro-11β,17,21trihydroxy-16α-methylpregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione. The molecular weight is 392.47 g/mol. The molecular formula is C22H29FO5. The structural formula is. Dexamethasone is a white to practically white, odorless, crystalline powder. It is stable in air. It is practically insoluble in water. HEMADY for oral administration is available as an immediate-release tablet in a strength of 20 mg. Each tablet contains dexamethasone USP and the following inactive ingredients: corn starch NF, lactose monohydrate NF, magnesium stearate NF, povidone NF, and sodium starch glycolate NF."

Evidence supporting the efficacy and safety of this combination product in the treatment of multiple recurrent headaches is unavailable. "Description": "Butalbital, Acetaminophen and Caffeine Capsules, USP are supplied in hard-gelatin capsule form for oral administration. Each capsule contains the following active ingredients. butalbital USP............................50 mg. acetaminophen USP..................300 mg. caffeine USP..............................40 mg. Inactive Ingredients: crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, pregelatinized starch, stearic acid, talc, D&C yellow #10, FD&C yellow #6, FD&C green #3, FD&C red #40, gelatin, titanium dioxide, propylene glycol, hypromellose 2910, FD&C red #3, FD&C blue #1. Butalbital (5-allyl-5-isobutylbarbituric acid), is a short to intermediate-acting barbiturate of molecular weight 224.26. It has the following structural formula. C 11H 16N 2O 3 MW = 224.26. Acetaminophen (4´-hydroxyacetanilide), is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic of molecular weight 151.16. It has the following structural formula. C 8H 9NO 2 MW = 151.16. "Description": "Levetiracetam, USP is an antiepileptic drug available as 250 mg (blue), 500 mg (yellow), 750 mg (dark pink), and 1000 mg (white) tablets for oral administration. The chemical name of levetiracetam, USP, a single enantiomer, is (-)-(S)-α-ethyl-2-oxo-1-pyrrolidine acetamide, its molecular formula is C8H14N2O2 and its molecular weight is 170.21. Levetiracetam, USP is chemically unrelated to existing antiepileptic drugs (AEDs). It has the following structural formula. Levetiracetam, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a faint odor and a bitter taste. It is very soluble in water (104.0 g/100 mL). It is freely soluble in chloroform (65.3 g/100 mL) and in methanol (53.6 g/100 mL), soluble in ethanol (16.5 g/100 mL), sparingly soluble in acetonitrile (5.7 g/100 mL) and practically insoluble in n-hexane. (Solubility limits are expressed as g/100 mL solvent.). Levetiracetam tablets, USP contain the labeled amount of levetiracetam, USP. "IndicationAndUsage": "Guanfacine extended-release tablets are indicated for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) as monotherapy and as adjunctive therapy to stimulant medications [see Clinical Studies (14)].",
"Description": "Guanfacine is a once-daily, extended-release formulation of guanfacine hydrochloride, USP in a matrix tablet formulation for oral administration only. The chemical designation is N-amidino-2-(2,6-dichlorophenyl) acetamide monohydrochloride. The molecular formula is C 9H 9Cl 2N 3O·HCl corresponding to a molecular weight of 282.55. The chemical structure is:. Guanfacine hydrochloride, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder, sparingly soluble in water (approximately 1 mg/mL) and alcohol and slightly soluble in acetone. The only organic solvent in which it has relatively high solubility is methanol (>30 mg/mL). Each tablet contains guanfacine hydrochloride, USP equivalent to 1 mg, 2 mg, 3 mg, or 4 mg of guanfacine base. The tablets also contain methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer, hypromellose, glyceryl dibehenate, microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, fumaric acid, talc, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate. In addition, the 3 mg and 4 mg tablets also contain FD&C Blue #2 Aluminum Lake and iron oxide yellow. FDA approved dissolution test specifications differ from USP."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Esomeprazole strontium is a proton pump inhibitor indicated for adults for: 1 Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) (1.1), 2 Risk reduction of NSAID-associated gastric ulcer (1.2), 3 H. pylori eradication to reduce the risk of duodenal ulcer recurrence (1.3), 4 Pathological hypersecretory conditions, including Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (1.4).",
"Description": "The active ingredient in the proton pump inhibitor esomeprazole strontium delayed-release capsules is bis(5‑ methoxy-2-[(S)-[(4-methoxy-3,5-dimethyl-2-pyridinyl)methyl]sulfinyl]-1H-benzimidazole-1-yl) strontium tetrahydrate. Esomeprazole is the S-isomer of omeprazole, which is a mixture of the S- and R- isomers. The molecular formula of esomeprazole strontium is (C17H18N3O3S)2·Sr·4H2O with molecular weight of 848.50. The structural formula is. Figure 1. The strontium salt is a white or almost white crystalline powder. Each molecule contains 4 moles of water of solvation and is soluble in water. Esomeprazole strontium is supplied in delayed-release capsules. Each delayed-release capsule contains 24.65 mg esomeprazole strontium equivalent to 20 mg esomeprazole or 49.3 mg esomeprazole strontium equivalent to 40 mg esomeprazole, in the form of enteric-coated granules with the following inactive ingredients: calcium carbonate, hypromellose, methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion, mono- and diglycerides, polysorbate 80, sugar spheres, talc, triethyl citrate. The 24.65 mg capsule shells have the following inactive ingredients: gelatin, titanium dioxide, synthetic iron oxide. The 49.3 mg capsule shells have the following inactive ingredients: gelatin, titanium dioxide, FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Red #40, FD&C Yellow #6. Each 24.65 mg capsule contains 2.6 mg of strontium. Each 49.3 mg capsule contains 5.1 mg of strontium."
