"Description": "Tamsulosin hydrochloride is an antagonist of alpha1A adrenoceptors in the prostate. Tamsulosin hydrochloride is (-)-(R)-5-[2-[[2-(o-Ethoxyphenoxy) ethyl]amino]propyl]-2-methoxybenzenesulfonamide, monohydrochloride. Tamsulosin hydrochloride is a white crystalline powder that melts with decomposition at approximately 230°C. It is sparingly soluble in water and methanol, slightly soluble in glacial acetic acid and ethanol, and practically insoluble in ether. The empirical formula of tamsulosin hydrochloride is C20H28N2O5S HCl. The molecular weight of tamsulosin hydrochloride is 444.98. Its structural formula is:. Each FLOMAX capsule for oral administration contains tamsulosin hydrochloride 0.4 mg, and the following inactive ingredients: methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion, NF; microcrystalline cellulose, NF; triacetin, USP; calcium stearate, NF; talc, USP; FD&C blue No. 2; titanium dioxide; ferric oxide; gelatin, and trace amounts of black edible ink."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Azithromycin is a macrolide antibacterial drug indicated for mild to moderate infections caused by designated, susceptible bacteria: : 1 Acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic bronchitis in adults (1.1) , 2 Acute bacterial sinusitis in adults (1.1) , 3 Uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections in adults (1.1) , 4 Urethritis and cervicitis in adults (1.1) , 5 Genital ulcer disease in men (1.1) , 6 Acute otitis media in pediatric patients (1.2) , 7 Community-acquired pneumonia in adults and pediatric patients (1.1, 1.2) , 8 Pharyngitis/tonsillitis in adults and pediatric patients (1.1, 1.2) .",
"Description": "Azithromycin tablets, USP contain the active ingredient azithromycin, a macrolide antibacterial drug, for oral administration. Azithromycin has the chemical name (2R,3S,4R,5R,8R,10R,11R,12S,13S,14R)-13-[(2,6-dideoxy-3-C-methyl-3-O-methyl-α-L-ribo-hexopyranosyl)oxy]-2-ethyl-3,4,10-trihydroxy-3,5,6,8,10,12,14-heptamethyl-11-[[3,4,6-trideoxy-3-(dimethylamino)-β-D-xylo-hexopyranosyl]oxy]-1-oxa-6-azacyclopentadecan-15-one. Azithromycin is derived from erythromycin; however, it differs chemically from erythromycin in that a methyl-substituted nitrogen atom is incorporated into the lactone ring. Its molecular formula is C38H72N2O12, and its molecular weight is 749. Azithromycin has the following structural formula. Anhydrous azithromycin USP is a white amorphous powder with a molecular formula of C38H72N2O12 and a molecular weight of 749. Azithromycin tablet, USP is supplied for oral administration as white, film-coated, oval shaped biconvex tablets containing anhydrous azithromycin 250 mg or 500 mg and the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium trisilicate, magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide and polyethylene glycol."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Hypertension. Metoprolol tartrate tablets are indicated for the treatment of hypertension. They may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive agents. Angina Pectoris. Metoprolol tartrate tablets are indicated in the long-term treatment of angina pectoris. Myocardial Infarction. "IndicationAndUsage": "Azithromycin tablet is a macrolide antibacterial drug indicated for treatment of patients with mild to moderate infections caused by susceptible strains of the designated microorganisms in the specific conditions listed below: 1 Acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic bronchitis in adults ( 1.1) , 2 Acute bacterial sinusitis in adults ( 1.1) , 3 Uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections in adults ( 1.1) , 4 Urethritis and cervicitis in adults ( 1.1) , 5 Genital ulcer disease in men ( 1.1) , 6 Acute otitis media in pediatric patients (6 months of age and older) ( 1.2) , 7 Community-acquired pneumonia in adults and pediatric patients (6 months of age and older) ( 1.1, 1.2) , 8 Pharyngitis/tonsillitis in adults and pediatric patients (2 years of age and older) ( 1.1, 1.2) .",
"Description": "Azithromycin tablets USP contain the active ingredient azithromycin, a macrolide antibacterial drug, for oral administration. Azithromycin has the chemical name (2R,3S,4R,5R,8R,10R,11R,12S,13S,14R)-13-[(2,6-dideoxy-3-C-methyl-3-O-methyl-α-L-ribo-hexopyranosyl) oxy]-2-ethyl-3,4,10-trihydroxy-3,5,6,8,10,12,14-heptamethyl-11-[[3,4,6-trideoxy-3-(dimethylamino)-β-D-xylo-hexopyranosyl-]oxy]-1-oxa-6-azacyclopentadecan-15-one. Azithromycin is derived from erythromycin; however, it differs chemically from erythromycin in that a-methyl substituted-nitrogen atom is incorporated into the lactone ring. Its molecular formula is C 38H 72N 2O 12, and its molecular weight is 749.00. Azithromycin has the following structural formula:. Azithromycin, as the dihydrate, is a white to almost white crystalline powder with a molecular formula of C 38H 72N 2O 122H 2O and a molecular weight of 785.02. Azithromycin is supplied as tablets containing azithromycin dihydrate equivalent to either 250 mg or 500 mg azithromycin and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, dibasic calcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, sodium lauryl sulfate, titanium dioxide, triacetin and D&C Red #30. NIASPAN is an unscored, medium-orange, film-coated tablet for oral administration and is available in three tablet strengths containing 500, 750, and 1000 mg niacin. NIASPAN tablets also contain the inactive ingredients hypromellose, povidone, stearic acid, and polyethylene glycol, and the following coloring agents: FD&C yellow #6/sunset yellow FCF Aluminum Lake, synthetic red and yellow iron oxides, and titanium dioxide."
