"Description": "Estradiol transdermal system, USP continuous delivery (once-weekly) is designed to release estradiol continuously upon application to intact skin. Six (7.75, 11.625, 15.5, 18.6, 23.25 and 31 cm2) systems are available to provide nominal in vivo delivery of 0.025, 0.0375, 0.05, 0.06, 0.075 or 0.1 mg respectively of estradiol per day. The period of use is 7 days. Each system has a contact surface area of either 7.75, 11.625, 15.5, 18.6, 23.25 or 31 cm2, and contains estradiol, USP hemihydrate equivalent to 0.97, 1.46, 1.94, 2.33, 2.91 or 3.88 mg of estradiol, respectively. The composition of the systems per unit area is identical. Estradiol, USP hemihydrate is a white, crystalline powder, chemically described as Estra-1,3,5(10)-triene-3,17β-diol-hemihydrate. It has a molecular formula of C18 H24O2 ½ H2O and molecular weight of 281.39. The structural formula is. Meets USP Drug Release Test 2. The estradiol transdermal system continuous delivery (once-weekly) comprises four layers. Proceeding from the visible surface toward the surface attached to the skin, these layers are. (1) A foam backing with adhesive layer. (2) A polyester film. (3) An acrylate adhesive matrix containing estradiol. (4) A protective liner of siliconized polyester film is attached to the adhesive surface and must be removed before the system can be used. The active component of the transdermal system is estradiol. The remaining components of the transdermal system (propylene glycol, povidone, anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide, pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive, copolymer foam, polyester film, and brown ink) are pharmacologically inactive."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Ziprasidone capsules are indicated for the treatment of schizophrenia, as monotherapy for the acute treatment of bipolar manic or mixed episodes, and as an adjunct to lithium or valproate for the maintenance treatment of bipolar disorder. When deciding among the alternative treatments available for the condition needing treatment, the prescriber should consider the finding of ziprasidone’s greater capacity to prolong the QT/QTc interval compared to several other antipsychotic drugs [see Warnings and Precautions (5.3)]. Prolongation of the QTc interval is associated in some other drugs with the ability to cause torsade de pointes-type arrhythmia, a potentially fatal polymorphic ventricular tachycardia, and sudden death. In many cases this would lead to the conclusion that other drugs should be tried first. Whether ziprasidone will cause torsade de pointes or increase the rate of sudden death is not yet known [see Warnings and Precautions (5.3)]. Schizophrenia. Ziprasidone capsules are indicated for the treatment of schizophrenia in adults [see Clinical Studies (14.1)]. Bipolar I Disorder (Acute Mixed or Manic Episodes and Maintenance Treatment as an Adjunct to Lithium or Valproate): 1 Ziprasidone capsules are indicated as monotherapy for the acute treatment of adults with manic or mixed episodes associated with bipolar I disorder [see Clinical Studies (14.2)]., 2 Ziprasidone capsules are indicated as an adjunct to lithium or valproate for the maintenance treatment of bipolar I disorder in adults [see Clinical Studies (14.2)].",

<IndicationAndUsage>Estradiol transdermal system continuous delivery (once-weekly) is indicated for.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Estradiol transdermal system, USP continuous delivery (once-weekly) is designed to release estradiol continuously upon application to intact skin. The remaining components of the transdermal system (propylene glycol, povidone, anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide, pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive, copolymer foam, polyester film, and brown ink) are pharmacologically inactive.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Allergenic extracts are indicated for use in diagnostic testing and as part of a treatment regime for allergic disease, as established by allergy history and skin test reactivity. Allergenic extracts are indicated for the treatment of allergen specific allergic disease for use as hyposensitization or immunotherapy when avoidance of specific allergens can not be attained. The use of allergenic extracts for therapeutic purpose has been established by well-controlled clinical studies. Allergenic extracts may be used as adjunctive therapy along with pharmacotherapy which includes antihistamines, corticosteroids, and cromoglycate, and avoidance measures. Allergenic extracts for therapeutic use should be given using only the allergen selection to which the patient is allergic, has a history of exposure and are likely to be exposed to again.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Allergenic extracts are sterile solutions consisting of the extractable components from various biological sources including pollens, inhalants, molds, animal epidermals and insects. Aqueous extracts are prepared using cocas fluid containing NaCl 0.5%, NaHCO3 0.0275%, WFI, preservative 0.4% Phenol. Glycerinated allergenic extracts are prepared with cocas fluid and glycerin to produce a 50% (v/v) allergenic extract. Allergenic Extracts are supplied as concentrations designated as protein nitrogen units (PNU) or weight/volume (w/v) ratio. Standardized extracts are designated in Bioequivalent Allergy Units (BAU) or Allergy Units (AU). (See product insert for standardized extracts). For diagnostic purposes, allergenic extracts are to be administered by prick-puncture or intradermal routes. Allergenic extracts are administered subcutaneously for immunotherapy injections.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Ziprasidone capsules are indicated for the treatment of schizophrenia, as monotherapy for the acute treatment of bipolar manic or mixed episodes, and as an adjunct to lithium or valproate for the maintenance treatment of bipolar disorder. Bipolar I Disorder (Acute Mixed or Manic Episodes and Maintenance Treatment as an Adjunct to Lithium or Valproate): 1 Ziprasidone capsules are indicated as monotherapy for the acute treatment of adults with manic or mixed episodes associated with bipolar I disorder [see Clinical Studies (14.2)]., 2 Ziprasidone capsules are indicated as an adjunct to lithium or valproate for the maintenance treatment of bipolar I disorder in adults [see Clinical Studies (14.2)].</IndicationAndUsage>
