Combination Therapy Fulvestrant injection is indicated for the treatment of: 1 HR-positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer in postmenopausal women in combination with ribociclib as initial endocrine based therapy or following disease progression on endocrine therapy., 2 HR-positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer in combination with palbociclib or abemaciclib in women with disease progression after endocrine therapy.",
"Description": "Fulvestrant injection for intramuscular administration is an estrogen receptor antagonist. The chemical name is 7-alpha-[9-(4,4,5,5,5-pentafluoropentyl)sulfinyl)nonyl]estra-1,3,5-(10)-triene-3,17-beta-diol. The molecular formula is C32H47F5O3S and its structural formula is. Fulvestrant, USP is a white or almost white powder with a molecular weight of 606.77. The solution for injection is a sterile, clear, colorless to yellow, viscous liquid. Each injection contains as inactive ingredients: 12.285% v/v Alcohol,USP, 10% w/v Benzyl Alcohol, NF, and 15% w/v Benzyl Benzoate, USP, as co-solvents, andmade up to 100% w/v with Castor Oil, USP as a co-solvent and release rate modifier."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Immunotherapy using allergenic extracts is indicated for use in patients with severe allergy symptoms (hay fever, rhinitis, etc.) to pollens, molds, insects, animal danders and various other allergens. Immunotherapy is intended for patients whose symptoms are not satisfactorily controlled by avoidance of the offending allergen or by the use of symptomatic medications. Treatment uses only those specific allergens that the patient is sensitive to based on diagnostic tests and medical history. It is not intended for treatment of patients who do not manifest immediate hypersensitivity reactions to the allergenic extract following skin testing.",
"Description": "Therapeutic extracts (concentrates) are designed primarily for the physician equipped to prepare dilutions and mixtures as necessary. Allergenic Extracts are manufactured from various biological allergenic source materials including pollens, molds, epidermals, insects, food and environmental inhalants. The extraction is performed in a glycerin solution and the resulting concentration is expressed as weight to volume (w/v) ratio. This is the weight of dry pollen in grams to volume of glycerin extracting solution in milliliters. Extracts are filtered and sterile filled. Tests include those for safety and sterility. The route of administration is subcutaneous. Scratch diagnostic extracts are of the same therapeutic extract formulation and their route of administration is percutaneous. Intradermal diagnostic extracts are dilutions of the therapeutic extracts using Sterile Diluent for Allergenic Extract. The following allergenic extracts are designated and labeled “FOR DIAGNOSTIC USE ONLY”. Data to support the therapeutic use of these extracts has not been established: Coffee Cottonseed Flaxseed Housefly Mosquito. The strength of Standardized Short Ragweed and Ragweed Mix, Giant and Short extracts is described (in addition to w/v) as antigen E content. The concentration of antigen E per milliliter of the final preparation as determined by radial immunodiffusion (RID). The antigen E content of an extract is influenced by several variables. These include antigen E content of the pollen, nature of extracting solutions, ratio of pollen weight to volume of extracting solution and storage conditions. Variables which influence antigen E stability during storage conditions include nature of the solvent, antigen E concentration and storage temperature. Glycerin is a stabilizer of antigen E and other allergens."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Ondansetron Injection is a 5-HT3 receptor antagonist indicated for the prevention of: 1 nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of emetogenic cancer chemotherapy. (1.1), 2 postoperative nausea and/or vomiting. (1.2).",
"Description": "The active ingredient of Ondansetron Injection, USP is ondansetron hydrochloride, a selective blocking agent of the serotonin 5-HT3 receptor type. Its chemical name is (±) 1, 2, 3, 9-tetrahydro-9-methyl-3-[(2-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl]-4H-carbazol-4-one, monohydrochloride, dihydrate. It has the following structural formula. The molecular formula is C18H19N3OHCl2H2O, representing a molecular weight of 365.9 g/mol. Ondansetron hydrochloride USP (dihydrate) is a white to off-white powder that is soluble in water and normal saline. Each mL of aqueous solution in the 20 mL multiple-dose vial contains 2 mg of ondansetron as 2.49 mg of ondansetron hydrochloride USP (dihydrate); 8.3 mg of sodium chloride, USP; 0.5 mg of citric acid monohydrate, USP and 0.25 mg of sodium citrate dihydrate, USP as buffers; and 1.2 mg of methylparaben, USNF and 0.15 mg of propylparaben, USNF as preservatives in Water for Injection, USP. Each mL of aqueous solution in the 2 mL single-dose vial contains 2 mg of ondansetron as 2.49 mg of ondansetron hydrochloride USP (dihydrate); 9 mg of sodium chloride, USP; 0.5 mg of citric acid monohydrate, USP and 0.25 mg of sodium citrate dihydrate, USP as buffers in Water for Injection, USP. Ondansetron Injection, USP is a clear, colorless, nonpyrogenic, sterile solution for intravenous use. The pH of the injection solution is 3.3 to 4.0."

The pH of the solution is adjusted to approximately 6.5 (5.0 to 7.0) with sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Nicardipine hydrochloride injection is a calcium channel blocker indicated for the short-term treatment of hypertension when oral therapy is not feasible. (1.1).",
"Description": "Nicardipine hydrochloride is a calcium ion influx inhibitor (slow channel blocker or calcium channel blocker). Nicardipine hydrochloride injection, USP for intravenous administration contains 2.5 mg/mL of nicardipine hydrochloride. Nicardipine hydrochloride is a dihydropyridine derivative with IUPAC (International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry) chemical name (±)-2-(benzyl-methyl amino) ethyl methyl 1,4-dihydro-2,6-dimethyl-4-(m-nitrophenyl)-3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate monohydrochloride and has the following structure: Nicardipine hydrochloride is a pale greenish yellow crystalline powder that melts at about 169°C. It is freely soluble in chloroform, methanol, and glacial acetic acid, sparingly soluble in anhydrous ethanol, slightly soluble in n-butanol, water, 0.01 M potassium dihydrogen phosphate, acetone, and dioxane, very slightly soluble in ethyl acetate, and practically insoluble in benzene, ether, and hexane. "IndicationAndUsage": "Dexmedetomidine injection is a alpha2-adrenergic receptor agonist indicated for: 1 Sedation of initially intubated and mechanically ventilated adult patients during treatment in an intensive care setting. Administer dexmedetomidine injection by continuous infusion not to exceed 24 hours. (1.1) , 2 Sedation of non-intubated adult patients prior to and/or during surgical and other procedures. "Description": "Dexmedetomidine injection, USP (100 mcg/mL) is a sterile, nonpyrogenic solution suitable for intravenous infusion following dilution. Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride in 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection (4 mcg/mL) is a sterile, nonpyrogenic ready to use solution suitable for intravenous infusion. Dexmedetomidine injection, USP contains dexmedetomidine hydrochloride as the active pharmaceutical ingredient. Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride is a central alpha2-adrenergic agonist. Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride is the S-enantiomer of medetomidine. Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride chemical name is (+)-4-(S)-[1-(2,3-dimethylphenyl)ethyl]-1H-imidazole monohydrochloride. Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride has a molecular weight of 236.7 and the molecular formula is C13H16N2 HCl and the structural formula is. Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride, USP is a white to off white powder that is freely soluble in water and has a pKa of 7.1. Its partition coefficient in-octanol: water at pH 7.4 is 2.89. Dexmedetomidine injection, USP is intended to be used after dilution. It is supplied as a clear, colorless, isotonic solution with a pH between 4.5 to 7.0. Each mL contains 118 mcg of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride, USP (equivalent to 100 mcg or 0.1 mg of dexmedetomidine) and 9 mg of sodium chloride in water for injection. The solution is preservative-free and contains no additives or chemical stabilizers. Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride in 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection is ready to be used. It is supplied as a clear, colorless, isotonic solution with a pH between 4.5 to 7.0. Each mL contains 4.72 mcg of dexmedetomidine (equivalent to 4 mcg or 0.004 mg of dexmedetomidine) and 9 mg sodium chloride in water for injection. The solution is preservative-free and contains no additives or chemical stabilizers."

"Description": "Vecuronium Bromide for Injection is a nondepolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent of intermediate duration, chemically designated as 1-(3α,17β-Dihydroxy-2β-piperidino-5α-androstan-16β,5α-yl)-1-methylpiperidinium bromide, diacetate. Vecuronium Bromide USP is a white or creamy white crystalline powder. The structural formula is: Its chemical formula is C34H57BrN2O4 with molecular weight 637.75. Vecuronium Bromide for Injection is supplied as a sterile, nonpyrogenic, white to off-white lyophilized cake or powder for intravenous injection only. "IndicationAndUsage": "In AnesthesiaGlycopyrrolate injection is indicated for use as a preoperative antimuscarinic to reduce salivary, tracheobronchial, and pharyngeal secretions; to reduce the volume and free acidity of gastric secretions; and to block cardiac vagal inhibitory reflexes during induction of anesthesia and intubation. When indicated, glycopyrrolate injection may be used intraoperatively to counteract surgically or drug-induced or vagal reflexes associated arrhythmias. Glycopyrrolate protects against the peripheral muscarinic effects (e.g., bradycardia and excessive secretions) of cholinergic agents such as neostigmine and pyridostigmine given to reverse the neuromuscular blockade due to non-depolarizing muscle relaxants. "Description": "Glycopyrrolate injection, USP is a synthetic anticholinergic agent. Each 1 mL contains: Glycopyrrolate, USP 0.2 mg Water for Injection, USP q.s.Benzyl Alcohol, NF 0.9% (preservative)pH adjusted, when necessary, with hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide. For Intramuscular (IM) or Intravenous (IV) administration. Glycopyrrolate is a quaternary ammonium salt with the following chemical name: 3[(cyclopentylhydroxyphenylacetyl)oxy]-1,1-dimethyl pyrrolidinium bromide. The molecular formula is C19H28BrNO3 and the molecular weight is 398.33. Its structural formula is as follows. Glycopyrrolate occurs as a white crystalline powder. It is soluble in water and alcohol, and practically insoluble in chloroform and ether. Unlike atropine, glycopyrrolate is completely ionized at physiological pH values. Glycopyrrolate injection, USP is a sterile, clear colorless solution; pH 2.0 to 3.0. The partition coefficient of glycopyrrolate in a n-octanol/water system is 0.304 (log10 P = -1.52) at ambient room temperature (24°C)."

"Description": "Bortezomib for injection, a proteasome inhibitor, contains bortezomib which is an antineoplastic agent. Bortezomib is a modified dipeptidyl boronic acid. The chemical name for bortezomib, the monomeric boronic acid, is [(1R)-3-methyl-1-[[(2S)-1-oxo-3-phenyl-2-[(pyrazinylcarbonyl) amino]propyl]amino]butyl] boronic acid. Bortezomib has the following chemical structure: The molecular weight is 384.24. The molecular formula is C19H25BN4O4. The solubility of bortezomib, as the monomeric boronic acid, in water is 3.3 to 3.8 mg/mL in a pH range of 2 to 6.5. Bortezomib for injection is available for intravenous injection or subcutaneous use. Each single-dose vial contains 3.5 mg of bortezomib as a sterile lyophilized powder. It also contains the inactive ingredient: 35 mg mannitol, USP. The product is provided as a mannitol boronic ester which, in reconstituted form, consists of the mannitol ester in equilibrium with its hydrolysis product, the monomeric boronic acid. "IndicationAndUsage": "Dexrazoxane for injection is indicated for reducing the incidence and severity of cardiomyopathy associated with doxorubicin administration in women with metastatic breast cancer who have received a cumulative doxorubicin dose of 300 mg/m2 and who will continue to receive doxorubicin therapy to maintain tumor control. Do not use with the initiation of doxorubicin therapy [see Warnings and Precautions (5.2)].",
"Description": "Dexrazoxane for injection, a cardioprotective agent for use in conjunction with doxorubicin, is a sterile, pyrogen-free lyophilizate intended for intravenous administration. Chemically, dexrazoxane is (S)-4,4’-(1-methyl-1,2-ethanediyl)bis-2,6- piperazinedione. The structural formula is as follows. Dexrazoxane, an intracellular chelating agent, is a derivative of EDTA. Dexrazoxane for injection is a white to off-white or pale pink lyophilized powder or cake that melts at 191° to 197°C. It is sparingly soluble in water and 0.1 N HCl, slightly soluble in ethanol and methanol, and practically insoluble in nonpolar organic solvents. The pKa is 2.1. Dexrazoxane has an octanol/water partition coefficient of 0.025 and degrades rapidly above a pH of 7.0. Each 250 mg vial contains dexrazoxane hydrochloride equivalent to 250 mg dexrazoxane. Hydrochloric Acid, NF is added for pH adjustment. When reconstituted as directed with the 25 mL vial of 0.167 Molar (M/6) Sodium Lactate Injection, USP diluent provided, each mL contains: 10 mg dexrazoxane. The pH of the resultant solution is 3.5 to 5.5."

"Description": "Dactinomycin USP is one of the actinomycins, a group of antibiotics produced by various species of Streptomyces. Dactinomycin USP is the principal component of the mixture of actinomycins produced by Streptomyces parvullus. Unlike other species of Streptomyces, this organism yields an essentially pure substance that contains only traces of similar compounds differing in amino acid content of the peptide side chains. The empirical formula is C62H86N12O16 and the structural formula is. Dactinomycin for Injection, USP is a sterile, yellow to orange, lyophilized powder for injection by intravenous route or by regional perfusion after reconstitution. Each vial contains 0.5 mg (500 mcg) of dactinomycin USP and 20 mg of mannitol."
